Did your Facebook feed pop up with an article on the world is going to end in 2030? Did one of your friends tell you that there is a new insect that is going to kill us all? You might have heard these stories, but they are not true. In recent years, fake news has taken place everywhere on social media, most popularly Facebook. Fake news is created in order to receive the most clicks or shares, for this is how the fake articles gain profit. Whether it’s deeming a source as fake or calling out media that disagrees with one’s beliefs, it is everywhere. It plagues social media sites, leaving corporate leaders wondering how they can fix this major issue. This is where it has flourished and evolved into thousands of sites posting false headlines. Social media platforms such as Facebook has created a site where users could publicly share experiences from their lives. However, fake news takes advantage of this feature by creating headlines that grab the attention of one specific part of a larger audience. Therefore, Fake news goes viral on social media because it travels faster than any other fact-based news, it causes social media users to ditch privacy concerns and it can target individuals with false accusations and untrue accounts of events.

Firstly, fake news on social networking sites spread information faster than any other media. This is a real concern among the established News Media Outlets, as to how the fake news propagation be made down and slow. Thirdly, the impact of Social media has now taken the political surface too. With the elections in the United States, which claimed President Donald Trump as the winner, the debate has expanded. If one analyzes this perspective of the malicious Facebook propaganda- this has far-reaching impacts. None of them- every social media user will come to the both with a mind so attentive towards his future. This is where the problem will generate and will go too much far. No one in the upcoming generations will respect democracy, resulting in a mass draw down of political systems all around the world.

Throughout many decades, women have been struggling for their rights. Their issues have become more complex with the passage of time. Talking about periods and feminine products is a kind of taboo in society. We live in a society where we can get condoms for free but feminine products which are necessary, are not free. The ad delivers a very strong message, “Women didn’t choose to have a period”. This creates pathos among the audience. The basic claim of women is that feminine products should be free, as they did not choose to have periods so they should not have to pay to maintain their sanitary needs. Jessica Valenti, in her article, says that in countries where sanitary pads are not affordable, girls usually miss school. Study has found that 10% of girls do not go to school when they are on their period. Why Florida?

“Florida for Invalids” and “Oranges and Alligators: Sketches of South Florida Life” are the two short stories by Harriet Beecher Stowe and Robert Brown, respectively which shed light on the life of Florida. The authors have specifically talked about the living conditions of Florida, as well as its climate and its impact on the life and mood of the people living in that society. The authors have made an attempt to convince the readers about living in Florida, by shedding light on the attractive features of life in Florida. However, they have also given equal importance to some of the negative aspects of the life in Florida, in order to prepare the readers, who want to move there, aware of any kind of difficulties and disappointment which can give them a reality check later. The two short stories were authored around the end of the nineteenth century and the start of the twentieth century, which sheds light on the fact that the society was not as greatly developed and modern as it is in the present time and the authors are found comparing Florida with New York. Florida may have been facing the issues of malaria outbreak and not so developed economy, however, the climate and atmosphere of Florida which refreshes the mind and soul of the human beings is the greatest attraction to move to Florida.

Stowe has argued in her short story, “Florida for Invalids” that the people moving from the northern part of the country to the southern part and reach Florida, face a number of difficulties in the initial days of their stay. The climate, as well as other living condition in two parts of the country, are quite different and one of the most important differences in this regard is that of climate. The northern visitors think that it is too cold and unpredictable as well because it can be freezing cold in morning and night and extremely hot during the mid of the day, which is the main reason, according to them that people should not move to Florida. On the other hand, the author has argued that the change in the weather and climate is not so drastic as explained by these people, however, it is fairly astonishing and needs to be enjoyed. Another important aspect highlighted by the author is that the economy of Florida is not so much established, however, it provides the opportunities of progress to its inhabitants, so it is worth living (Stowe). Stowe has also highlighted the fact that people from other parts of the country who come to Florida say that it is full of swamps as well as the fear of the outbreak of malaria. However, such conditions also exist in other parts of the country and should not be made an excuse for ruining the image of Florida. The conditions are not worse but can be managed effectively and people should come to Florida in order to enjoy the rising economy, as well as the refreshing climate (Brahlek).

According to Brown, people should move to Florida because it has got the best of the climate and atmosphere which refreshes the soul of human beings. The author has highlighted the fact that waking up to the golden sunlight, in the center of the scents of the flowers is one of the most beautiful feelings of the world. The author has also talked about the negative image of Florida which has been supported by the publication as well as the word of mouth. According to the news about Florida, it has got fairly cold weather, which affects the life of the general public greatly. On the other hand, the author is of the view that the winters in Florida are no different from other parts of the United States of America, as it gets chilly and people, have to make the extra effort of keeping themselves warm (Brown). The author has also argued that the news about Florida also spread the rumors that it is surrounded by the enemies, however, it is not true as the life in Florida is as peaceful and safe as in other parts of the country. The author has also shared the point of view of what the fruits produced in Florida are one of the exceptional temptations of living in Florida. Brown has highlighted the fact that the oranges produced in Florida are one of the tastiest, which are sent to other parts of the country, as well. The author has argued that people should come and live in Florida in order to enjoy its climate, as well as the serene atmosphere, and the mouthwatering production of fruits (Brown).

