For instance, the relation between the macro environmental and microenvironmental factors primarily reflects how people advance to engage potentially in the prevailing social and health discourse. The need of the hour is to seek the intricate elements which contribute to the spread of the powerful separation between the communities in terms of race, class and social status. Irrefutably, the impact of community and environment influence both small and prominent elements which dictate the state of affairs of health in society. The bottom line is that the key to rejuvenating the social structure, inequality and morality is the removal of unequal distribution and allocation of wealth and resources.
