My personal mission statement in life is

“To live a principle-centered life, committed to continuous spiritual, intellectual, physical and personal development, with a devotion to create value in each role I fill, in a family, community, as a friend, and in an organizational setting. I strive to achieve learning opportunities, approach life experiences with a spirit of enthusiasm and passion and leave a lasting and positive impact in all activities of life.”

My personal vision statement in life is

“To be a better and improved person spiritually, intellectually and physically with a positive outlook towards life.”

In my opinion, my vision and mission statements are very important for me and for any organization as well. Both my vision and mission statement depict enthusiasm and passion. They portray that I want to learn and develop my skills continuously. These traits can be really helpful in the progress and development of an organization (Johnson, 2010). An employee, having such characteristics can always look for the brighter sides of the things and can achieve the organizational goals in a much better way as compared to any other worker at the same place. I think my mission statement is pretty inspiring and descriptive, that explains in detail what I want to be in my life and how I plan to achieve it (Olsen, 2008).

Another huge aspect that is portrayed through my vision and mission statement is positivity. I have a positive attitude towards life that may help me in achieving my personal and organizational goals at a very fast pace with greater efficiency and effectiveness. In my opinion, my vision statement is pretty clear and futuristic, which are the qualities of a good vision statement (Olsen, 2008). It clearly defines what I exactly want from life.

Growth and expansion is the primary goal of any corporation regardless of its size. Any firm strives to grow every year so that they can accommodate their expenditures over time. With the passage of time, the world is growing and the global market is expanding. In this race, the competition has also increased by also raising the salaries and costs of employment for the companies. In order to compete in the market, the corporates need continuous growth. However, the concept of organizational growth is different for different companies. Few firms measure their growth in terms of their revenue whereas others can take it in terms of a number of workforce, physical extension and increased shares in the market (Delmar, 2006).

Moreover, different organizations use different tactics to expand the growth of their organization. However, there are some strategies that are considered as common methods to work on organizational growth. One of the major strategies is Joint Venture. It can be a helpful method for small businesses to protect the resources and cope with instant changes in market competition. In addition, some of the companies approach new markets to secure their growth. It will increase the demand for a company's product or service. Likewise, the other strategies can be like creating a new product, financing outside and incubation (Akaso, 2011).

In order to compete in the global market, a corporate has to expand its organization. If a corporate decides to remain the same, it does not mean that the value of its product and the demand for the product will remain the same. The market and technology they rely on, do not remain the same for years. The global market is changing rapidly and all bigger corporations are in a race. In that case, natural growth can be slower and not efficient. Therefore, in order to compete in the market, companies need to enhance their organizational growth by using different strategies.

Various strategies are made inside the organization in order to achieve the goals and objectives of the respective company. These strategies act as the guiding lights and help the workers and managers to determine how to achieve a specific goal and milestone (Rao, & Tilt, 2016). Strategies are the specific methods or the plans of actions that describe how to achieve a long term goal or an overall aim, but sometimes these strategies have to be forwarded in the reverse action.

Pushing a strategy in the reverse action means to design a strategy and planning to implement it but then withdrawing it due to some reason. The reason may be a shortage of funds, shortage of labor, limited resources or the arousal of some kind of emergency situation which may cause damage if the strategy is implemented (Pettigrew, 2014). All these situations may include delaying the strategy or altogether canceling it for the good of the organization.

The cancellation of a strategy is not an easy task at all and it requires a great amount of hard work as well like it was required at the beginning of the strategy designing stage. The difference lies in both the stages that the later carries and outcome and the team and the manager are both enthusiastic about the results but in the former one, there are no hopes of any positive outcome, so it is a little bit disappointing (Garcia-Luna-Aceves, 2015). This stage of strategy cancelation requires lot of negotiations and dealings same like in the designing phase of the strategy as the funds have been allotted, the new equipment has been purchased, resources have been arranged, new facilities constructed and all the suppliers contacted. In such circumstances it is usually not a feasible option to entirely cancel or block the strategy, instead, the organization should consider it re-directing it in another directing and thinking of some other option to make the strategy work out.

A health care provider or organization needs to have a fully-functioning, centralized risk management department in order to reduce the risks of patient health as well as financial and liability risks.

If a company fails to manage risks efficiently and effectively, it can bring financial as well as material losses for it. A company may also have to suffer a decline in its customer base or business level and, in the worst case; it may have to face litigations. Before enrolling in a degree, it is equally important for anybody to fully grasp the structure of the program. Planning before enrolling can ensure that one could effectively meet the requirements for the program.

Discussion

Unanticipated problems are the biggest hurdle in achieving a strategic goal. Activities defined requiring more time than allocated, poorly coordinated activities, and unable to take ownership of your strategic plan is some unforeseen factors that could affect the goal. However, I effectively defined the strategies and allocated sufficient time to them.