Florida has been portrayed as a part of the third world countries which always faces the threats of malaria, have swamps and unpredictable weather. However, it is not like that and has got the most mesmerizing and refreshing atmosphere and climate. Each and every part of the country faces the fear of malaria and it is not something exceptional to worry. In addition to it, it is treatable and does not cause a serious threat to the life of the person. The economy of Florida is also flourishing, so it is worth living. Many subjects I have learned and still learning in my educational life. But there is always a fact that one can be found closed to and interested in one subject. In addition to it, one mostly and almost all the time takes the subject as his or her major which he/she consider interesting to self. Similarly, the subject that I find myself interested in and I almost enjoy when studying and elaborating its concept it Management Information Systems. Apart from this, I have also chosen it (MIS) as my major due to my interest.

I believe that Management Information Systems is a credible and great major with a huge amount of opportunities for the one who is passionate about the subject and excel in it. MIS has been taken as major because it educates students on networks, and processing systems as well as make them able to manage these (mentioned) systems to process and retrieve the internal business information and systems.

In relation to my future goal, the significance and contribution of MIS can be found highly applicable. My future goal is that my family has a small scale business and the main goal or objective behind I study Management Information Systems is to assist my family in running, managing, and growing the business. In simple words, my future goal is to help my family to run and grow my family’s business in a successful and efficient way. While the reason I have taken MIS as major and study it is to enable myself to help my family in the business.

According to WHO, Heath is defined as a state of complete mental, social and physical wellbeing and not just the absence of disease and illness. Depression is defined as a mood disorder with persistent feelings of sadness. Depression affects how people think, behave and feel. It can lead to a variety of physical and emotional problems. People with depression have trouble doing daily activities and sometimes they may feel their life worthless. Depression is a highly prevalent chronic illness and is the second leading cause of disability in the United States, Canada and globally. By 2030, it is predicted that depression will be the leading cause of disease burden, especially among women. Between 1990 to 2010, depression showed a 76% increase in disability-adjusted life years in Canada and 43% in the United States. Education, socioeconomic status, income and abuse are factors that contribute to the high rate of depression in women.

The prevalence of depression is higher in females than males with an annual prevalence of 5.6% and 3.3% respectively. In 2010, in the United States prevalence of depression was 5% in women and 3 % in men which increased to 6% and 3.7% respectively in 2012. No clear evidence is present that shows that the depression rate is more in countries where women have lower socioeconomic status than men. According to different studies, it is shown that the reason for the high prevalence of depression in females can be attributed to biological sex differences than culture, diet, race and education. Depression is twice more prevalent in young women than men but the ration decreases with age. It is not possible to determine the gender impact on mental health status without studying gender-based disparity in depression prevalence. The high prevalence of depression in women than men has been consistently observed in the general population. Some genetic, psychological, social and biological factors have been investigated to explain this association. According to different studies, sexual harassment, poverty, chronic strain and child abuse contribute to the high prevalence of depression among women than men. From a psychological perspective, the two main variables contributing to the gender differences in major depression are rumination and interpersonal orientation. According to different studies, the higher level of these constructs is associated with depression among women. Although these explanations have empirical support in epidemiological, clinical and laboratory studies, the mechanism underlying the gender difference in major depression remains unclear. Recently studies have been conducted in which it is shown that personality traits contribute to the high prevalence of depression in women.

There are many different theories that give an explanation of depression causes within the psychological domain. One of the psychological theories for depression is that of psychological susceptibility. This theory argues that women are more susceptible to depression due to personality traits and type. According to this theory, it is believed that some personalities are less flexible. This is a reason which explains their struggle to adapt and cope with adversity and change, whereas, on the other hand, some personalities are more accommodating and can deal with different events and stressors of life. Studies have found that before puberty, prevalence of depression is the same among girls and boys. A similar rate of depression is also seen in men and women who are older than 65 years of age.

Another psychological theory on the women depression revolves around rumination and cognitive negative self-talk. According to Beck and Alford, some people are more vulnerable to depression because of their negative self-talk constellation about the world, themselves and the future. Rumination is defined as thinking over and over again about events and situations in one's life. Cognitive-behavioral therapy is a psychological approach that helps in preventing depression. This theory has been implemented as a psychological intervention for those people who lived with depression for many years. Another theory explains the psychological stressor of depression. According to this theory, economic and psychological stress may develop from the experience of women of their social roles such as domestic responsibilities of women, gender-based violence, stereotyped role expectations and poverty. This theory is based on the assumption that life stressors such as divorce, death, trauma and poverty increase the chance to not cope with the challenges of life. This makes them more susceptible to depression especially when these negative events are persistent and ongoing. According to this theory, different life stressors and hardships hinder the ability of a person to cope which leads to depression. In addition, the way women understand and interpret these negative events influences the level of depression. For example, women may blame themselves for living in oppression, poverty, and abusive situation. This theory acknowledged that some life stressors has an impact on the everyday lives of women.

