The website page will offer different features that fulfil the needs of the medical faculty and the patients. it is redesigned for targeting specific visual preferences of patients. The important features that will allow the organization to attract patients and clients include a graphic representation of their fitness and health. They would be offered features like calculating the risks of diabetes by entering details of their calorie consumption and time spent on physical activities such as running, workout and exercise. The website will also offer a graphic representation of the mental health of patients such as by considering factors of sleep hours, overthinking, anger and social life CITATION PMI13 \l 1033 (PMI, 2013).

Visual aids and graphics are effective tools integrated for enhancing specific moods and emotions among viewers. Visuals will be used for enhancing the learning of the clients as they would be able to retain information in their minds. These will be used for progressing plans and reports. Infographics are used for simplifying complex information such as the graph instructing the client to spend specific hours on physical activity and exact time for taking medicine. Visuals have deeper impacts on the memory of patients and are a powerful way of engaging them. Main points are highlighted that saves time and efforts.

Using Ethics in Visual Communication

Analysis

Modern century is all about profits and incentives. Economic ideas rule this modern world of twenty-first century. Nevertheless, this dominance of economic ideas has brought several ethical issues as well. It has been witnessed throughout the world that business communication is led by more sensationalism and yellow journalism instead of the real picture of the story. This is equally true for the Visual communication where several ethical issues persist.

The poster depicts that there are some black children playing alongside the river. These children are not much concerned with their surroundings or the activities they are indulging in. Then, the slogan of the poster suggests to clean them up which is ,undoubtedly, the wrong way to represent the idea. Moreover, the endorsement by several celebrities in this issue is not the healthy approach as it reflects that those significant actors in the society are also involved in this biased outlook.

Furthermore, no source or the proof has been menthioned to support this prejudicial poster. It is deliberately and notoriously reflecting the colored people in the American society which is totally a wrong idea. This poster needs to be amended as graphical symbols affect people in myriad ways ADDIN ZOTERO_ITEM CSL_CITATION {"citationID":"JqVr1Jzx","properties":{"formattedCitation":"(Lester, 2018)","plainCitation":"(Lester, 2018)","noteIndex":0},"citationItems":[{"id":208,"uris":["http://zotero.org/users/local/ZD9MNZ2P/items/A8JYK2CK"],"uri":["http://zotero.org/users/local/ZD9MNZ2P/items/A8JYK2CK"],"itemData":{"id":208,"type":"book","title":"Visual Ethics: A Guide for Photographers, Journalists, and Filmmakers","publisher":"Taylor & Francis","number-of-pages":"235","source":"Google Books","abstract":"Visual Ethics addresses the need for critical thinking and ethical behavior among professionals responsible for visual messages in photography and photojournalism, film, and digital media. Using Sociological Theory To Understand Organizational Change

Organizational change

Conflict theory claims that society leads everyone to a state of competition over limited resources. In business, organizations conflict is most likely to emerge between employees for survival and growth. Symbolic interaction according to Max Webber means interaction among people for acting according to the meaning of their world. Social experience and encounter of individuals in society influence their behaviors CITATION Ash182 \l 1033 (Crossman, 2018).

As I have joined the new local store where operations are outdated so I would ask the director to make changes. Change is crucial for improving productivity and efficiency. Some of the suggestions for implementing change would include conflict management, promoting interaction among employees and encouraging discussions. The three theories of change management include conflict theory, symbolic interaction and organizational change theory.

Both theories explain the process of organizational change. Conflict theory suggests interpersonal conflicts are most likely to occur in organizations where employees are competing with each other. It depicts the need for managing conflict among workers by stressing on the attainment of organizational goals. Conflict sometimes undermine one's ability to work in a group. The manager has thus an important role in resolving conflict arising among employees CITATION Tam08 \l 1033 (MacLean, 2008).

Symbolic interaction is also managing organizational change by promoting interaction among employees. This encourages workers to share their ideas that leads to creativity and innovation. It assists in dealing with the problems or power and tyranny. In work the employees make sense and interpret events that involve unreasonable doubts. The theory suggests that disputes are created by people due to their desires of staying at better position. It also states that one’s commitment towards goals encourage him to work with a passion CITATION Tam08 \l 1033 (MacLean, 2008). Organizational change theory stresses on developing arrangements for managing change. This includes explaining the process and need for change to the employees.