Activities defined in the strategic plan need to have immaculate coordination among them to reach the goal (Steiss, 2019). More often than not, activities that are ineffectively coordinated, result in dismantling the course towards the goal. The activities that I developed were perfectly coordinated. As a result of which, the goal was achieved without little inconvenience.

Making sure that neither of any activities competing for the same resources diverts attention away from the goal is essential for success. It is Equally important to avoid a crisis. Crisis takes one by surprise and demands equal attention. However, none of them caused any problem.

Obstacles come along the way while pursuing a strategic goal. Overcoming them depends on the perseverance of the individual. Allocating enough time to the activities and possessing self-awareness is key to overcoming any obstacle.

Experiencing setbacks is normal when implementing the strategic goal. How one reacts to them decides the success of the strategic plan. Nonetheless, there were not many obstacles in the path of the strategic goal.

A robust organizational structure is imperative for attaining sustainable success. It helps to overcome specific issues and provide guidance. All roadblocks were cleared in the pursuit of strategic goal by organizational consensus.

1: Meningitis vs Encephalitis

Meningitis is the term used to explain the inflammation of protective membranes surrounding the brain and spinal cord. Encephalitis is the inflammation of the brain which can be caused by various reasons but viral agents are most popular. Its symptoms resemble those of flu but cause problems related to thinking, senses, movement and sometimes seizures. Sometimes, it proves lethal otherwise timely diagnosis and prognosis can help save a life.

2. Convulsion vs Seizure:

A general term used to describe the uncontrollable muscle contractions is called a Convulsion. It may last from a few seconds to a few minutes. These movements can be localized or of the whole body. The causes of convulsions might be epileptic seizures which are disturbances in the brain leading to muscle movement. Convulsions might happen because of medication reactions or migraines.

A sudden electrical disturbance in the brain, which is uncontrollable is termed a seizure. This affects the behavior, consciousness and sometimes movements of the person. Mostly they last from 30 seconds to 120 seconds. It might pose a medical emergency if it lasts for more than 5 minutes. Seizures have no defined cause and happen for a lot of reasons.

Hydrocephalus is caused by the accumulation of CSF (cerebrospinal fluid) inside the brain cavity. This leads to the buildup of pressure causing double vision, mental issues, loss of vision and balance and sometimes personality change. Hydrocephalus can be due to birth defects or sometimes happens later in life due to various reasons like tumors, meningitis, traumatic head injuries or sometimes hemorrhages.

Myelitis is the condition where spinal cord inflammation occurs leading to abnormal brain responses to the body and from a body to the brain. The myelin and axons get damaged resulting in paralysis and loss of senses. It might be infectious or autoimmune. It progresses within hours leading to respiratory, bowel, urinary problems and vomiting.

4: Epilepsy vs Cerebral Palsy:

Former is a neurological disorder where brain activity is altered, leading to seizures, unusual behavior and loss of awareness. Anyone belonging to any race or any gender can develop epilepsy but the intensity of seizures vary from person to person. Some people outgrew epilepsy and others have it for a lifetime, requiring treatment and surgeries.

Cerebral palsy is a movement disorder which is permanent and detected at a very early age. Symptoms vary for different people or for the same people at different times of their life. People have a problem with senses, coordination, muscle stiffness and sometimes seizures. Thinking and reasoning problems are also common among them. It is known as an overgrown or overdeveloped parts of the brain related to movement and balance.

Brain injuries, usually a blow to head, cause a concussion. It leads to temporary loss of brain function with or without unconsciousness. Such people cannot remember what happened to them and have poor reflexes temporarily (Bryan, et al., 2016). Speech, balance and memory loss is a sign. Immediate help is required otherwise it can become deadly or cause disability.

Contusions are a form of hematoma where blood pools inside the body because of a ruptures capillary or blood vessel. These are commonly known as bruises. These contusions can happen to bones too where a high fall or forced movement leads to injury of bone tissues/vessel. Bone contusions are hard to see even on X-rays but MRIs help with proper imaging.

6: Creutzfeldt-Jacob disease vs Alzheimer’s disease:

CJD is believed to be caused by prions which are very less understood infectious proteins. This is a degenerative brain disorder that often proves fatal. Almost 70% of people die within a year after diagnosis. Symptoms include blindness, dementia, weakness, involuntary movements, and coma. It spreads through exposure to infected brain or spinal tissue or sometimes inherited via autosomal dominant genes. There is no specific treatment just some drugs like opioids to help with pain.

The Alzheimer’s causative agents are poorly understood; 70% cases are attributed to inheriting multiple genes and rest are head injuries, depression, and sometimes hypertension. It is a chronic neurodegenerative disorder which starts gradually. Almost 60-70% of dementia is caused by Alzheimer's. Patients withdraw from family and friends, mood swings are common, loss of motivation and self-care is observed. Bodily functions decline to lead to death.

