Yarra Grammar Institute
Yarra Grammar Institute is considered to be a successful educational organization with cultural diversity and an institution, which grows and evolves every year. It is the co-educational institution of grammar. It was first established in Berwick as Berwick College of TAFE in 1997 and was initially built to cater for 2000 students. The institute then subsequently expanded with a couple of other campuses, one in Preston and the other in Craigieburn within its first decade. In 2007, following the successful turn of events, the name of the institute was changed to Yarra Grammar Institute. Another campus in Prahran equipped with sophisticated technology will soon be opening for students within the year 2019. The Institute constantly is in the process of motivating students with their desire to innovate and implementation of positive changes. This institution also offers several programs of co-curriculum other than standard curriculum. These include drama productions, music choirs, band or orchestras, debating, links of community, athletics, swimming, canoeing, golf, and volleyball. This institution is entitled for focusing on research. It has some expert faculties of technology which are entitled to conferring doctoral degrees and habilitation and also the focus on research. It also not only focuses on technology but also offers courses in design, business, medicine, and science.
Staff
The staff is considered to be the managerial institute section. They are the group which works under the owners and is the people of top-level in the institute. The staff is maintaining the student Moodle and they have the power to control the tasks, deadlines in the application. They are also the top-level management of the institute who holds all the responsibilities of the project. These include project managers and network specialists who have done their task according to the deadline. Each person has its own responsibility according to his skills set and capabilities.
Student
Students are the people that using the application and the target of the project is also students. The main reason that implements this Citrix solution is to target students and make easy on their day-to-day works in the institute.

Role of Project Manager
The project manager is the person who will be responsible for delivering the project. This individual manages and leads the project team. He will manage all the four members of the team and also the key stakeholders with responsibility and authority for running the project on a daily basis. One of his significant roles is interfacing between the IT organization and team members of this project as for the IT project like this it is significant for encouraging and communicating the necessities for transformation within the project. The role of the project manager will be to design and apply appropriate standards of project management required for introducing Citrix solutions in the IT Organization. He will be responsible for managing the required deliverables during the production of Citrix solutions. He will be monitoring and planning throughout the project. He will adopt the essential delegation and also utilization of assurance roles of the project within the agreed structures of reporting. He will maintain and prepare the exception plans, stage, and project which are required for this project. He will manage all the risks of this project which also include contingency plans development. He will also monitor the overall progress and utilization of resources, starting corrective action where essential. For this project, he may also apply the change control and process of configuration management. Moreover, he will also be responsible for applying and adopting appropriate quality and technical standards and strategies. He will also obtain and identify advice and support which are required for the control, planning, and management of the project. He will also be responsible for managing the administration of the project. In the end, he would conduct an evaluation review of the project for assessing how good the project was managed and also prepare any follow-on recommendations of actions (Rezvani, et, al., 2016, p.765).
Role Of Network Specialist
The role of network specialist is to get the physical machine which should have the ability for handling the operating system of the higher-end for running the operating system of the server. Network specialists will be responsible for connecting the client machines to the server systems. In order to configure the virtual machines for the Citrix Solution, network specialists need to set up the virtual serves which run on the network like physical servers. On setting up the virtual servers, they need to assign those virtual servers adapters of Ethernet and then give them IP and MAC addresses. He should be physically plugged into his network on setting up virtual networking. Then he would be responsible for creating the virtual network connection. Before establishing the network specifications, network specialists should consult with the end-users as well. They will analyze security requirements and workflow and also design the administration of the router. They would also look to some issue of network performances such as throughput, utilization, latency, and availability. Configuring, installing, and testing of Citrix Solution, establishing virtual connections and security firewalls and also defining the procedures and policies of the virtual network are also considered to the essential duties in this regard. Network monitoring and analysis are also the core duties in this regard for the network specialists. Similarly troubleshooting the problems of Citrix Solution and enhancing its performance for the users through tuning of performance are some necessary Network Specialists responsibilities Moreover, security of the network is one of the most significant Network Specialists duties. They also prepare users for utilizing the network in a safe way by conducting sessions of training and giving useful references and accessible support. Some additional responsibilities of network specialists include upgrading the network. They should also test, install, evaluate the enhancement of the solution for ensuring that they are the best choice (Coux, 2016, p. 763).
