For instance, in an organization setup, service job and sales vary from more from task oriented and therefore, sales and service skills are important. Therefore, without job analysis an organization cannot have a clear knowledge or idea of the type of an employee who would fit in a specific job position. It is therefore, likely to increase the recruitment success of the organization. The job analysis is also done to track the performance and the need in the market in each position offered by the company. It also helps the HR to safe guard the company against any lawsuit resulting from discrimination by either employees or any organization.

The assessment of job analysis of the regional sales representative position established that, the organization should focus on the skills and experience of employees since sales representative position requires a dynamic person who is also result oriented. In the process of recruitment, communications and interpersonal skills of each candidate should be evaluated and used as a yard stick for recruitment. This should account high in the assessment criteria because a sales representative should be able to network and relate well with employees and create a good network in the market.

Regional sales representatives would focus on studying the existing and potential dealers in the market, monitor competition and recommend change in product, provide historical information of customers and area sales, submit orders by referring to the existing price list and therefore, the organization focus during recruitment should be to get an employee who can efficiently carry out these responsibilities. However, the assessment establishes that the company should recruit an employee who can meet sales goals and can close deals and therefore, the focus of the recruitment team should be on the dynamic candidate, self confidence, a negotiator, and has the knowledge of the product. According to Kim (2015), an employee with a broad understanding of the product and the company strategies is capable of articulate issues and therefore, can be able to deliver on the task.

A candidate for the position of regional sales representative must have a bachelor degree in sales and marketing or any related business courses. A certification in sales and marketing and competency in computer skills especially in Microsoft office such as word, excel, database and PowerPoint will also be added advantage. It would also be important for the organization to recruit an individual with over five years experience in the field of sales and marketing. These requirements are necessary because a sale representative is the focal point of a company in every region and therefore, a candidate for this position should have a high qualification and understand the market as well.

However, the regional sales representative wage plan includes benefits and commission, which are paid based on the total sales made by each employee. The regional sales representatives would be paid annual salary of $250,000, plus commission to be tabulated based on the sales each employee achieved at the end of the each financial year. The employment terms should also be on contract basis of at least three years, with an option for renewal of the contract upon application by an employee. It is also important to highlight that employees in sales would be working for forty hours a week as the rest of the employees and any extra time would be compensated as it done by other employees. This means that regional sales representative are suppose to work under the same regulations as the rest of employees to deliver efficient services to the organization.

The organization therefore, should focus on some of the key competency of candidates and evaluate them based on the job requirement and responsibilities. And based on the assessment, the regional sales representative responsibilities include maintaining contact with clients, updating the organization, and negotiating on behalf of the organization and therefore, it is important to get a highly qualify individual for the position.

The process of recruitment should proceed by posting the position and calling for application from potential candidates. Prisoners are not provided with adequate facilities keeping into consideration health and correctional setting standards, thereby paving the way for further violence and victimization of prisoners. Federal Emergency Management is one of the well-known agencies in the United States. Its primary purpose is to coordinate the responses of local as well as state authorities in the case of any disaster. History shows that the federal government has been playing an important role in emergency management. There are hundreds of incidents that have been managed by Federal Emergency Management since the time of its foundation. No doubt this agency helps in resolving the issues as well as assist in coping with the challenges of any natural disaster. Though all the incidents are managed by following the federal emergency management principles, but unfortunately, there are some incidents which cast hazardous impacts on the United States since 2010.

One of the main incidents, operated by Federal Emergency Management is Hurricane Harvey that cast hazardous impacts on the United States in Texas. According to the records, with nearly 4.5 feet of rain and wind at 130 mph, Hurricane Harvey propelled a disaster response. It was the time, when not only government and non-profit organizations came on the front foot to save lives but also neighbors joined to mount an untiring effort for meeting needs of thousands of people (Van Oldenborgh,et,al,2017). Before the storm landed near Rockport, on Aug 25, Federal Emergency Management Agency beforehand prepositioned personnel and supplies in this state. FEMA joined local agencies and all other organizations for showing a response against the devastation caused by this storm.

Hurricane Harvey caused destruction at great level but FEMA managed all the disasters effectively by acting upon its principles. FEMA catered disasters and responded to the threats by following its fundamental principles i.e. mitigation, preparedness, response, and recovery. Most of the time, things as per the plan and principles and add a lot in the success of FEMA. It assigned 28 Urban Search and Rescue teams to deploy to Texas for assisting state as well as local agencies for saving lives (Jonkman,et,al,2018). These teams rescued 6453 humans and 237 animals using high water trucks and boats. This rescue operation involved National Park Service, U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service and many other agencies. Huge funding was done by FEMA for the cost of protective measures and removal of debris. It also coordinated with National Business Emergency Operations Center calls among 150 companies that are working in the private sector.