7: Endometritis vs Endocervicitis

Endometritis is the inflammation of endometrium (inner lining of the uterus). It is commonly caused by an infection during childbirth and might be chronic or acute. Chronic endometritis is caused after menopause whereas acute forms are seen after childbirth, abortion, placing IUD or during menstruation. The symptoms include abdominal pains, bleeding or discharge from vagina accompanied by fever. Antibiotics are used to treat this.

Endocervicitis is also known as cervicitis and is caused by vaginal infection. The infection is caused by sexually transmitted diseases, abortion, uterine surgery or lesions in the uterus during childbirth. The chronic form is easily detected due to vagina discharge, painful intercourse, bleeding between and after a period, abdominal pain and fever but the acute form is asymptomatic. It is treated with antibiotics depending upon the causative agent.

8: Vaginitis vs Oophoritis

Vaginitis is very common and most women have it once in life. It is characterized by swelling, itching, burning sensation in the vagina which could be bacterial or yeast, fungal. Some rare cases report protozoa as a causative agent too (Peters, et al., 2014). Antibiotics taken orally can alter the natural microbiota of vagina, pregnancy, damp underwear, poor diet, and vaginal sprays/wash also play a role in these infections. Sometimes it is sexually transmitted. Antibiotics, vaginal wash, and creams are prescribed for it.

Oophoritis is an uncommon diagnosis. It is inflammation of one or both ovaries which is usually bacterial and rarely autoimmune. It also causes damage to fallopian tubes and may result from chronic pelvic inflammatory disease (PID). Symptoms include abdominal pain, heavy menstrual bleeding, bleeding between period and vaginal discharge. Treatment ranges from antibiotics to the surgery depending on the state of ovaries.

9: Eclampsia Vs Ectopic Pregnancy:

Eclampsia is a term used to describe the onset of seizures during pregnancy (usually late in pregnancy). Such individuals have pre-eclampsia which is high blood pressure at the beginning of pregnancy, cutting the fetus's oxygen supply from mother. Most cases of eclampsia are the first pregnancy. It requires extra care, monitoring, and diet plans. About 14% of cases result in death.

Ectopic pregnancy is the condition where embryo gets attached outside on uterus. Symptoms include extreme abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding (Kao, et. al., 2014). Rarely such fetus survive. Smoking, chlamydia infection, history of infertility are related to this complication.

10: Dermoid Cyst and Cervical Cancer:

A dermoid is a small, sac-like outgrowth of hair, teeth or skin present at the time of birth. Most common places for these cysts are the brain, nasal sinuses, ovarian cysts and in the spinal cord. Mostly these are harmless but if they become painful or change color, they are surgically removed. These are removed for cosmetic reasons too.

Cancerous growth in the cervix is termed cervical cancer. The cells spread from other parts of the body to the cervix. No symptoms are observed on an early stage. Human papillomavirus infections are reported for 90% of such cases. Smoking, weak immune system, multiple sex partners and birth control pills are also responsible. Overall, cervical cancer is the fourth most common cause of death in women. Early detection can help with better treatment.

11: Orchitis and Prostatitis:

The former is the inflammation of testes. It also involves the swelling and infection of the epididymis. Symptoms include severe pain, swelling, and blood in urine. Oral antibiotics are used to treat the infection.

Latter is the inflammation of the prostate and sometimes the area around it. It might be acute, chronic or sometimes asymptomatic which is diagnosed while looking for other problems. Reasons for prostatitis can be a microorganism or body's immune response to Urinary tract infection (UTI). Symptoms include pain in lower abdomen, penis, scrotum and in the lower back. Medical tests help in choosing the right treatment for it.

12: Cryptorchidism vs Hydrocele:

Absence of one or both testes from scrotum is termed cryptorchidism. It is a birth defect but may develop after infancy. Sometimes these develop in young adulthood. No reason is known for this defect except that extremely premature children are born with this defect. Treatment includes patient waiting for development and in some cases surgery.

Hydrocele is a swelling of scrotum due to a fluid accumulating between testicles and surrounding layer. Commonly observed in newborns, it disappears with time. Older people can develop hydrocele after an injury or inflammation. This is painless but heaviness causes discomfort. It is treated by removing fluid.

13: Carcinoma of prostate gland vs testicular carcinoma:

Cancerous cells of the prostate gland are termed as prostate tumor or carcinoma. This is the third most commonly diagnosed cancer in men. Its causes are not fully understood but are linked with higher age. Smoking, unhealthy eating, hormonal and environmental factors also contribute. Diagnosis and assessing the stage helps in prognosis. Rectal bleeding, bowel issues, erectile dysfunction, chronic diarrhea are some of the symptoms.

