Question 1
Patient-centered care plays a significant role in determining the part of nurses in the self-motivation of the nurses to bring a healthy change in the lifestyle of the patients. It is the role of the nurse to persuade their patient in all the aspects where they can actively take part in all the activities that urge the patients to bring their healthy routine back into the shape. Many of the times it is not feasible for the people to get back to a healthy life due to which the effect on the lives of people is observed. To overcome all these issues, the period is required to get rid of all the activities and bring that ray of hope and energy back in your life.
This energy can be only regained once the ray of hope is given to the patient and bring that vital source of motivation to the people. This can be only feasible through the help of the motivation healthcare workers who work thoroughly and effortlessly for their patients to bring them back to life (Rubin,2018). The role of nursing is no doubt a critical role that can check the authenticity of the quality of the working of the hospital and this is all due to their tireless efforts that helps the people that they set a goal for their patients to nail it and show it to the world that their disease no doubt have shattered them but their inner will and self-satisfaction have given them a boost throughout their rehabilitation process with the help of the nurses that they are ready to take over their disease with their self-motivation and inner will. This can be a vital factor in their sole motivation towards the speedy recovery.
Question 2
Nurses are the only people present in the hospital who can easily access all the layers of the patients easily. From their daily routine to their checkup schedule in everything after their family, the second home is their staff at the hospital. The staff members are the one who relies on them. The way they push them not to lose their will not to give up on any disease to the point where they help them in comforting them in their pain (Glasper,2017).
For all this purpose they give them side by side education to the patient so that they may know about their disease and how to get over the disease through proper medication, self-care and the ability to get over the after depression and the side-effects of the disease. All these educational conferences help the people to get over this effect once they are entitled to the specific seminars and the educational conferences that are held bimonthly in all the healthcare centers so that they may register themselves.
The concern which arises at this point is the amount of money that is required to get the registration (Williams & Dickstein-Fischer, 2018). This is the question mark which arises as everyone is not willing enough to pay for it. In this scenario, it is the responsibility of the nurses and the faculty of the department to convince the patient, and it is their motivation and words that can move the people to take this right decision by investing the money into the right department because health comes at first and there is nothing next to health. When the patient is convinced, then this educational activity is worth the payment. This will ensure the duty and responsibility of the nurses that they are doing justice with their job.