Freud was the first to create a systematic theory to compare the mental health of men and women. According to this theory, men are psychologically superior to women. Different epidemiological studies have been carried out to assess the mental health problems among men and women. According to these studies, women are more prone to internalizing problems such as depression and anxiety. These include both severe and milder forms of depression as well as phobias and generalized anxiety disorders. Most of the women lives with feelings of profound loss, sadness, guilt, self-blame, self-reproach and great energy loss. Women experience a great loss of interest in life, motivation, and energy more than men. Women as compared to men feel more helplessness in improving their circumstances. As compared to men, women often have trouble in concentration and sleeping. Women also suffer from more panic attacks and random thoughts. Among the most prominent social division is the one we form by gender. The interest in the role of gender difference in depression is relatively a new concept. According to different studies, women have a higher risk of developing a depressive disorder as compared to men. Although the reasons for these differences in mental health among men and women are not known exactly, it is predicted that psychological and hormonal influences have an indirect and direct effect on mood. Some of the reasons are an unhappy marriage, increased likelihood of abuse and victimization and more help-seeking behavior. Not only women are at more risk of developing depression, but once they develop, depression symptoms presentation may also differ from men. Women are more likely to be presented with a typical symptom such as weight gain and increased appetite and tend to report more somatic and anxiety symptoms whereas, men exhibit classical symptoms such as weight loss and insomnia.

There is one unresolved controversy regarding the relationship between suicide and depression. Depression is a major precursor of suicide and it is more common in women. However, suicide is three times more common in men. Other than this, men use more violent suicide methods. The depression in males is characterized by alcohol abuse, lowered stress tolerance and aggressiveness. In general, overrepresentation of major depression in women is just an artifact because of antisocial behavior and alcoholism mask depression in men. On the other hand, depressed men have a higher rate of comorbid substance abuse and alcohol dependence. In some studies, the duration of illness has also been evaluated. According to these studies, women develop depression at a younger age and tend to have a longer duration of episodes. Women also have a higher risk of recurrence and chronicity.

One study was conducted in which the influence of the reproductive cycle on depression was evaluated. Results showed that the premenstrual period, menopausal years and postpartum period triggers depressive episodes in those women who have a previous history of depression. About 82% of the depressed women reported worsening of depression before the menstrual period. Pregnancy is usually considered a time of emotional wellbeing. however, it is found that the risk of depression increases to 10-25% in pregnancy. Depression on pregnancy is also associated with preterm delivery. The marked gender differences in the prevalence of depression that started with puberty suggest that hormonal changes are associated with this difference. In puberty, the brain of the female is exposed to estrogen which is a major reason for depression in women.

Studies have been conducted in which it is hypothesized that a higher rate of depression among women is due to poverty, sexual harassment and chronic strain due to the limitation in social status and power. As discussed above, depression is a multilevel phenomenon. Different theories explained the causes of depression. For example, some biological factors (biochemistry, temperament and genetic), psychological factors (familial history, personality, and personal history) and sociocultural factors (social isolation, inequities, and cultural diversity). Worldwide depression is one of the leading cause of disability affecting more than 360 million people. In European countries more than 8% of the population suffers from major depression every year, this mental health problem has a significant impact on economic and global health.

Depression is a chronic disease. Its treatment usually lasts for about 6 to 12 months. Pharmacology therapy is a first-line treatment therapy for depression. In recent years the use of antidepressants has increased significantly. A study was conducted in Sweden and it was found that approximately 9% of the population in Sweden was prescribed with antidepressants and 65% of these antidepressants were prescribed for women. Similar results were found in other countries. Despite the widespread use of antidepressants, this disease has repeatedly shown to be inadequately treated. The most commonly prescribed antidepressants are serotonin reuptake inhibitors, monoamine oxidase inhibitors, and tricyclic antidepressants. All of these are prescribed depending on the severity of illness, adverse drug reaction, and patient age. The impact of gender is not only on the number of antidepressants prescribed but also on the type. It is found in different studies that SSRIs are prescribed more in women than men. According to the 'social role' theory of gender differences in depression, the traditional roles of women are more stressful and less rewarding than men leading to higher depression rates in women. According to different studies married women experience higher depression as compared to married men. Different studies were conducted and it was found that difference in social roles in marriage contributes to the high rate of depression among women. These studies have determined that gender-specific demand imposed on married women such as not participating in the workforce, looking after children, homemaking are linked to depression in women. A study was conducted and found that as men and women entered adulthood, due to unequal social status based on family and work roles the gender gap in depression increases.