Testicular carcinoma is a cancer tumor in testicles. A lump, swelling or pain in the scrotum is experienced by the individual. This cancer is curable but results in infertility. Cryptorchidism is a high-risk factor for this.

14. Osteoporosis and Osteomyelitis

Osteoporosis is a medical condition in which the bones become very weak. The bones become fragile and brittle and a are at risk of breaking easily.

On the other hand, Osteomyelitis is an infection of the bones. It is not a very common condition but a very serious issue. The infection may travel in the bones through many sources; the body cells may be infectious and it may pass on in the bones via the bloodstream.

15. Osteomalacia and Rickets

Osteomalacia is the conditions of bones in which the bones become soft and brittle, and undergo wear and tear easily. This usually happens due to the deficiency of Vitamin D in the body.

Rickets is also the weakness and softening of bones but this condition mostly occurs in children. It usually happens due to a very long deficiency of Vitamin D or Calcium in the body.

16. Bursitis and Arthritis

Bursitis refers to the inflammation and swelling of a fluid-filled sac under the skin. This sac is called Bursa. It is usually present at the joints and acts as a cushion between the bones and the tendons.

Arthritis is the inflammation of joints. It may occur on one or more joints. Rheumatoid arthritis and osteoarthritis are the most common types of Arthritis. Arthritis may be shown by stiffness and swelling on the joints with constant joint pains.

17. Scoliosis and Achondroplasia

The medical condition in which a person's spine turns sideways is known as Scoliosis. Usually, the turn in the spine is "S" or "C" shaped. Sometimes the turn is minor but in some cases, the condition may worsen with age.

The abnormal condition of disproportionate dwarfism is known as Achondroplasia. This a bone growth disorder which results in the abnormally short stature of the body.

18. Paget’s disease and Osteosarcoma

A bone disease in which the normal recycling process of the body is affected is called Paget’s disease. This condition is most common in skull, pelvis, spine, and legs. The bones may become misshapen and fragile in this disease.

Osteosarcoma is the most common type of cancer found in bones and may cause the formation of immature bones. Most of the people suffering from this disease are under the age of 25 and it is mostly found in males rather than females.

19. Diabetes Mellitus and Diabetes Insipidus

Diabetes Mellitus is a metabolic condition which is characterized by a high blood sugar level over a longer period of time. It is commonly known as diabetes and if not treated, can become a serious issue over a longer period of time. Common symptoms of Diabetes Mellitus are increased appetite, increased thirst, and frequent urination.

Diabetes Insipidus includes frequent urination with dilute urine and an increased level of thirst. Even a reduction in water intake does not have any effect on the concentration of urine. A person may produce up to 20 liters of urine in a single day.

20. Acromegaly and Giantism

The condition in which the pituitary gland produces an abnormal quantity of growth hormone is known as Acromegaly. As a result of this, the bones of feet, face, and hands. This condition is more common in middle-aged adults.

Giantism or gigantism is a condition characterized by an abnormal growth in individuals. This medical condition is caused due to the excessive production of growth hormone in childhood and may result in height more than average.

21. Hypothyroidism and Myxedema

Hypothyroidism is the condition in which the thyroid gland does not work properly in the body of an individual and does not produce enough hormones that it should be producing. Its symptoms are rarely visible but if not detected on time.it can become really dangerous.

When the hypothyroidism is not detected an treated on time, it takes the form of a more severe condition, known as myxedema. Myxedema makes the skin appear puffy, swollen and rashed.

22. Addison’s disease and Cushing’s disease

Addison’s disease is characterized by the malfunctioning of the entire adrenal cortex. Its symptoms are only visible when 90% of the both of the adrenal cortices stop working.

Hyperglycemia is the condition when the blood glucose level is too high. It is a defining characteristic of diabetes.

Glycosuria is the condition when a high amount of sugar is excreted in urine. This may be caused due to diabetes or any kidney disease.

Grave's disease is a disorder of the immune system in which the immune system of an individual attacks the thyroid gland and makes it produce more and more thyroid hormone. It may also be characterized by hyperthyroidism.

Plastics are used to make many products that are essential to humankind, such as sewage treatment pipes, electrical conductor insulation and medical equipment. Birds, fish and sea creatures of all sizes think plastic is food. Fish and turtles die as they become entangled in plastic waste. The sea does not lose the plastic either, but over time it grinds into ever smaller crumbs and fibers, i.e. micro-plastics. In nature, micro-plastics collect environmental toxins and carry up the food chain to our plate. Micro-plastics found in fish and shellfish. Because plastic builds up toxins, eating it is a health risk for all living things. The littering and the discharge of plastic waste into the environment need to stop. Consumers' choices alone are not enough. The legislation is necessary because plastic ends up in the environment, not only in plastic bags and packages but also in micro-plastics and car tires, for example, added to cosmetics. This research aims at determining the possible link between plastic and risk associated with plastic.

