When a customer requests order cancellation before a writer is assigned, full compensation can be claimed. The refunded amount will be credited to the customer's website account or their bank account.
- Writer Assigned:
Once a writer is assigned to the order, cancellation is not possible. If the order is canceled or delayed, the funds will be added to the client's website account balance and are not refundable.
In case of a delay in an order, the customer has the right to request Time Delivery Difference Compensation based on the initial deadline and the time of delay.
Compensation is not available in the following cases:
- If the delay is caused by the customer's actions, such as late payment or submission of required material.
- If the delay is due to issues at the customer's end, such as internet problems, browser issues, or system failures.
If the customer is unsatisfied with the work, the Quality Assurance Team will assess it based on customer feedback and calculate compensation proportional to the percentage of mistakes in the paper.
Compensation requests are not valid for low grades. Papers are for reference purposes only and should not be submitted directly. In cases of alleged plagiarism, only a Turnitin report is accepted for consideration.
- Processing Timeline: Refunds are processed within seven days of receiving the refund confirmation. The company is not responsible for any Bank Transfer fees, transfer issues, or delays due to bank services.
- Original Payment Method: Refunds are made using the original payment method.