Patriarchy is an ideological and social construct that considers men superior to women. Many studies have been conducted and found that inadequate social support and a combination of life stressors makes women more susceptible to depressive symptoms. Women are more likely to admit mental health problems than men. Gender role socialization paradigm started with the assumption that women and men learn stereotyped gender behavior and attitudes from ideologies, cultural norms and values. According to traditional gender role stereotypes, men are physically tough, strong and aggressive and have the power to control their emotions. Texting and driving is a major problem in society. Many people realize that texting during driving is very dangerous, but still, there are many drivers who still do texting while driving. There are many reasons why people continue to text and drive. Texting and driving are one of the dangerous forms of distracting drivers. Texting during driving can cause a life-threatening accident to driver and people inside the car. Many people know the side effects of texting and driving. But still, they can't understand how dangerous it can be for a person's life. It has been observed that many people use devices while driving cars which causes a distraction while driving. These distractions can have very adverse effects not only on the life of the driver (Kiesbye, n.p).

Texting and driving are just like you are not only putting the risk on your own life but also with the life of many other people. You are not only the person on the road driving a car, but there are also many other people who are on the roads. It's a very shameful act to do texting and driving because you are not only putting your life on the line also putting the lives of many other people on the line. Texting and driving are also unethical and is against traffic rules. Everyone understands that texting and driving is a terrible idea. However, only a few people understand this and follow traffic rules (Telemaque et al., n.p).

It has been observed that 90% of cases of accidents are due to the fault of drivers. The most common mistake of drivers while driving a car is their inattention, internal and external distractions. In other words, more accidents are not because of those drivers who cross the speed limit on the roads, and it is due to the inattention while driving a car. Drivers usually these days focus more on using cell phones than on driving, while driving a car. Researchers found out that drivers are not only responsible for the distraction, but also the people sitting with the driver are the reason for the distraction of a driver (Kiesbye, n.p).

Researchers concluded that texting while driving is more dangerous than driving after drinking alcohol. Texting and driving divert the attention of the driver from other threats. There are many other forms which are distracting drivers, but the main cause of distracting drivers is texting while driving. There are other habits like eating while driving is also very dangerous, but they are not as much dangerous as texting because texting grabs all the attention of a person (American Association for Justice, n.p).

However, texting and driving are against traffic rules and law. There are many states who have specified laws for driving and texting. In some countries, if anyone is found texting while driving that person has to pay heavy fines, and if anyone was found in an accident while using a cell phone, they would face the court. However many countries still are not paying attention to this factor, and in those countries, the accident rate is increasing.

It's been observed that most teens are being involved in texting while driving because 90% of them expects for the reply of their text within a few minutes rather than waiting for days. Teens usually have been seen texting and driving cars. However, it has also been observed that not only male drivers use cell phones for texting while driving female car drivers were also found driving while texting. Many types of research states that male drivers use more cell phone for texting while driving a car, but there are also a large number of researches that show females use more cell phone while driving a car (Keller & Associates, n.p).

Some drivers are also overconfident while driving a car. These people don't feel like they are behaving like an irresponsible person when they are using a cell phone while driving. Texting is worse than voice calls because it takes time to type a message and give a reply to someone's text. Phone calls are also distracting, but they are not as much distracting as texting because it completely requires the attention of a person and will be like a person is driving wearing a blindfold.

The main reason why people text and drive is because they think that cell phone is part of their life and without it, they can't go anywhere. However, these people knew that messages couldn't be appropriately typed while driving. Still, these people text and drive and at the end harm themselves. The problem is that everyone has almost done texting and driving, but only a few people consider it an illegal act. Many people still think that it's totally ethical and it depends on the practice of the person how much good they are in multitasking. However, these people don't know the side effects of texting and driving. These people came to know the side effects of texting and driving when they take the life of an innocent one. The punishment for killing someone in a car accident is at least 3 years (Telemaque et al., n.p).

However, still driving and texting is getting popular day by day, and people don't care even watching the real-life example of people who died or who have killed someone in a car accident due to texting and driving. There must be training sessions for people to make them aware of the adverse effects of driving and texting. Driving and texting are not only bad for the individual; it affects the whole society. It has been observed that texting is a cause of accident up to 23 times more likely. According to teenagers, they were asked to not reply to email or messages while driving a car by adults, but when adults are driving a car, they continuously use cell phones for texting which is unethical (Meldrum et al., pp.1-20).