Using Stories To Build Relationships

Using Stories to Build Relationships

Introduction

Trust is a significant aspect of a business. Managers and employees must have a proper relationship to have a better working relationship. Without trust, it could be difficult for a company or business to operate successfully. Businesses are run based on trust, and every manager and other key managers need to build trust with employees and other stakeholders. Leaders must, therefore, have a strategy to build and maintain trust to enhance the productivity and performance of a company. According to Owonikoko (2016), lack of trust negatively affect employees and therefore, result in poor growth of a business. Communication, honest, consistent and accountability are some of the best tools that leaders should use to build trust in business. Beslin, Reddin, and Reddin (2014) pointed out that a leader must win those who he or she communicates with and therefore, a leader should communicate open and clear to the stakeholders. Through effective communication, a leader can be able to build trust with the team including employees, management, customers, shareholders, and the community.

Communication means convey information to the stakeholders. A leader needs to mind the language and the platform of communication to stakeholders of the company. Communication experts at Mercer Inc pointed out that communication is fundamental to trust. It helps in creating an environment of trust around leaders. With effectively and honest communication employees and other stakeholders could start trust leaders. In most cases, leaders normally want trust forgetting that trust is built and therefore, the way a leader delivers a message to other people and especially to stakeholders would make people stake to trust the company and the leader. Miscommunication has made several companies fail, turning profiting company to loss-making firm. For instance, ExxonMobil failed to deliver an effective communication to stakeholders during the gulf split, and this caused the company a lot of losses in the market. ExxonMobil took a time before communicating to stakeholders and the public regarding the measures the company is taking to address the problem of oil spill and buy time, the public relations manager came to address the media; the public had already lost trust and could not believe the company CITATION Ter17 \l 1033 (Terry, Illes, & Mathews, 2017). Therefore, the culture of communication is a significant aspect in building trust, and businesses or companies with effective communication channels can build a strong trust with clients, employees and other stakeholders in the market.

Research indicates that honest is a tool that is essential in building trust between leaders and stakeholders. It is important always to tell the truth to the employees and other stakeholders as well. According to Grossman (2018), it is significant to tell employees the situation of the company, and when it is difficult, a leader should be able to call all employees the truth and ask them to work out towards achieving the solution. Without telling being honest to the employees, it would be difficult to build trust, and this could make employees lose confidence in the leadership of the organization. A leader should understand that employees need to know the truth all the time. A leader should, therefore, communicate facts at the same time being considerate of their feelings so that the message passed is accurate. Without being honest to employees, it would be difficult to be trusted by a team, and this could be one of the problems, which could make a business perform poorly. It is important to ensure that employees and leaders have a proper understanding of the important issues which affect the company and this could only be achieved by being honest to the team. Therefore, honest and communication are some of the important tools which are used to build trust in a company.

Benefits of the tools

Communication and honesty are significant tools in building a strong viable business based on trust. Communication helps in enhancing the relationship between a leader and stakeholders. Communication also creates understanding and can be used to solve problems within a company. With efficient communication, problems could be solved easily, and therefore, the relationship among employees would be strengthened. It is, therefore, used to reduce conflict and strengthen bonds among employees and between leaders and employees CITATION Huf19 \l 1033 (Huffpost, 2019). Communication is also aid in planning and provision of better leadership. It helps leaders to have proper planning, and therefore, an efficient decision-making process is established. It also helps a company to have effective communication with the outside or external environment. It also helps in the coordination of various aspects of business, and therefore, the company must have a proper communication plan for it succeed in the market CITATION Bes14 \l 1033 (Beslin, Reddin, & Reddin, 2014). Failure or lack of efficient communication strategy has caused companies to lose in the market forcing stock prices to decline. ExxonMobil is one of those companies which have faced worse cases of lack of communication, but there are other companies in the market that have faced the same situation.