There has been witnessed a historic need of housing following Hurricane Harvey, keeping the need in consideration, FEMA along with the state of Texas looked forward for making an agreement on establishing a state-managed mission and this is how the state of Texas provided homes to thousands of people on the behalf of FEMA. Due to the absence of grant-making authority, this agreement was created and it provided solutions that met disaster-specific objectives and also at the same time, FEMA developed more systematic long-term recovery plans. FEMA was already dealing with 692 open disasters (Goldberg,et,al,2018). FEMA deployed its Corps team (total 41 in numbers) that was prepared in 15 days of disaster declaration that started on 27 August. Hurricane Harvey stalled over parts in southern Texas, which resulted in flooding and weather conditions and it proved helpful as ports, roads and airports were closed and access to disastrous areas was prevented. Following Hurricane Harvey, the commodity was managed by Texas National Guard.

FEMA took an eye on the distribution efforts by taking help of Texas crisis management software platform for viewing the distribution points, inventory, commodity burn rates and required locations. The Environmental Protection Agency collaborated with Texas Commission on Environmental Quality and completed a target of 625 assessments of drinking water along with 441 wastewater assessments. The Department of Energy provided support to the Texas Division of Emergency Management. It was seen that utility companies made a proper response in a coordinated manner for activating mutual support networks. They assigned more than 10,000 workers who belonged to different 21 states for recovery and response efforts.

Department of Defense provided support to more than 30 missions on the behalf of FEMA. These mission assignments included strategic airlifts, rescue team, evacuation, transportation, logistics, patient movement, and installations support. The Department of Agriculture activated the program for providing food benefits to the households that would not even qualify. Schools in the areas that struck with Hurricane Harvey allowed providing meals free of cost for all the students. Helicopters were used for identifying stranded livestock. FEMA also supported the Department of Transportation that begins with the idea of reshaping and returning transportation infrastructure into its pre-storm conditions. Federal Highway Administration focused upon activating the employee response effort and staff assisted in emergencies. Many of the people lost their jobs because of the Hurricane Harvey and FEMA activated Disaster Unemployment Assistance for citizens of Texas, the commission was formed by FEMA that processed insurance claims of 136,576 out of 17,714 people under the name of the program "DUA".

So as a whole, it could be concluded that FEMA managed many disasters that caused destruction at a great level. FEMA through the collaboration of many government and non-government organizations supported various fields for resolving the issues. Programs were made not only for identifying the issues but also recovery programs of FEMA severed best for reshaping infrastructure and bringing back life of people on the normal routine. FEMA managed to handle many natural disasters because it has been dealing with numbers of unpredictable situations. National Response Framework and National Incident Management have almost same kind of principles like that of FEMA so they all supported each other for saving thousands of lives.

CEO compensation has negative impacts on society. It is worth saying that greater responsibility accounts for greater reward, but the basic salary and performance bonus ration of 20-to-80 are not justifiable. Another aspect of compensation disparity is that it depends upon how much risk an employee is carrying with him. Compensation disparities should be determined by experience and risk of responsibilities, a worker carry for an organization. The transparency of a firm about worker’s compensation is important for equality insights and output maximization.

The compensation gap is one of the deriving factors of household income inequality. This compensation disparity is a threat to the societal justice system, the rich are going to be richer, and the poor are going to be poorer. Within the organization, the pay differentials impact the worker's productivity, as well as his utility. If worker utility for his compensation is not maximized, it will ultimately affect his productivity.

High compensation inequality in one organization potentially affects the features of the overall labor market. It makes a man alert and focused on its target. The adrenal glands start releasing stress hormone, along with cortisol and adrenaline. These hormones help in getting a person to the safest place. However, stress affects each and every organ of the body from muscles to stomach or feet. The stress causes emotional responses in the body such as depressed mood, irritability, insomnia, chronic anxiety, and difficulty in learning, focusing or concentrating. It also urges in a person the feeling of loss of sex drive and eating disorders.

According to the survey of American Psychological Association people are usually awake at night due to stress. Therefore, stress is detrimental to the well-being of our personal and professional life and also health. The effect of stress is adverse on the body, as the body starts acting deviant to the standard procedures of life which in turn affects the biological, psychological and social life of a person. Therefore, in the result of this prolonged condition of stress a person is not able to eat well, sleep well and even communicate or socialize well. All the symptoms of stress are interrelated, starting from early onset to the prolonged occurrence of stress. Also, the connection of stress response in interlinked as well, because it is seen that lack of sleep disrupts the food cycle and it, therefore, ruins the functioning of a person.