There are many other risks to texting on the road. The most important fact is that the person is breaking the law if he/she is texting while driving a car because texting is illegal while driving. You can even hurt yourself and can damage your car while driving and texting. Texting and driving are very risky, and it is the duty of the state to ensure that everyone is obeying laws while driving a car. There are many suggestions provided by National highway traffic safety administration and federal communications commission to ensure the safety of citizen while driving (Keller & Associates, n.p).

Technology is the reason for the many accidents, but it can also help in reducing the incidents due to texting and driving. There are many applications and software which can be used to block text messages while driving a car. Blocking the text messages will reduce the chances of distraction while driving a car. However, while driving the best option is to turn off your cell phone. Turning off your cell phone will reduce the risk of an accident and keep you safe while driving. The fact is that texting and driving just show the stupidity of an individual. There is no argument which could support texting and driving. So, it's better to become a mature person in society and don't text while driving a car.

The Sydney Theatre Company is designing the production poster for an exciting new performance of Shakespeare’s “Why Macbeth?” that will be directed by Tori Dyreck and will be released on August 2019. The age-old plots will be presented in modern world settings that will capture the audience. Does faith guides the actions of Macbeth or he made his choices freely? Why Macbeth offer answers to these puzzling questions. Scotland is used for the play where original play was performed. Portrayal of the gigantic castle, characters of witches, costumes and the darker background will provide opportunity of viewing Macbeth.

The play will portray age-old narratives of fate, power and status. These age-old narratives are still prevalent in the modern world and will appeal the viewers. Macbeth will be recreated by following the old myth of tragedy and fate. His fate is discernible in his inability of acting against the prophecies of the witches. Irrespective of his power, rank and high status Macbeth fails to attain real success. The downfall and destruction of the character reveals the power of the age-old narratives.

Interviewer: Why have you chosen the old Shakespeare’s play Macbeth?

Tori Dyreck: Macbeth is a popular play of Shakespeare and liked by the audience of every age. The play offers insights into different characters that can be seen relevant to current world. There are different moments that creates fascination for the viewers. I think recreating old characters and play would be of great fun.

Interviewer: What appeals you the most in Macbeth?

Tori Dyreck: The age old narratives in Macbeth appeals me because they are conveying different stories. The narrative of fate, violence and manhood will remain visible in the play.

Interviewer: Do you think these narratives are still relevant?

Tori Dyreck: I believe these narratives are powerful and still relevant in the current world settings. The story of Macbeth is the perfect example of how fate influence life of people. People in the modern world still believe in bad luck and good luck.

The age old narrative of fate remains visible through the play because Macbeth plays a tragic hero because he is entrapped in a situation that brings his demise and fall. His misery is apparent in his role as a rules who irrespective of his success becomes victim of his choices.

Interviewer: Do you think that the narrative of fate can define humans of current world?

Tori Dyreck: I think that ommon people are equally likely to witness the tragedy. Macbeth presents the perfect model of a human character who suffers tragedy due to fate and personal decisions. one thing similar between modern man and Macbeth is that they are least willing to change their thoughts or approach towards the world. This remains one of the significant flaws in their personalities. The tragedy faced by the characters seems to be relevant because represent the same mental processes.

Interviewer: How could you use these narrative for building connectivity with audience?

Tori Dyreck: The emotional situations encountered by Macbeth and a modern man are similar irrespective of different settings. Although different things lead them to a state of emotional degradation but no one suffers less from the other. The central reason behind the miserable lives of three characters are tragic flaws. They witness different circumstances where tragedy becomes apparent. Another similarity depicts that escaping from tragedy is difficult and even impossible. Some differences can be drawn between the characters because the tragedy of Macbeth was predicted earlier so fate plays a major role in their stories. While in the case of Willy he made many decisions that resulted in his downfall. He was not informed about his tragedy.

Interviewer: What do you think about the narrative of victory?

Tori Dyreck: I think that victory is another age-old narrative that will persuade the audience. Macbeth would have been a victor if he had accepted his errors of judgment and accepted the suggestions. Still, I believe that victory was easier in case of Macbeth because fate was less evident in his case. This narrative will appeal the modern audience because the concept is still prevalent. The society is still struggling to gain victory and success. The play also portrays the struggles of Macbeth for power and victory.

Interviewer: How would you relate mistakes of Macbeth to the current world?

Tori Dyreck: Some of his actions of modern man have a clear resemblance with Macbeth because they both justified their wrong actions. I think that misguided youth is similar to Macbeth because both tragic heroes who were victims of their own decisions.

Interviewer: Why you think that the old narratives are still powerful?

Tori Dyreck: I believe that tragedy is not only linked to the lives of kings or royals. Common people also encounter misery in their lives. I my view that Macbeth provides a perfect example of common people who experience tragedy and misery. One common weakness is that they never learn from their mistakes. Their judgment has undermined their ability to take the right decision. The concept of tragedy will influence audience because many people in the current world still believe in fate.

Interviewer: Do you think that ranks and status would be powerful narratives?