Honest is also one of the fundamentals for building trust between leaders and employees. With honest employees, performance can improve and therefore, the general performance of a company would increase as well. As stated by Terry, Illes, and Mathews (2017), honest is a tool, which helps employees to build understanding amongst themselves, and with honest, the team or employees can work as a team to deliver specific cools. Honest also helps in building accountability in an organization. Honest also helps in building good public relations, and therefore, it is the best tool that is used to attract investors to a company. The honest is also used to facilitate delegation of authority at the workplace. The practice of honesty is essential in enhancing the business process, and therefore, a delegation of authority requires the practice of honesty among key players. Without being honest, it could be difficult to delegate authority because the authority can only be delegated to honest and trustworthy employees. Business leaders seek to delegate work or responsibilities to honest employees. Therefore, honest is fundamental in building trust and therefore, the performance of companies depends on the trust which exists in the company.

However, leaders can use storytelling to build trust. The storytelling could be regarding an example of what had happened in a company to inform employees what lack of communication or honest has caused other companies in the market before. A good example of storytelling could be the impact of an oil spill in the Gulf by ExxonMobil and the result which came after that because of a lack of efficient communication from the leadership of ExxonMobil. Therefore, a leader can tell a story about ExxonMobil as a lesson for the employees and also urge them to work on their communication techniques for the company not to fall on the same fate as ExxonMobil.

Analysis

The two flyers for the United States’ audiences and Bangladesh are designed different. The designed is based on the message each flyer is passing to the audience. The blue color is used for both flyers to reflect the need and the concern which is being addressed by the organization. Care A Live organization is nonprofit organization and its brand color is blue and therefore, the use of blue color is meant to indicates the image of the organization and its role in the society. The images used in the flyer relate to the course being championed or the theme of the event. For example, the flyer inviting people to attend the homeless function, the image of the homeless are used to attract emotions to attract many people. The flyers are also having properly indicated dates and the venue of the events. The time each event will start is also properly indicated and therefore, the participants can easily follow and attend the event without any problem.

The two images affect the audiences by creating emotions. The note “Children Not for Sale” is specifically used to show that children are being sold and therefore, it is time to stop the act. In both flyers, the images indicate that the child trafficking and homeless issues are common in the society and the effects have been rampant to the general population CITATION Kre15 \l 1033 (Kreg, 2015). The colors used in the background are also very specific, a dull color which show a sober mood of the unfortunate events in the society. In child trafficking image, a black color is used to show that there is no future for children who are being traded.

Part B: Images

Bangladesh Audience: Caged child 2. United States’ Audience: Homeless mother and her children

2456597-2881

Analysis

The two images used for the both United States and Bangladesh audiences are very different and unique. The first image is of a caged child. The image depicts the menace of child trafficking in Bangladesh. The image appears in a cage to raise emotions of the viewers in order to get many participants. It conveys the message that child trafficking hurts children and therefore, the participation of the majority of people is needed to put an end to the practice. With image of a child in a cage many people are likely to see the sense of working together to eliminate the child trafficking menace in the country. The image does not have any line, but the color on the background is dull to portray a sober mood. However, the second image, which targets the United States’ audience, is a bright image with several pictures. The bright colors are used to attract the attention of the targeted audience.

The images also affect the targeted audiences by creating emotions. When the viewers see child trafficking and homeless images, the emotions are likely to be raised and most people would sympathize and therefore, the event is likely to attract many people. According to Landa (2015), the use of color and images are specifically done in many cases, to attract the attention of the audience. It is also meant to send a clear message to convince the audience of the importance of the occasion. In this case, the images of children are used for both audiences to highlight the main issues, which should be addressed. The chain and padlock is also used in the image targeting Bangladesh to indicate how child trafficking lock the future and frustrate child. All these are used to create understanding and raise emotions of the audience so that people can take the issues, which affect the society very serious.

Logos Script and Paper

The two logos are of different images and colors. The mixture of colors in both logos indicate diversity, the organization intends to convey to the audience. The faces indicated in both images are also of mixed race, and therefore, it shows that the society is very diverse and therefore, campaign for diversity as well. It is therefore, means that child trafficking and homeless which is common in the society does not have boundary and therefore, people should work together to eliminate the threat. The size of the logo is small and the color is blue and no lines are used in the color. The blue color is the brand color of the organization and therefore, it indicates the work, which is being done by the organization.