The Boston Tea Party and Underlying Causes

It was 1773 when more than 5000 people gathered in Boston's largest building "Old South Meeting House". Samuel Adams, who was one of the Sons of Liberty organized the Boston Tea Party. American colonials felt that they had to pay taxes to cover the expenses of the Indian and French wars by Britain. There is not a single cause for the Boston Tea Party but a chain of causes. The main reason for the Boston Tea Party was tax payment without the representation of the American Colonials. When compared to views of John Locke’s on the rights of people, the Tea Act is against the rights of people while Thomas Hobbes has opposite views on rights of individuals.

Patriotic colonials to avoid taxes, they stopped drinking tea which was imported from England. Instead, they started using tea was imported from Holland by smuggling because of lower prices and sale of tea to colonies via East Company was not allowed. In December 1773, an American Colonist, having no representation and a tax payer was mad at Britain. He dumped the tea at Griffins Wharf which weighted equivalent to weight 3,600 gold bars. This incident was named as the Boston Tea Party.

Americans believed that Britain was charging them taxes unfairly and Americans were no longer able to buy untaxed tea which was smuggled from England. The Tea Act was passed in 1773 for American colonials by the British government to give monopoly to East India Company which was to bankrupt soon. To entertain the demands of colonials, Britain canceled some of the taxes expect the taxes on tea. This resulted in a boycott of tea sale to East India Company and smuggled tea to the Dutch. Smuggling tea to the Dutch resulted in the EIC losing millions of pounds and consequently, face major bankruptcy.

Tea Act was against individual rights because it was not in support of giving any representation to the people of Americans and Britain was imposing taxes to save East India Company from bankruptcy and it was creating a monopoly of EIC. Social contract theory was in support of the individual's rights and was a reason to act against their governments for not performing their duties. Britain violated the rights of Americans and they were kept as slaves in their own country, but Americans rebelled because of events like the Stamp Act and Boston Tea Party.

Chivalry is an act of kindness, which makes a person great, and society a better place. Although in the current world people have become more self-centered but still it is existing. I believe there are people who are performing chivalrous actions more often because they believe in helping others. I myself like to perform chivalrous acts because it leads to the inner satisfaction and peace. In a world full of tensions I think that the best way of attaining real contentment is by engaging in chivalrous acts. These actions have dual benefits because it makes the beneficiary and the benefactor better off. Chivalrous acts are linked to the great King Arthur who respected women and gave them the place they deserved. I think these could be hundreds of chivalrous actions which people can perform for making this world a better place to live in.

I have always taken the opportunity to engage in chivalrous things in different settings because they bring happiness and joy. When I was 18 years old and studying at a college I met a boy who was drug addict. The guy was undergoing depression and complained about his miserable life. I decided to help him because it was really upsetting for me to see a young guy in this state. After talking to him I realized that he is suffering from depression and needs help. I suggested him to visit the psychologist but he refused. Therefore, I decided to help him by counseling and making him self-sufficient in dealing with his stress. When I talked to him I learned that he was hurt because no one listened to him and he had been neglected in his childhood. The first chivalrous thing I did was ‘To Listen’. By repeating this practice for a month I was able to encourage him to participate in social activities for his improvement. It was again through listening that I made him realize his current state and how it was ruining his future. Listening is a chivalrous thing for a person who is searching for opportunity to speak and share his emotions.

Once I was returning from a trip and I found a seat next to a girl. During the journey we talked about different things and exchanged our experiences of trip. It was a four hours drive to our hometown and we were extremely tired after completing two hours. The bus stopped and asked the passengers to be back after 15 minutes. I was hungry at that time and asked the girl if she is hungry too? She said yes I am hungry. We went to the nearby restaurants and ordered the food and coffee. The girl was confused but didn’t say anything. I really enjoyed that meal and the coffee. When the waiter brought the bill the girl was nervous and I saw that her wallet was missing. I realized that she had no money. I took the money from my wallet and paid the bill. Instead of making her realize that I know what was going on, I just told her that a guy must always pay. Listening to this she laughed and relaxed. I believe this chivalrous thing allowed me to help the girl at the time when she could have felt bad and embarrassed.

Another chivalrous act which I remember was performed during my visit to the cinema. I was really tired and wanted to go home. When the movie ended a 5-6 years old boy came to me crying and asking for his parents. He was really sad and feared that he might has lost them. I took him by hand and told him not to worry I will take him to his parents they are just in the parking. I managed to comfort the child and looked around for finding his parents. I couldn’t see any couple or parent who was searching a child. I went to the receptionist and told to make an announcement about the lost child. She made an announcement on the speaker. After five minutes a couple came and told us that they were looking for their child. This chivalry thing allowed me to help the child meet his parents.

I believe everyone of us encounter different situations in life where we could perform chivalrous acts. These acts are crucial for promoting kindness and prosperity in the society. Any chivalrous act, which I perform, makes me feel good and leads to immense happiness.