Plastics decompose very slowly in nature. As they disintegrate, the plastics primarily broke into smaller pieces, and gradually the polymer chains they contain are broken, in particular by UV radiation and oxygen. Human malfunction can also cause direct plastic damage to the environment. Disposed plastic in the sea and the atmosphere is harmful to fauna. For example, in the stomachs of dead waterfowl, plastics have been found that the birds have eaten after they thought the plastic was food. Burning plastics increases carbon dioxide emissions because plastics are made from oil-based raw materials. There are also plastics made from biomass as well as fillers therefor which are carbon neutral in this respect.as stated by Thompson, Moore, Vom Saal, & Swan (2009), Plastics made from pure polymers are often unsuitable for use as such but are added with additives to improve the properties of the plastics. These additives can leach into the environment from landfills or from plastic in the environment and cause environmental damage.

The legislative process to pass a bill in the United States goes through several steps in order to become a law. There are different committees, sub-committees, stakeholders and other responsible organizations that are involved in this procedure. Likewise, the process will be the same for the policy regarding healthcare. However, the committee, subcommittee, stakeholders, key departments and healthcare providers are identified and also specified their roles in policy process and implementation.

Committee

The committee that is selected for the process is the US House Committee on Appropriations. It will be responsible for passing the bill regarding the expenditures in the Senate along with other members. This committee is responsible to regulate the financial expenditures for a policy (Bekafigo, 2018). Its role is considered very influential in considering a bill in Senate.

Under the Committee of House Appropriations, Subcommittee on Labor, Health and Human Services, Education, and Related Agencies will have to play an essential role in preparing the budget for different departments. Likewise, they will be responsible to allocate budget for the bill that is under progress.

Stakeholders

The healthcare stakeholders in the United States are mostly the healthcare providers, Government, citizens, health insurance providers, the pharmaceutical companies, healthcare facilities and hospitals throughout the country (Stiggelbout, 2012). All of them have specified functions in the provision of quality healthcare to the citizens of the United States. The health insurance companies and pharmaceutical cannot be ignored in this process. Both of the stakeholders highly concerned for the provision of quality patient care but they are also conscious about their profit. Therefore, they can be seen as lobbying against healthcare reforms or policies that include regulations for healthcare coverage or medications.

Government

The government also has an important role in healthcare services because it also acts as a payer for some health care services. It is not profit driven but it also takes interest in maintaining the healthcare facilities effective and affordable for its citizens. The demand for improved benefits in the healthcare policy might get the attention of the government.

Physicians’ role

Healthcare providers can play a crucial role in designing or processing policies that are related to healthcare. Doctors can have different opinions regarding health issues. At the same time, Healthcare providers possess the potential to influence political decisions related to healthcare through effective communication (Mohammad, 2013). Moreover, the integrity and cooperation of healthcare providers can bring them to the same platform, through which they can demand the improvements in healthcare facilities and enhance the patient outcomes.

Public

It is the public that receives the healthcare facilities. Therefore, the policy framework is designed to benefit the general public. At the same time, with the advancement of the media public is politically aware of the activities of Congress and they show more interest in Policy decision making. They also want to have access to information regarding the policies. They can influence policy decisions in the form of social movements and different civil societies. Moreover, the role of patients and consumers is impossible to ignore in implementing the healthcare policy.

Responsibilities of Key Departments

The stakeholders hold a strong position in helping the government in the implementation of the policies. These stakeholders are healthcare providers, insurance companies, consumers and other community workers. The healthcare providers will align their services with the newly developed policy and follow the rules in providing efficient services. At the same time, insurance companies will cooperate with the other stakeholders in financing the healthcare facilities. Patients can ensure the proper implementation of the policy throughout the country, by participating in assessments and evaluations that are conducted to measure the effectiveness of the policy.

Competition is key in the decision-making process for any organization, especially in regard to the use of resources at hand. The primary purpose of the competition, especially in health care services, is to improve efficiency, which leads to the accomplishment of its broader goals (Brekke, Gravelle, Siciliani, & Straume, 2014). Thus, ways in which a primary care group practice of four or five physicians can differentiate what they offer to their customers/patients from what they are being offered by competing physician groups are;

To commit to the patient population and focus of person-centered care as opposed to patient-centered.

Understand the needs of your patients and build a team that is recognizable to them and can cater to their needs responsibly.

Show keen diligence while caring for your patients and be proactive in your approach towards looking after them.

Who are the true “customers” of the group practice the patients to whom it provides medical services or the health plans with whom it contracts to gain access to those patients?