Tori Dyreck: I think that the status and ranks will also offer powerful narratives. The play portrays the low status of the three witches. They lack power due to their low ranks and are bound to obey the king. People of low status are devoid of personal will. This is discernible in the scene when Macbeth orders them to explain the prophecy. The witches irrespective of their supernatural power cannot influence the king. They are entrapped in a situation where they have to follow orders from higher authority.

Many characters in the play change their status between low and high. However, Macbeth is the only character who also appears as a dominant and authoritative figure. He is the one who challenges the power of Duncan and murders him. The power of Lady Macbeth also transforms into the play. She enjoys a high rank due to her marriage with the king. She began to lose her power when she turns to be a lunatic. The status of Duncan is changed when he is killed. People high in wealth and status are considered as more powerful. Duncan is the most powerful figure in the play that is due to his money and kingship. I also think that the chamberlains represent the characters that are low in status and rank.

Interviewer: How age-old narrative of social rank will influence audience in the modern world?

Tori Dyreck: I believe that the age-old narratives will allow audience to identify the role of power that comes from money and social status. Lower status is visible in the characters of two chamberlains who are serving as guards. They lack power and have to follow the orders of the king. They are also murdered by Macbeth depicting their low ranks in society. They are of less important due to their low socio-economic status.

Introduction

Our universe has undergone a number of changes since it is originated. It was not formed in a day, instead, it took a lot of time to evolve, in fact, billions of years. It was not in the shape, that we see today, and it is still undergoing a lot of changes on a daily basis. Many new stars and planets are being added in to it and a number of them fade away without anyone noticing. According to many experts, our universe is continuously expanding and many new galaxies are being formed regularly. Our galaxy, Milky Way, also consists of millions of stars and planets, with Sun being the biggest star in the galaxy. Along with the stars, there is a total of 9 planets and many small planetoids in our galaxy. Our planet Earth is the only heavenly body that accommodates life. Earth’s nearest neighbor, Mars, is also suspected to have the traces of life but research is still going on at this.

Discussion

I have always considered Mars as the best planet in the solar system, off course after Earth. The first and foremost reason behind this liking is that Mars is very much like my own home planet, Earth. “Mars is the best planet because Mars and Earth have more in common than any other worlds in the solar system” CITATION Boy17 \l 1033 (Boyle, 2017). It is the nearest star or planet to Earth and is even easily visible from here with the help of a naked eye. If observed closely, the surface of Mars looks much similar to many places present on Earth. For example, the national parks of American West look exactly like the surface of Mars, The color and formation of the wind-whipped rocks, present in Arizona and Colorado remind us of the red surface of Mars. Even the sandy places of Mars look strikingly similar to the deserts of our planet.

The second logic for ranking Mars as the best planet after Earth is its closeness to Earth, in terms of distance. Mars is only 54.6 million kilometers or 33.9 million miles away from us when both the planets, Mars and Earth, are in close proximity to each other. It is easier to travel and start research missions on Mars as compared to any other planet or star in the solar system. The time that is taken to travel to Mars is only one and a half years, which is much less as compared to the traveling time to any other planet or star in the universe. As the traveling time is reduced, it is evident that the cost of carrying on exploratory projects over the surface of the Red Planet will also be less, which is an added benefit for science and research institutes, like NASA, and governments of the countries, in broader terms.

Mars is the best planet also due to its importance in the ancient Greek and Roman Mythology. Mars was worshipped as the ancient God of war in Roman culture. The Babylonians had known Mars by the name of Nergal. Its importance can be judged from the fact that the Romans named the third day of the week, Tuesday, just in the acknowledgment of Mars, as the Red Planet was associated with the God Tyr.

Conclusion

Hence, it can be seen that Mars is the best planet present in our galaxy, Milky Way, after Earth. It is beautiful and captivating and can be easily seen with the help of a naked eye. Moreover, many spots at the surface of Mars remind us of various places at Earth, especially the national parks of America and the Sahara Desert. Mars is also the favorite planet of many scientists due to its significance in the Ancient cultures.

English: Why Should Student-Athletes Get Paid

There is not only a single reason based on which it can be stated that student-athlete should get paid, but there are more than several reasons behind and that is why student-athlete should be paid. Hence, some of the reasons are; being a student-athlete, it is like a full-time job which bounces between the classroom, court or field, film sessions, and classes. The student-athlete is the extra-curriculum activists who are involved in some important and most credible activities that help students and the institute as well (Mondello, Michael, et al, P.P 110-113). For the purpose to fulfill their jobs as student-athlete, they have to miss school and classes sometimes. Beyond that, because of their activities, they (student-athlete) are missed from a number of games, etc. which can be the sources to make money and have millions of viewers (Staff, TPN, N.P). In short, the major reasons that why student-athlete should be paid are listed and elaborated below.