The logos affect the target audience by creating emotions through highlighting the issues, which affect the society. The use of green and blue color in both images is meant to attract the attention of the audience and also to indicate the corporate identity. The logos will attract the attention of the viewers through the images used. Though some designers contemplate that images are not required on the logo, the use of images in this case, is likely to highlight the issues, which are being addressed and therefore, it would be easier for the audience to understand the course.

Social media

The social media page is designed to communicate to both the United States and Bangladesh audience. In both cases, the images are used to send a clear message on what is being done by the organization and the effect of the child trafficking and homeless menace in the society. The two posts have images of a child in cage and a homeless child on the street with her children. This directly affects the audience by raising emotion. First, placing the images of children is likely to raise a lot of concerns to the audience. The colors used are also black, green and blue. The black color indicates a dull or bleak future while green and blue colors are the corporate identity colors for the organization. The different of the two images would be recognized by audience from the images used to illustrate the points. In both cases, the images are from child trafficking and homeless and therefore, it will attract the attention of the audience.

It is also important to point that the viewers would be able to different the two social media messages or pages based on the messages posted. In both cases, the flyers and scripts would be used to illustrate the events. And therefore, it would be easier for the participants to identify whether the message is for child trafficking or the homeless based on the post and the images used throughout the social media. In order to gain more attention, the social media would be updated more often with different images related to the events to make sure that it is understood by the audience CITATION Kre15 \l 1033 (Kreg, 2015). However, one of the organizations which has elaborate social media page is Foundation Center and Care giver Africa. And therefore, the images and constant update are the best strategies which would be used to ensure that the message is conveyed to the audience appropriately.

In conclusion, in both images used in flyers, social media and in logo, the purpose is to create emotions so that people or the audience can understand the concerns which are being brought forward. It is also to inform the public of the threats of child trafficking to the society and also the need to help the homeless in the society. However, the usage of different colors is indicates the need and the repercussions of some of the incidences. For example, the use of black and dull colors is to show that the practice hurt the future and therefore, immediate action is needed to address the concerns of many people in the society. It is therefore, important to state that use of color, image and lines are essential for communicate certain information to the audience.

Common terms used in the video case

Some of the commonly mentioned words in the video are supply chain, logistics, and custom warehouse and distribution. A supply chain is the process of production and distribution of a product. WTDC can be termed as a supply chain management company located in Miami, FL. On the other hand, logistics involves effective planning for the transportation and storage of the product from the place where they are being produced to the place of consumption. Logistics always aims at meeting the requirement of a customer in a cost effective and timely manner. In this case, WTDC recognizes the importance of having good distribution and logistics practices. On the other hand, a customs warehouse can be defined as a procedure through which an imported product is stored by custom control in a specific place, thus not paying the import taxes or duties. In this case, WTDC is located in a foreign trade zone and utilizes Logistic services from Miami. Its goods are kept in FTZ public warehouses, which are also custom bonded warehouses.

If the U.S. were to withdraw from the CAFTA-DR agreement, what impact do you think such a decision would have on WTDC's ability to attract and retain customers from Central America?

If the USA withdraws from CAFTA-DR, it will translate to the elimination of non-tariff barriers. The FTA makes companies from the US competitive in Central America because of the reduction and elimination of duty. This means that if the US withdraws from CAFTA-DR goods imported by WTDC will pay higher tariffs while those being exported will not be competitive enough in the market because of duties imposed on them, making their prices to be high. This means that the company will be at risk of losing its customers to other customers. The company is also scheduled to lose in terms of profit. Free trade emerges from the theory of comparative advantage. In this case, a country produces good with the available resources and exchanges with another country in the name of free trade. In this case, if the US withdraws from CAFTA-DR, there will be a decline in manufacturing, which could as well affect the economy of America. Note that CAFTA eliminates about 80 percent of tariffs and duties which are traded between countries. In this case, employment will also be affected by companies. This means that WTDC will have more cost to incur, thus increasing the cost of their product. Customers will, therefore, not be willing to purchase products from them again.