At present, doctors operate under a traditional model of fee-for-service. They are rewarded for providing more care to their patients by the health plan providers. These health plan providers partially pay for the tests and the medication provided to the patient, which gives physicians the freedom to order as many tests or prescribe the medicines they deem fit. On the other hand, these physicians also give health care providers the incentive to restrict the coverage of the expenses laid on patients. Authors of the article always had a passion for drawing since he was a kid, but the more he grew, the more he started to feel unhappy about his art drawing skills, he found them childish. He was disappointed in his art that it never grew. Every time he used to look at other artists art, in the museum he used to feel amazed by their multi-dimensions pieces and this emotion used to get stronger in his heart that his art is always plain and cartoonish.

Upon his discussion with a friend who was a mature artist, he found a new method of drawing Blind contour drawing technique. In this technique, the artist draws on the piece of paper without looking at the paper; this technique is very different from the conventional drawing methods. It allows an artist to break out of the conventional way of looking things and unlearn the lifeless conventions. This technique allows the artist to see things more than objects and allows spiritually to depict itself in the images. The author was able to tap out his inner artist using this technique.

This technique allows lines to form the most artistic image that is not perfect in conventional terms. It gives the well-sculpted line of an image, the life that they can never find in the orthodox methods of drawing. It gives them unique inscrutable expression and drenches them into a spiritual storm of lines.

Looking at a paper while drawing binds artist to draw the objects as it is, the image that is perfect in all possible ways which put a hold to his imagination and disables it to reveal itself on the paper. Our brains simplify the designs. Blind drawings push an artist to find meaning in the meaningless objects to find life in the chaos and see beauty in the most chaotic dark realities and depict them by combing the unseen realities with the objects in the most fascinating way. This technique is used even in the art institutions to help students unlock and reveal their true inner artist.

I was five years old at the time when I started noting people who appeared passionate to help people around them. These observations ended up making my wish to go into medicine before I even know what Biology leads toward. Though, the reasons why I wanted to specifically become a doctor in medicine were not so apparent back then. I always got motivated whenever I was among doctors, I felt permitted, self-confident, fearless, and felt like there was no other one much caring, compared to the doctors. My enthusiasm for this field, was like a dearest story, a passion with the profession. I was immensely interested in biology as I obviously couldn't practice medicine as a kid. Reading a college-level microbiology text as a fifth-grader was my "gateway drug" into medicine. When I grew up. I felt many reasons (both personal and family- oriented) which pushed me to enter medicine. In addition to this, medicine filed became more apparent to me, but, there was still something which was pushing me and which I cannot explain. In short, it was not one single cause but a merger of every cause. It was very significant to have understood that medicine was the only job that permits me to help people and make me feel at ease at the same time. It tests the confines of human sympathy, reminiscence, physical stamina, and flexibility. I realize this that I accepted the challenge of becoming a medical doctor unintentionally, but in a sheer love for this profession. I still believe, like that in my early days that being a medic could be the best feel, I could have associated myself to, ever in my life.

As explained earlier, being in a medical profession was something close to my heart, it is a manifestation of what I had wished throughout my life. I believe professionalism for me is nothing but the commitment to my duty and the right to what others have upon me. We see many different people, who work in different roles around us, and they perform their duty. I and many more people get the benefit, when we feel relieved of the burden, they share with us. It is what professionalism means to me. Also, I cannot complete my contemplations about professionalism without referring to the profession of a doctor. We see people who work 24/7 to bring little ease to our lives. They are actors, entertainers, artists, and those who do our little jobs. As an output, we feel relieved and in comfort. If such little changes are that worth mentioning, then how can one disregard the profession of a doctor, which is much rewarding. Therefore, this profession means nothing but life to me. There are many different experiences of mine, which I can relate to my enthusiasm for this profession. I believe overseeing and deserting the feels like unfortunately, we see these days is not professionalism. If a doctor is more behind self-fulfilment in terms of finances, then I do not mean this as the professionalism of the doctor. The profession of a doctor means to me, in the manner, that I have pleased my patients, I have mitigated their issues, and I am at comfort after bringing them relief. This is how the profession of a doctor means to me.

The eight-year program of Liberal Medical Profession is an ultimate option for me. This eight-year program is the best option available among other medical studies out there. This largely decreases our gap years and lessen one’s burden of looking for study materials and lecture guidance.

A comparison analysis of Brown’s eight-year program with many bachelors and Master’s program of medicine degree, out there suggests that it offers many options to deviate. For example, the initial years can give much ample time to discuss with fellow students and seniors and finally deciding, where I want to head toward. Also, it benefits those students who think any time in their initial years to exit from this program. There are many students who want to quit medicine when they feel, they are not quite fit for this field, so this program offers them a chance to deviate from this field. Moreover, I see this program fits into the financial aspect as well. Since the medical field is much costly, therefore, this program allows anyone to allocate the requisite funds at the start of the program. This program will also develop our strengths and will shape our mind as to how being a doctor is the best work on earth. There are many different programs, but I have found this program most interactive. The eight years is quite ample time to develop our friendships and opt for our specialties, which we aim to achieve in the longer run. This program is compatible with my professional and personal goals as well. Since I believe that once started, I won’t be able to give a break in my education, since it will become hectic and will be quite a burden for me. Considering all such perspectives, I believe Brown’s University Liberal Medical Program of eight years meet my professional and personal goals.

