Wound Management Plan
Introduction
Jessica Adams is a 60-year-old woman was part of a house explosion that resulted in the fire. She had a son and two daughters. The Wound Management Plan
Jessica, a 60-year-old woman has a fourth-degree burn. Her burn includes the demolition of the parts of the dermis and epidermal layer. Moreover, it does not spread by both layers.
