What is sociology? What are some examples of what sociologists study?
The study of human relationships is called sociology. The subject is very interesting and it explains the matters of lives of humans at the personal and social level. Sociologists study the daily lives of people, conduct extensive studies, understand historic papers, investigate survey records, examine video-taped communications, interview members of sets of people, and perform workroom tests.
When examining the theoretical perspectives in sociology, each perspective has a specific focus and level of analysis. What does the level of analysis mean?
Sociologists examine human society by making use of differing levels of study. This study can be conducted at both the micro and macro level. Macro-level sociology deals with extensive societal methods, for example, social strength and transformation. While micro-level sociology analyzes minimal connections among persons, for example, dialogue or face to face interactions.

Symbolic Interactionalism:
The theory of symbolic interactionism is a micro-level theoretical framework of sociology that talks about in what way society is formed and preserved by recurrent communications between folks. The focus of the theory is on face-to-face interactions.
Functional Analysis:
Functional analysis is a perspective based on the macro-level and sees society as a whole unit, or as a living being whose different parts come together to make it function. The focus is on the relationship between parts of society.
Conflict Theory:
Conflict theory is the macro-level analysis, for the reason that the theory talks about the conflicts and power disparities. It focuses on how powerful ones control the poor.
Culture shapes many things in our lives, including what we wear, what we eat, and how we interact with each other. What are the influences of culture in society?
Culture is responsible for forming a lot of things in our lives, most of the times it includes the way we dress up, our cuisine and the way of interaction of people with each other. The things that are commonly influenced in society by some culture are the language, principles, morals, standards, manners, and also physical entities that are inherited from generation to generation.
