The career that I have chosen for evaluating my personality attributes is IT because I want to become an IT analyst. Protagonist ENFJ suggests that the personality can be judged on the basis of five attributes that include; mind, energy, nature, tactics and identity. These traits gives the idea about the actual nature of a person. My personally code assessment has uncovered the personality traits and nature that I possess. According to the evaluation conducted at personalities.com and humanresoruces.com I am a protagonist. The results obtained form the site depicts that I am 51 percent interactive with the environment. This can be used for understanding that I am not completely extrovert but only slightly interactive. The remaining part of my personality depicts that I am introvert. The extrovert nature reflects my ability of socializing or communicating with others. Because I am only 51% extravert this indicates that I am not very open and avoid to remain silent at some of the situations CITATION Per191 \l 1033 (Personality). Extraversion is determined on the basis of individual’s ability of taking part in social events such as parties and expressing feelings with others. Because I scored only 51% this indicates half of my personality is extrovert and the remaining is introvert. This explains that I only like to express feelings at specific events. These attributes will be helpful in my IT analyst career because it require me to communicate with others and discuss about the possible solutions for resolving IT related issues. Although this result also depicts that will need to overcome my introvert nature because it could undermine my ability of interacting with new people at the organization.

Energy is also estimated for determining the level of energy and enthusiasm that I exhibit during doing different things. I scored 47% that means my energy is quote low. This test has calculated the level of mental energy that is computed on the basis of my interest and level if participation during different activities. The results depicts that the overall level of my energy is quite low. The test also evaluated my personality trait of tactics. This is assessed on the basis of my ability of judging things. I scored 57% on this attribute which means that my ability of using tactics is quite satisfactory. This indicates that I evaluate things by relying on my ability of judging things. This result depicts that I am a very good planner and always use critical approach for responding to the situations. I have a strong ability of handling challenging situations. This is a strong personality attribute that will help me to compete in future career of IT. I will use this trait for managing complex tasks in the IT analyzing tasks. This will also promote me to rely on self-judgments. I am also confident according to the test. This results show 41% of identify that means my nature is assertive. I could use my confidence in IT analysis for finding best solutions. This again will make brighter prospects for me in the future. I would be able to make my decisions independently and will also be able to convince the employees and colleagues about my viewpoints. My strong protagonist personality is best suited for the chosen career of IT analyst.