As I am interested in studying about women health issues. Back in my country, there are many problems which I personally feel that women face unnecessarily. The open curriculum allows me, therefore, to opt for what fascinates me the most. I have therefore decided to explore more about issues related to women health. There are many community centers and health-related institutions which can help me to explore about the issue which women face in their hectic days, and during pregnancy and after that. Since many women work as well they look after them too, therefore, I believe, there must be some research which should explore, how we can bring ease to their lives. From the perspective of a doctor, I believe, I can be at a better position to analyze the difficulties, from which women went through. These difficulties are related not just with their health, but with their professional and personal life as well. This research will not only help me ion making better the endeavors American community is already taking, rather it will help to reorient the social health structure for women in my own country as well. As this program allow me to do some community research as well, therefore, I am much excited to pursue this program. This is absolutely right, that the Brown campus will offer me to learn from my peers as well as from those around us. I believe it is my moral duty as well to contribute to the knowledge building as well. I remember, when I use to meet some doctors in my early ages, they use to tell me, and how they treat their patients. This aspect has always allured me when I use to spend time with them. Now when I am going to be a part of this community, I am ready to add my expertise and learn from what they have to offer. I have heard that at Brown University, seniors are more helpful and they help in expanding our interests more in medicine. It can help me a lot, since, I believe there are many aspects of medicine which I have not been told or I have not learned for one reason or another. By being part of this community, I will make my concepts about medicine more concrete and strong. Also, I have been among some women who had been deprived of basic facilities. I do not think my peers here are aware of such difficulties. I will try to add their knowledge, about how women in less privileged states meet their both ends. My experience of working with such ladies is also another aspect which will be a new addition to their knowledge.

Back in my country, I have lived in a society which is nearby a doctor’s hotel, where many doctors are living. Most of them were students who were in the final year. We shared close bonding as we happened to meet when they pass by our home. They were well-mannered and due to this quality, we shared a close bonding. They used to visit us and my mother also warmly welcomed them whenever they happened to come to our place. Till this day, my mother takes care of them when they visit us and treats them with great affection in order to make them feel at home as they are living away from the families at the hotel. The way they are serving mankind with their uniting efforts and hardship is phenomenal. They not only save lives rather I would say they save the whole families as no one wants to lose their loved once. They inspire me a lot to achieve something as good as they achieve. For me serving humanity is the great things that one could do. I wanted to be like them and I would dedicate my life for serving my patient. One day I wanted to be like someone of them who after the tiring duties at the hospital comes out of the hospitals that they are doing something that would not only earn them a reputation in society rather, they are doing something for which they would be rewarded by the divine as well.

Introduction: “Children of Men” is a dystopian-thriller film shot in Britain and America both. The story of the movie takes place in 2027, where two decades of human infertility have hugely disturbed the balance in society CITATION Alf06 \l 1033 (Cuarón, 2006). The main character of the movie “Theon Faron” teaches the viewers some serious lessons never to lose hope, even in the darkest of times.

Section 1: Character Description: Theon Faron is a cynical middle-aged-bureaucrat. He was a former activist who was very hopeful about a bright future but became depressed after the death of his young son CITATION GEN17 \l 1033 (GENIUS CHARACTER REVEALS: Theo Faron (CHILDREN OF MEN), 2017).

Section 2: Function: Theon Faron is the central character of the movie “Children of Men”. Being the main lead, he is unquestionably connected to all the characters of the movie. He is the pivotal person who rescues the only hope left for this world, a pregnant girl, Kee.

Section 3: Scene 1: One of the meaningful scenes that depict the situation of Theon Faron perfectly is the opening scene of the movie, where he enters into a café where everyone is worried about the death of the youngest person in the world but he does not care about this at all.

Section 4: Scene 2: The second meaningful scene that elaborates the importance of Theon Faron for the storyline is the scene where he gets to know about Kee. His concern that he shows towards Kee, shows that he has once again found hope in the world and God.

Conclusion. In short, it can be said that being the central character of the movie, the role of Theon Faron is extremely important for the movie. Without him, the movie would have been incomplete, in fact meaningless. He shows an amalgamation of emotions that a person experiences during their life when they are depressed but when they see a ray of hope.

Critique of Music Concert

My love for music always enthralled me to attend music concerts of different genres. My passion for music encourages me to listen to different singers live and gain delight as much as possible. This is why I was immensely excited when my friends made a plan to attend Iron Maiden Concert on Thursday 18th July 2019. I believe that anybody who interested in good music can never refuse the option of attending this concert. My friends shared specific details about the concert with me that eventually enhance my excitement level for attending this concert. My enthusiasm accelerates because the music band of the Raven Age was on the list as the special guest for this concert. Iron Maiden is also one major interest as it is the biggest name in the music world when it comes to the heavy metal band. I definitely wanted to listen to this music group live as it is one of my favorite music bands.

