The evidence-based deliverable was not an easy task. However, we were able to carry out the tasks effectively by incorporating good behavior and attitudes. Some of the right behaviors we cooperated included working as a team, serving our customers, and setting achievable goals. Handling these tasks called for teamwork. Through teamwork, we were able to make timely and accurate decisions, especially when trying to come up with a well-researched and well-tested design solution. As a team, we were able to break down the problem, analyzing the available information or data, brainstorming the possible solution, thus settling for the best design solution. In a bid to come up with suitable solutions, we also sought consultations and advice from our customers. Therefore, we positioned ourselves to serve our customers effectively. Service was another necessary behavior when carrying out the study. We believed that people that think on how to succeed on their own do not succeed instead as an entrepreneur, one must seek to serve his customers. Our ability to set clear goals also determined the success of this task. The first thing we did as team members was coming up with clear goals. We knew what we wanted to achieve right from the beginning. Our argument in this was that for one to become a successful entrepreneur, he is supposed to come up with clear goals. We were also flexible enough since some of our tasks kept changing. This helped us to come up with the best results.

Our attitude toward the task also mattered a lot. The first step to having you complete and successful task is to have a positive attitude towards it. This was combined with a passion for the task. Our passion for the task helped us overcome difficult moments that we encountered. Trust was another virtue that helped us carry our duties effectively. We created trust with our customers through honesty these was by giving precise and accurate information and showing them that we were out there to serve them rather than to make money. We also trusted ourselves and our colleagues when carrying out the task. We also had strong work ethics when carrying out the job. This made us always to stay discipline and carry out our functions based on the guideline. Believing in ourselves was another essential aspect we held. As a team, we always believed in what we were doing. This added more confidence to ourselves, thus making our task stand out.

The task offered us a chance to learn new attitudes and behaviors. I have never been in an involving and dynamic team like this before. One thing I learned is how to relate and act as a team. Initially, I was not a good team player, I always liked doing individual work, and this task taught me how teamwork could be beneficial. I am not good at serving customers. I have always thought that business is meant to make a profit. This task taught me why serving customers is essential for the success of a business. My attitude also greatly improved. I had a chance to learn what it takes to be passionate about what I am doing. As we were carrying out the task, many obstacles came our way, and we had to be positive and passionate about what we were doing. These behaviors and attitudes are essential for my future career and wellbeing, as a team player, I have learned how to relate with different people. Thus, I will be able to relate effectively with people out there. I also plan to improve these skills in my workplace by ensuring that I participate effectively in the various team. Developing a positive attitude and believing in my self-promoted my self-esteem and confidence. Through this, I will be able to handle all obstacles that come my way without fear.
