Purpose

The main purpose of the speech is to convey the reason why I choose the position of Retail Manager as my career. As well as what are the things or reasons which make my career interesting for me to choose.

Central Idea

The central idea is I found all of the skills and capabilities which are required for a retail manager and which makes a retail manager a successful manager while I also engaged in business studies, so that’s why I decided to work as RM (Retail Manager).

Introduction

This presentation (speech) is about analyzing the reasons why you choose your career field where I choose the career of retail Manager. As well as what are the considerations that make the field interesting for me or catches me select it.

Signpost (Transition)

As discussed above, the career of a retail manager is chosen by me because I have the skills which are required for a successful manager like leadership skills, customers' oriented mindset and strong communication, etc.

Beyond that, it is a rewarding career for me because I would be contacting the people and community I live in.

As the main job of a retail manager is to attend the customers and visitors with a sweet smile and assist them in the best and highly convenient way, I always found myself excellent and found this way of the meeting when I face and meet people. So because of this factor, I would prefer the career of retail manager over others.

In addition, being a retail manager, it would also be possible for me to manage and charge own business (retail store) as I am planning to get engaged in my own (personal0 business after completion of my studies.

Conclusion

After the analysis and research, it has been concluded that the career of retail manager could be the best choice to take a career because I find the required skills and capabilities in myself. As well as, as on my nature, it is a recognizing position for me and can be helpful for me in real life too.