They work 3.3 more hours than the typical other students who are even involved in other activities.

According to (Tucker, Kayla, et al, P.P 30-31), student-athlete should be paid because they (most of the time) have to miss the classes and bring revenues for the support and empowerment of their institute in terms of financial support.

Some of the games need the student-athletes to miss the classes for the entire week or month. So, as a result, they need money to manage their studies through coaching and teachings from others than their class teachers (Chieff, N.P).

The student-athletes are the ones who are required to stay fit, fine, and physically healthy and strong (Tiffany, N.P). For the purpose to be fit, fine, and physically healthy and strong, they need money to fulfill their needs.

It is also crucial to note that students athlete are not only institute’s sports teams while they are a huge part of the marketing and advertisement teams of their school, college, or university (Hess, N.P).

“The Yellow Wallpaper” is a classic short story penned down by celebrated American writer Charlotte Perkins Gilman. It was first published in The New England Magazine in January 1892. The story is considered to be one of the most important pieces of writing in the English feminist literature and highlights an important issue in the attitude of people towards the mental and physical health of the females (Clift).

The story revolves around a woman in her middle age who is going through a rough patch of her life. She is suffering from a “temporary nervous depression” and her husband tries to calm her down by bringing her to a colonial mansion so that she can have a good time and required rest away from the hustle and bustle of the city (Gilman). Jane, the main female lead of the story is recommended to have best rest for some time by her husband, John, who is also a physician.

Although, John seems to be a very caring and understanding husband as he takes good care of her wife, takes her away to a calm place away from the noise and pollution of the city and provides her the opportunity to relax and rest as much as she can, still some scholars argue that John is the basic reason behind Jane’s condition.

In fact, Jane is a person who yearns freedom, she wants to express her feeling and emotions. She is a person who wants to let her thinking flow out, but John, being a typical male does not allow her to do so. He completely understands the physical needs of her wife and tries to keep her as comfortable as he can but he does not understand her emotional and psychological needs, which needs to be understood on the first priority (Qasim).

Question 1: In this story, the main conflict revolves around the Sartoris Snopes father, and it has caused a great dilemma for the young boy. He is facing an internal conflict because of his father. It is challenging for him to tell a lie in the court to save his father. At the same time, he cares for his father. Regardless of the activities of his father, Snopes love his father.

There is a conflict in Sarty’s family. His father is, and he enforces everything. He tries to influence Sarty in the wrong way. He dislikes his father's code of ethics. There was not any love in the family. There was only violence.

Question 2: Lennie Snopes is Sarty’s mother. She is a compassionate, kind and wretched mother. She is the only one Sarty finds comfort in her company. Her heart aches because of her husband’s destructive behavior.

The Metamorphosis

Question 1: Gregory transforms into an insect-like creature physically. His body changes its shape, and a brown liquid comes out of his mouth. He has antennae on his hand, and he is very tiny that his family barely notices him. Although he is physically changed, he has his thoughts and his feelings with him. His humanity is with him, and his emotions do not disappear. He feels for his family. Initially, Gregory was not that thoughtful, but after transforming into a repellent insect, he understands the situations more deeply. He observes things more critically. He transforms from a complex man into a profound being. He was the one to support his family financially. He used to think that without him, his family could not survive but his father proves him wrong. By the end, he realizes that they can be independent, so he dies.

Human beings are the superior creature on earth and while writing about myself I feel like the tiny part of this whole world. Although it is very tough to write about myself as in today’s world due to the judgments people are often hesitant to express about themselves yet I tried to express myself in this essay.  

Coming from a middle class working family, I am Nikki and I am a college undergraduate. My mother is a housewife and father is the bread wiener. I have three siblings two are younger than me while one is elder than me. My younger siblings are studying in 5th standard while my elder sister is pursuing a degree in Criminal Law.  Most of my childhood was spent in the city due to which I am very used to of all the noise and fast forward life. Despite the fast forward routine my parents always managed to spend time with me and my siblings. On Sundays, we go to the park so that my younger siblings can enjoy however sometimes we also go to watch movies or for dinner in the restaurant. I am a gregarious person who loves to interact with everyone around me and due to my good sense of humor I have many friends yet I only have two best friends who are in the same class as me. Despite being social at first I come off as a shy individual however after some time I make myself comfortable and start enjoying others company. I am kind and passionate but a very principled person and have a firm stance about what is right and what is wrong. Unlike many other people of my age, I am much disciplined. I make excel sheets in which I enter my daily school tasks along with the deadlines so that I can never be late to submit an assignment. Also, I am a very organized person as I have set my daily timetable according to which I spent my day. This helps me in managing my college work, family responsibilities, etc. Academically I am a student who likes mentally challenging tasks. Most of my teachers agree that I am a good student however the subject that intrigued me more is English. Although I am slightly weak in this subject yet still I am trying to achieve higher grades so that I can pursue this subject in the future to become a professional. I actively take part in all the activities be it exams or any other extracurricular activities. I have a lot of interest in acting and have performed in many dramas several times in my school as well as college. My father is my role model and has been the source of motivation for me. Due to his encouragement, I can follow my passion of dance. He helped me in registering myself in the ballet class. Although I am slightly weak than other students yet I practice the lessons at home so that I could improve my dancing skills.  However, success and failures depend upon one own self as with determination and hard work one can achieve success and even failure makes one stronger due to which frimly believe that one day I will learn the dancing skill and will achieve perfection. To conclude, I can say that I am a happy and optimistic person. Although I am not perfect yet I am glad that I have the ability to improve myself as Marilyn Monroe said: “Imperfection is beauty, madness is genius and it’s better to be ridiculous than absolutely boring.” The main goal of my life is to make my family and my teachers proud due to which I am working hard to achieve this goal with determination and smile on my face.