With regards to attracting and retaining customers, in your opinion, what should Mr. Gatizua do to reduce any negative impact of a U.S. withdrawal from CAFTA-DR

WTDC may not know when the US is planning to pull out from CAFTA-DR. However, there are various things the company can do to prepare for what they don't know. They should try and do their market analysis to know the bestselling product. They also should be in a position to know their cost-effective network Moreover the company need also to look for partnership or franchise

Prioritizing bestselling inventory

One major WTDC can be able to avoid cost is by knowing their bestselling product. Thus, import the product which is selling fast. This way, it saves you the cost of storage and the tariff imposed. On the other hand, WTDC should export the product which sells first in other countries.

Look for partnership or franchise

If they look of partnerships and franchises in other countries, it will help them in saving the costs. It seems the company can import goods in the name of other companies. Thus, some duties and taxes will be eliminated in this case. It will also help you in alleviating various economic burdens.

In conclusion, WTDC needs to understand that no matter the strategy you are using for managing, tariffs will always affect the demand of your warehouses. they can be termed as supply chain disruptions.

We conduct researches to deduce a result by following a variety of research methodologies and designs and by applying appropriate concepts. There are two main research designs adopted by the researchers while conducting researches, and these are quantitative research designs and the other one being qualitative research designs.

Quantitative research design is the research design that helps to find a relationship between the independent variable and dependent variables; these variables cannot be limited to one or two variables. The quantitative research designs can follow the experimental study or the descriptive method. The experimental studies focus on establishing the causality of an event or happening, while the descriptive method measures the associations between the variables selected for the research. Quantitative research designs deal more with numbers, logics and objective stances in the research. The main characteristics of a quantitative research design can vary. This research design includes the measurement of the data with the help of research instruments, which are structured. This can be repeated over time to ensure the quality of the research, and to deduce strong results and outcomes. These researches include the scope, quantity of the responses from the respondents and are more oriented towards the emotional insights.

Quantitative Research Design helps to understand the relationships between variables, their impacts, and outcomes. This also helps to increase success rate in our careers like the construction safety industry by enabling us to think rationally and make decisions based on logic. For this case, quantitative research design will help to analyze the relationship between the material used in the construction and the negative outcomes. For instance, there will be more chances that quality products will ensure the strong base of the building and vice versa. It would be easier to make decisions if decisions would base on rational and logical thinking, while a good experimentation will help to make decisions that are more firm.

Virtual Teams Article Review

The article “Getting Virtual Teams Right” is discussing the key practices of high-performing virtual teams. Virtual teams refer to the grouping of people from physical locations. There is an increasing role of virtual teams in today business world. The need for virtual teams arises as a result of geographically expanding of companies expand as well as the use of telecommuting. Now professionals can perform their duties from anywhere if they are having laptops, Wi-Fi, and mobile phones.

Ferrazzi is a CEO of Ferrazzi Greenlight and leading professional on developing operative professional relationships. He wants businesses to take advantage of the virtual teams in managing their operations. These virtual teams offer business plenty of advantages. Companies can take advantage of the best of global talent. Moreover, they can have reduced costs while getting this global talent as it significantly reduces their real estate costs. Employees, on the other hand, can also take advantage of this flexible nature of working. They can live anywhere and manage their operations with flexible schedules. They also get the prospect of interacting with their associates around the world.

However, Ferrazzi also acknowledges this fact that it is also not easy to manage these teams. These teams often are not able to reach their goals and are rated as unsuccessful teams. Ferrazzi has a solution of this and based on in-depth research he proposed four strategies for successful virtual teams. Organizations must learn how to create the right virtual teams. These teams must be selected following the project requirements. Successful virtual teams share common characteristics; excellent communication skills, extraordinary emotional intelligence, understanding of cultural diversity and high-speed internet. They must also have the right size of people and clearly define roles to avoid any conflict.

In addition, these must also have the right leadership that can give them the right direction and guides them as required to achieve their goals. Ferrazzi guides leaders on how to approach virtual teams. Leaders must have constant contact with their teams to build a relationship of trust. They should also encourage open dialogue to get feedback from their teams. Moreover, these teams also have the right touchpoints so that they can compare their performance with these touchpoints for their evaluation. Due to virtually dispersed, it is not easy to meet with each other. Therefore, they should use such technology that can track their progress and match with the goals accordingly.

