There was no clear aim of the situation at hand on an operation to handle the situation. To some extent, only procedures were given on how the work is done and the strict instructions in the form of illustrations but no reason why each procedure was undertaken.
There was no clear measurement in terms of quantities and qualities to be administered in the process and the reason why they were put in the stages (Batchelor 1993). Moreover, when the instructions were given they were not for understanding but to be done as the instructor said and not to ask any question.
The expectation of the company that was made clear instead the company prides itself on the work of the employees. Their main aim is to impress their customers evidenced by the positive reply from the consumers. Personally, the expectations of the company from me were not to mess with the beads.
From the first day at work which I deed so best hence I was recognized for my great a great work and it commendable. This gave me some hope to do more and more although never understood
A similar life situation has happened where there is a job call is made and the applicants apply and the cutoff point is made the qualified once made in and fortunately enough I qualified. Delegations were tight and full of intellectual but I managed. It was surprising enough but I held on.
When the work started few instructions were made on both the input and the output. Sometimes I messed up and got fired since I looked so incompetent to them but I never learnt anything since it was not properly stationed and trained to avoid mistakes it was a lesson learnt in a hard one.
The whole scenario although its for self-development it was never involving since to the best practice is by being told on what to do at what time and learn from it but in this situation, they assume you know everything and they activate your course. And when you mess up you are fired to create job opportunities for jobless to get the opportunity.
This encounter made me wasted and felt like starting my own company to improve myself more to reach the jobless and treat them right since we may need each other in one way or the other.
In many work operations, there are always defects in the smooth running of operations in the working process (Tanner Carbett 2001). When one is on an errand explain to him or her the negative and positive effects of the operations. Explain the reason for each act or why a process is undertaken in the smooth operation of work.
If there are harmful substances during the operations explain to the workers about the harmful substances that when they either touch your hand or any part of your body or when inhaled they harm your body. Protective gears should be given to the employees to protect them from getting sick and affect their bodies.
The output should genuinely reflect what work each worker does. When there is a problem with one individual the management should check out where the problem all arises and sort it out by either explaining to the worker where there is a problem and why each action is taken in the process. When workers are fired all the time it kills the morale of the workers who still maintain their positions hence they work under pressure to make the management happy but not for the satisfaction of the consumer. When some workers are fired the input becomes much and exhaustive to the remaining workers. When the work becomes much the input becomes low due to the overload to the workers.
