The United States Foreign Policy
Central America until recently was in the ethnic struggle of people, while the recognition of their heroes lost behind. These people were to be protected regardless of their concerns for their protection by the rulers of that age.
America’s fraternity manifest was taking place when the president in 1823, proclaimed the Manra Doctrine. This aimed to protect the people of Latin America, regardless of their concerns for protection. This doctrine fraternity was meant as the Americas Manifest Destiney, which is the right given by America's god to control over its states. In 1923, the US marines entered to protect the democracy, and to protect the elections, however, the liberals, and the nationalists opposed the entry of the US military. The nationalist Sandino started a resistance by stating that the US has no right to humiliate a small country, while America did not recognize him ADDIN ZOTERO_ITEM CSL_CITATION {"citationID":"Qvdvq0Ys","properties":{"formattedCitation":"({\\i{}U.S. Foreign Policy and Latin America})","plainCitation":"(U.S. Foreign Policy and Latin America)","noteIndex":0},"citationItems":[{"id":604,"uris":["http://zotero.org/users/local/F0XOCTdk/items/EX7DBDBI"],"uri":["http://zotero.org/users/local/F0XOCTdk/items/EX7DBDBI"],"itemData":{"id":604,"type":"motion_picture","title":"U.S. Foreign Policy and Latin America","source":"YouTube","dimensions":"28:20","abstract":"Description Not Provided.","URL":"https://www.youtube.com/watch?time+continue=55&v=M57Qa9Hpn3c&feature=emb+logo","accessed":{"date-parts":[["2019",11,14]]}}}],"schema":"https://github.com/citation-style-language/schema/raw/master/csl-citation.json"} (U.S. Foreign Policy and Latin America). The US adventures, Cuba, and Puerto Rico help to understand the impact on Latin America. The United States started a war with the states of Mexico, during 1846-1848, which resulted in the Texas annexation in 1845, and the Texas dispute ended at the Rio Grande. However, the US military extended its territories from the western parts of Rio Grande to the Pacific Ocean.
Cuba and Puerto Rico were the only colonies left for Spain after losing control over the New World colonies during the 1800s. Most of the population in Cuba did not want Spain to rule them, so they migrated to Florida, and the United States, although they were still loyal to their land ADDIN ZOTERO_ITEM CSL_CITATION {"citationID":"muQCx9fw","properties":{"formattedCitation":"({\\i{}CHS100 Chicano Studies Session Twelve 04/29/2010})","plainCitation":"(CHS100 Chicano Studies Session Twelve 04/29/2010)","noteIndex":0},"citationItems":[{"id":605,"uris":["http://zotero.org/users/local/F0XOCTdk/items/84SRCTBA"],"uri":["http://zotero.org/users/local/F0XOCTdk/items/84SRCTBA"],"itemData":{"id":605,"type":"motion_picture","title":"CHS100 Chicano Studies Session Twelve 04/29/2010","source":"YouTube","dimensions":"1:28:51","abstract":"CHS100 Chicano Studies Session Twelve 04/29/2010\r\nGuest: Ron Wilkins","URL":"https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hN-jRTJEA6o&feature=emb+logo","accessed":{"date-parts":[["2019",11,14]]}}}],"schema":"https://github.com/citation-style-language/schema/raw/master/csl-citation.json"} (CHS100 Chicano Studies Session Twelve 04/29/2010). The United States was showing interest in the on-going struggle of the Cubans; however, the United States in 1898 assisted Cuba to protect them and their businesses. In 1898, the United States declared war with Spain after the explosion of their warship named Maine on February 15, 1898, which was moving towards Havana, Cuba. In Cuba, thousands of troops were fighting and the Rough Riders and the Theodore Roosevelt were helping the on-going fights in Cuba, these were some groups of cowboys and athletes from the colleges. The War lasted for few months, and ended after the agreement of the peace treaty, which gave them control of Cuba to the United States, not only Cuba but also Puerto Rico, Guam, and some parts of the Philippine Islands.
The struggle for the independence of the Latin Americans continued in the United Nations. The Latin Americans were divided into the class systems and diversity, which, based on their race, ethnicity, and their backgrounds. Revolutionary movements took place when people did not want other states to rule them because, they were a different culture, and they had a different constitution. The slavery had to abolish by the state rulers, and people opposed the elites by expanding their power and movements of the peasants in the state. Latino American has been an integral part of the United States from decades, and their population has increased, which is the fastest-growing population in the state ADDIN ZOTERO_ITEM CSL_CITATION {"citationID":"Q5MHspp6","properties":{"formattedCitation":"({\\i{}Latin American Revolutions})","plainCitation":"(Latin American Revolutions)","noteIndex":0},"citationItems":[{"id":606,"uris":["http://zotero.org/users/local/F0XOCTdk/items/MWH6LYR6"],"uri":["http://zotero.org/users/local/F0XOCTdk/items/MWH6LYR6"],"itemData":{"id":606,"type":"motion_picture","title":"Latin American Revolutions: Crash Course World History #31","source":"YouTube","dimensions":"13:43","abstract":"In which John Green talks about the many revolutions of Latin America in the 19th century. At the beginning of the 1800s, Latin America was firmly under the control of Spain and Portugal. The revolutionary zeal that had recently created the United States and had taken off Louis XVI's head in France arrived in South America, and a racially diverse group of people who felt more South American than European took over. John covers the soft revolution of Brazil, in which Prince Pedro boldly seized power from his father, but promised to give it back if King João ever returned to Brazil. He also covers the decidedly more violent revolutions in Mexico, Venezuela, and Argentina. Latino Americans are part of the social fabric and they were in the past. They have played a significant role in the development of the state, they have been part of the United States, and their services are appreciable.
During the period of the colonial rule, the Latin Americans felt inferior, especially the elite class that resulted in the self-awareness to stop the other rulers, and the monarchs to rule over them. The rule and expansion of the authority over the territories by fighting wars are not appreciable, but the struggle to oppose these powers remains an important part of the history, and their bravery. The United States, however, has tried to protect people despite their interests in the rule over the territories. People were somehow restricted to work according to their rights but, the influences had encouraged diversity in the United States.