According to Ferrazzi, the fourth requirement is the use of the right technology. This is the most significant requirement as a team with good leadership and talented team members can fail due to lack of right technology. These teams are dependent upon technology and require the use of the right technology. For example, an organization can have a virtual team of designers and developers across the US. They must select the right kind of technology to communicate. Here they can use the email and virtual conferences to collaborate.

Thus, if leaders follow these simple practices suggested by Ferrazzi, they can maximize the efficiency of their virtual teams and get success in this technological world. Ferrazzi suggestions are based on research and apply to every virtual team in any field. If leaders are successful in forming and managing these virtual teams, this will add to their project as well as business success. Organizations with virtual teams can not only take advantage of dispersed human talent buy they can also take advantage of technology. They no more depend on human interaction and achieve their business goals.

The company also gives the right of withdrawing clients from availing the services of Vodafone e-CRM CITATION Fak16 \l 1033 (Maroofi & Amiri, 2016). This raises further ethical concerns because the customers must be in control of their information.

The biggest challenge faced by Vodafone in e-CRM is to keep customers information safe and secure. This indicates the need for preventing information breach or leakage to any third party. The personal information and any other sensitive information related to the customers must be used by the company only. Sharing such information with other people is unethical and is considered as a data breach. Vodafone must store such information in the form of location that is not accessible by others. Only specific employees are granted access to the data who are in the control of such sensitive information. When information is shared with sub-suppliers the company must ensure that they keep customer's data safe CITATION Ant151 \l 1033 (Albuquerque & Santos, 2015).

Disposing customers data from e-CRM poses further ethical risks for Vodafone. When customers withdraw from the services of the company it must be able to safely remove customers information. The company can overcome this issue by destroying and deleting the information of such customers from the data repository. This assures that the information is not misused or mishandled. The company can adopt policies on destroying customers data that will permit it to overcome its ethical challenge CITATION All131 \l 1033 (Friedman & Singer, 2013).

To overcome ethical challenges Vodafone will need to adopt standards regarding privacy that will restrict parties from disclosing the information of clients. The policy comprises of blueprints and specifications required for the creation of an effective security program. Discussions on implementation of security are not part of policies however they tell things needing protection and restrictions on controls. Policy documentation requires identification of goals that protect an organization's interaction with clients. Determination of systems and processes is vital as it uncovers the policies needed for completing the mission CITATION Tyl16 \l 1033 (Moore & Pym, 2016). Standards establish necessary mechanisms are helping in the implementation of policies. Standards involve actions and rules providing support and direction to formal policies.

The typical policy on data security designed by the organization includes statement and purpose, in general, explaining the threats and risks faced. Policies, standards and, guidelines work collectively for securing networks and data within organizations. Policies, standards and, guidelines work in association and allow companies to overcome the ethical crisis. The combined effect helps organizations in the prevention of data breaches and thefts.

Analysis of the sales report shows a large quantity of grocery purchase during the first week of the month and in the mid of the month. The estimation of which product performance better is determine based on the quantity of the product not the amount each product was sold at the end of the week. The analysis was first done per WTD before conduct for MTD to determine the general performance of the all products in the entire month. In order to get a better estimation a column projection was used to analyze each product sold with the specific period and the grocery was obtained to be the best performing product among the other products sold by Wal-Mart. The best strategy would be to develop a well managed online platform for the sales of electronics. Wal-Mart online platform should be made to be engaging and this and this will attract more shoppers on its platform and stores across the country. The economy is also a factor which affects the performance of the company. It the inflation rate and the increased rate of unemployment rate is factor, which directly affect the purchasing power of the customers. Therefore, the decline in purchase of electronics could be as a result of poor performance of the economy in the last six months. The company can address the problem by promoting the products and ensuring that the prices are very competitive with other prices offered by other companies in the market.

Recommendation

It is recommended for the Store change the display of shoes and electronic. Wal-Mart stores displays shoes and electronic almost at the back of the store. This makes the products not easily visible to customers CITATION Wal171 \l 1033 (Wal-Mart report, 2017). The display should be changed so that the products could be more visible and accessible to customers. It is also recommended for Wal-Mart to conduct intensive promotion of products, which are underperforming. This would include having sales perform with sample of products in front of store to talk to customers about the product and urge them to purchase electronics and other underperforming products from the store. It would be recommended to give discounts on products which are not performing well. The discount would be part of promotion to urge customer to purchase specific product. It would also be important to take advantage of high performing products and this could be achieved by placing underperforming products close to performing products inside the store.