At the day of the concert, my friends and I were all ready to experience the thrilling experience of Iron maiden Concert. The illustration of attending the concert can never consider complete without focusing on the overall setting of this particular music event. Joining the fascinating feel of music at the venue of BB&T Center Sunrise, Florida was the great experience. My first reaction at entering the venue is wow as every feature of the entire setting beautifully blend with the true prospect of the music. The overall setting of the venue successfully captivating the audience with its horrific theme according to the musical approach of the Iron Maiden. Undoubtedly, the entire feel of this event is engaging and enchanting as the audience were ready to connect their souls with the actual theme of music provided by music bands.

The particular experience in the form of beast music show is all together was a different experience from the usual approach of the music. The unique form of music eventually gives chilled to the spectators as the entire environment lead us to the different kind of world which was not normal. I have no hesitation to admit that the overall setting of the event was successfully according to the actual beasty theme, which is the true identity of the Iron Maiden music band. The explanation of this event can never consider complete without focusing on the performance of all the performers. Experience the setlist in the form of music concert ultimately connected audience with the actual approach of music provided by music performers. The powerful performance by the music band, Iron Maiden got my attention. I also experienced that the entire audience was bound to connect with the overall feel of the music presented by Iron Maiden for their fans. The show was started with HIS, and it incredibly connects the whole audience with the actual feel of the signature music of Iron Maiden. The entire audience completely showed their involvement by waving and enjoying every bunch of the music shared by the performers.

There were many people just like my friends who were interesting to shoot these moments from their phones and me. The hustling feels of the scenario definitely made it difficult for me to capture the right flash at the right time but obviously, I tried my interest. As the keen observer, I was also interested to keenly observe and assess the behavioral perspectives of the audience of this concert. I saw many people who were drunk and much interested in screaming lyrics of the songs. Undoubtedly, it was one crucial shade of this concert that illustrated the modes of enjoyment adopted by people at the event. The songs presented by iron Maiden eventually turned on the whole place as people are all up to enjoy the feel of this music. The entire floor was full and actively showed their participation by responding to each song presented by performers. The overall appearance of the performers was the critical part of the entire feel of this music event. I must admit that the costumes and the body language of all the members of Iron Maiden were completely matched with the actual nature of the music provided by them in the form of rock music. The stage behavior of all the members of the band was up to the mark, and according to the actual requirements of the nature of the music, they offered for the audience. The exhilaration of the performers eventually gave courage to the audience to involved in the entire prospect of the concert. All the members of the band completely engage with the music they were shared with the audience with great power. Undoubtedly, performers had complete understanding to engage the audience with the actual feels of the songs.

When it comes to the particular moment, I enjoyed most at the concert was when Iron Maiden presented my most favorite song, “The Clansman.” It was a great experience for me to listen to this song live in a concert and enjoy the natural feel of this piece of music. Undoubtedly, attending this concert is a lifetime experience for me as it was greatly enjoyable for me. It is crucial to confess that the music band of Iron Maiden have the full potential to make the concert successful and according to the expectations of the audience. The combination of the powerful music performance, the entire setting, and the stimulated audience made this concert unforgettable music event for me.

The graph explains the statistics of child mortality rates from 1800 to 2015. There has been significant decline in the child mortality rates between this period. Over 40% of the children died before 5 years of age in 1800s while the rates increased slightly in 1850s. By 1900 the rates of mortality was 40% that declined further to 20% in 1950s. most dramatic differences are noted between the period of 1970s to 2000 as the rates declined from 18% to 10%. A further decline is observed from 2000 to 2015 with the final mortality rate of 5%. Since 1950s there has been constant decline in the mortality rates. The relationship between improved health status is negative with child mortality rate. This indicates that improvements in health leads to reduction of mortality.

Several factors contribute to the decline in morality including such as pneumonia, tuberculosis and influenza remained prominent causes of death until 1900s. While these diseases were controlled by development of different vaccinations. In 1960s the deaths in children were due to gestation commonly known as low birth. The mortality rates declined further in at the end of 1999 due to development of different vaccines and different food supplements. The standards of care improved significantly after 2000 that helped the hospitals to control child death rates. Due to advancements in medicine and technology many children survived chronic diseases like cancer and cardiovascular problems CITATION Mar031 \l 1033 (Field & Behrman, 2003).

The changes in the pattern of mortality rates indicates that children who were unable to survive with complex conditions were able to live more years due to enhancement in the healthcare services. Similarly palliative care and hospice services also played significant role in controlling mortality rates and improving life expectancy.
