The particular case of District of Columbia v. Heller is the detailed consideration of the Second Amendment in the constitution of the country. The court decision assists to figure out the actual interpretation of the Second Amendment. Deep understanding of this case helps me to consider that in the case of District of Columbia v. Heller, the defender’s version of the facts is strong and true as compared to the facts presented by the government.