Conclusion

The performance of products at Wal-Mart stores are different, some products are high performance due to high demand by customers. The performance of products was analyzed using sales report and inventory report. It is established that grocery performance better than other products. It is also established that intensive marketing would be the best strategy to improve the performance of underperforming products in the stores.

It is significant to note that the framework of continuous recruitment has paved the way for operation management. (Simon, et, al. 2019, pp. 471-511) .The Company manages and organizes standardized job processes, taking into account that the training procedures of the company have greatly facilitated the services and quality standards in the company.

It has been asserted that there are about 4, 233 Walmart stores in the United States that is double of the targets, i.e., there are 379 Whole Foods outlets, 1968 Best Buys and about 420 Apple stores in the country. Walmart is termed as an organization that has the largest private sector employers, employing about 1.4 million United States associates. (Barber & Daniel, 2018, pp. 995-997). However, it is brought into insight that Walmart appoints about 2.2 million people that make up the active Military Army, much close to the Chinese Army (2.29 million). Walmart stores cover locality about 1.1 billion square feet, while it is the biggest United States grocer. The annual shareholder of Walmart hosts about 14,000 employees.

Internal Affairs

The corporation aims at regulation of internal affairs such as inventory management, supply chain management and regulation of human resource. An analysis of the most effective tax rate infers that Walmart has a cost of 1.77% after debt.

Marketing

Walmart is a powerhouse of business, taking into account that mix marketing is one of the basic strategies of the corporation. There are two options for surviving in the retail market, i.e., large capital or luck. Walmart stores a large variety of products, keeping in interest the desires of customers. The selling and promoting of a product is largely dependent on the variety of innovations that the corporation has used to cater to the needs of its customers. (Simon, et, al. 2019, pp. 471-511).

The company uses a variety of promotion strategies as well. The store make use of slogans such as, save money and live better, lowest price store, "everyday low price" and "worry-free fresh." Side by side the use of a diversified array of using electronic media that ranges from TV ads to social media and billboards along with eCommerce platforms have shifted the company to a higher edge. (Barber & Daniel, 2018, pp. 995-997). It is also significant to note that the company is much focused on the choice of platforms and places, such as advanced platforms and IT-enabled organization with a fleet of delivery vehicles has added to the outline of marketing plan.

Logistic Facilities

In Walmart, logistic framework refers to the requirements and trucks that are made to observe a composite distribution system. It also includes the centralization of warehouse materials. (Barber & Daniel, 2018, pp. 995-997). As logistics refers to the movement and dispersal of materials, it does not refer to the explanation and presentation of current logistics industry. (Mattingly & Todd D). It also includes a stance of packaging and customer service that can bring in synchronization the customer service and cost saving. Walmart believes in inventory packaging, taking into account that it has a direct impact on the underlying principles of marketing. A briefing on the increasing goods protection has brought into insight that inventory packaging accompanied by good protection will lead to a reduction in the cube utilization. The concept of cube utilization refers to an increase in the size of product dimension. However, increased standardization is heed to reduction in the cost of handling the equipment. (Simon, et, al. 2019, pp. 471-511).

It would not be wrong to say that the overall stance of warehouse refers to the achievement and adherence to certain facts and principles such as, determination of the objective of facility that is provided to customers. In Walmart, this facility refers to the provision of goods and services at cheap prices. The context of objective infers that warehouse aims at the availability of effective utilization and working environment that can address customers at the first end. (Barber & Daniel, 2018, pp. 995-997). It is also important to address the significance of the stance that can highlight and interfere with the needs of customers, in terms of requirement such as the inclusion of technology and advancement, provision and application of software and other necessary hardware.

Warehousing

Warehousing plays a major role in the identification of services and products that are used by an organization. It acts as a bridge to save the protection cost, empowering efficiencies and to overcome time to reduce the total cost of logistics. There are several other uses of the warehouse such as subdivision of large shipment of goods into smaller shipments to deliver goods and services to various customers. (Mattingly & Todd D). The geographical analysis reveals that Walmart uses the warehouse as a geographical identity of the products and services because warehouse depends on various factors such as capital availability, transportation costs, and product characteristics.

