Social movements of Black Lives Matter Occupy Wall Street and the Me Too/ Time’s Up campaigns provide an example of public sociology. It refers to the protests that occur at the expense of society. This is an effective platform that allows people to connect for common issues such as the war in Syria and the economic inequality of America.
