How long can my text be?
Up to 1,200 words per check. For longer essays, check a few paragraphs at a time.
What does the writing score mean?
It starts at 100 and drops with each issue found relative to your word count. Above 90 is clean; below 70 suggests a careful proofread is worth it.
Can I apply the corrections automatically?
Yes. Click any highlighted phrase to fix it individually, or use "Apply all fixes" to accept every suggestion at once.
Is it always right?
No tool is. Style suggestions in particular are judgement calls, and a checker can miss context. Read each suggestion before accepting it.