Warehousing and Walmart

Walmart is building a high speed and highly efficient grocery warehouse in order to solidify its position as one of the nation’s biggest grocer. Actually, the warehouse is called a storage area where raw goods and material is stored by the suppliers or the exporters. It also comprises of certain tools that are mandatory to facilitate the function that is required of these tools. It is significant to note that packaging is also a major concept in warehousing. (Simon, et, al. 2019, pp. 471-511). The major functions in packaging can have a positive impact on the material that is being packed and transported. From the logistics point of view, it has been inferred that good packaging can influence organization, protection, space management, weights, costs and protection of the services. Walmart focuses on packaging functions in order to address communication. Packaging is also a mode of identification taking into account certain symbols such as packing list and bar codes.

Walmart Inc. Inventory management is termed as one of the major contributors in the retailing business. It has been highlighted that Walmart is achieving wide acclaim in order to master the supply chain and the tribute goes to Walmart data warehouse. It refers to the supercenter stance of the store, adhering to all the necessities at a single place. Customer loyalty is built by making customers minimize the time spent in shopping area, so Walmart has incorporated smart board with quick checkouts to facilitate the customers.

The operational requirements for warehousing involve, usage of information systems that can allow customers to have innovated and smart shopping. In Walmart, the focus of operational requirement refers to the use of technology and centralized system that can adhere to health, safety, security, quality control and reverse logistics that can help to return goods in the context of shutting down or downscaling. (Simon, et, al. 2019, pp. 471-511).

Experiment

It is essential to treat a new idea as an experiment rather than a permanent change to reduce the associated risk ADDIN ZOTERO_ITEM CSL_CITATION {"citationID":"6XpxIcLu","properties":{"formattedCitation":"(KAVANAGH & KRINGS, 2014)","plainCitation":"(KAVANAGH & KRINGS, 2014)","noteIndex":0},"citationItems":[{"id":663,"uris":["http://zotero.org/users/local/7Hi3kAOD/items/TTU649ZN"],"uri":["http://zotero.org/users/local/7Hi3kAOD/items/TTU649ZN"],"itemData":{"id":663,"type":"article-journal","title":"The 8 Sources of Waste and How to Eliminate Them","container-title":"IMPROVING PERFORMANCE WITH LEAN MANAGEMENT TECHNIQUES","volume":"9","author":[{"family":"KAVANAGH","given":"SHAYNE"},{"family":"KRINGS","given":"DAVID"}],"issued":{"date-parts":[["2014"]]}}}],"schema":"https://github.com/citation-style-language/schema/raw/master/csl-citation.json"} (KAVANAGH & KRINGS, 2014, p. 22). Web Presence

Web Presence is defined as a set of web files that refers to a particular subject; it is a platform where a business, organization or an entity is represented. The aim and use of the website determine what is required of a web presence. (Nanda, et, al. 2019, pp. 3-22). A website is not the only web presence that a company should have, taking into account that web presence has its specific function that is determined by the analysis of market aims. Other Web presence platforms include facebook, twitter, LinkedIn and Pinterest. All these fields are the paradigms of web presence, introducing audience to the subject aim. Web presence is just a reflection of the aim of an organization, ultimately describing the objectives. (Nanda, et, al. 2019, pp. 3-22). An organization needs to be clear about customer’s expectations and its agendas in order to create a web presence. The objective of web presence is to get more traffic, empower team both in terms of technology and social charter. Managing traffic includes demographics, taking into account that it is not just one way mode of communication, but it infers the analysis of facts and figures by responding to the problems as soon as they are encountered. (Nanda, et, al. 2019, pp. 3-22). As traffic reflects the ratio of consumers so, knowing customer’s expectations and bringing changes as per consumer is a fact that can increase traffic, not only to a limited paradigm but in terms of life span. One of the most significant risks in web presence is security. A web presence has both aspects, risks, and benefits. (Nanda, et, al. 2019, pp. 3-22). Adhering to security strategies such as keeping a check on fraud, public relation obstacles, and disruptions are a tool to act as a barrier against potential threats to web presence.