This essay by Dan Wightman is a clear critique of the division created by the teachers among students who are observed in almost every school. The opening lines of the essay clearly show the fact that the author thinks of himself as an average student. We can suppose the above-mentioned status of the author in high school due to the mention of the winners of his high school, which he deemed to be "Straight A-Grade Students". Another reason that fuel such supposition is the categorization of his friends as losers and describing his grades between Bs and Ds. He describes his and his friends' career choices in detail. But that is a strong criticism of the favoritism that is done b teachers in almost all schools. We often see teachers picking their favorites while utterly ignoring everyone else in their classes. He describes that the "Losers" are visibly more successful in their daily lives than the "Winners" after fifteen years. He describes the situation of a number of his winner or popular classmates that are either dependent on their spouse, working dead-end jobs or broke financially. He criticized the predictions of the career counselor who predicted that his classmate Paula would become a high flyer whereas she ended up becoming a simple housewife. He also described how he was able to change his image made by his teacher that he would end as a "nobody" in life. It is a wise saying: Yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery but today is a gift. High school is the beginning of life for all students. One cannot predict how somebody will turn out based on their grades. Some students have a lot of practical skills that bloom later in life that serve them in a multitude of ways, while the Straight As students often lack the skills to fair well in their lives. In short, life is a lot more dynamic then we think it is.

Cloud computing has changed the way people work by offering varied services, including remote work facilities.

Discussion

Today, almost all organizations belonging to different sectors are using cloud computing services. These services include big data analytics, software development and testing, virtual desktops, email, recovery of disasters, backup for information, and web applications that are customer-facing (Rittinghouse & Ransome, 2017). The gaming industry has boosted globally by offering millions of their clients the opportunities to play games online using cloud-based services. The financial sector has become empowered by availing cloud-based systems for detecting and preventing frauds. Healthcare professionals are now more efficient to treat their patients with increasingly customized care (Abawajy & Hassan, 2017).

Cloud computing has changed tremendously the way organizations and people work these days. The business operation models are strongly influenced by cloud computing. Prior to cloud computing, the business models followed other operation frameworks including service-oriented architecture and interactive time-sharing. With the use of cloud computing services, small business setups have become able to benefit from a technology infrastructure that they could not have managed to install physically. This is the reason that cloud computing has emerged as a remarkable force in the current business world.

Working remotely from the organizations or doing a home-based job is the latest trend in today's workforce. People are increasingly inclined to opt for working from home. This gives them flexibility in the work schedule. They can effectively attain the work-life balance. Consequently, their efficiency and performance increases considerably. Cloud technology enables employees of an organization to access documents and files with the ease of staying home, without the need to go to offices to access them. This implies that the offices today have become portable because one can use office information and resources by staying anywhere outside, in their homes, resorts, or coffee shops (Stiles, 2019). Another positive impact on employees has been noticed that they find it easy to work for extended hours on their projects while being away from offices. This is because they are psychologically more relaxed and feel little stress of being at the office.

Many workers do not feel comfortable with the office equipment and machines. Cloud computing technology makes it possible for them to use their own devices in the office (Wickramarachchi & Mallawaarachchi, 2018). Therefore, a major trend in today's workplaces is that many workers prefer to bring their personal machines and accessories to the office for official use. This gives them enhanced comfort in the workplace. People now bring their personal laptops, notebook computers, and other digital accessories to the workplaces and seem to be less exhausted at the end of the day.

Conclusion

Cloud computing has changed the business setups to a great extent in many ways. One of the many significant changes occurred is the employees’ preference to stay at home or anywhere outside their organization and do their work tasks. Therefore, many types of jobs, excluding those that specifically require employees to be on the site, are being offered with an opportunity to be able to work remotely or from home. It has been reported that flexible job schedules, remote work opportunities, and permission to bring personal devices at workplaces have significantly proved to increase job satisfaction, enhance performance, and reduce the stress of the employees.
