Children are considered as the touchstone of a healthy society. This research paper considers the interface of culture in shaping family and professional understanding of disability using Bronfenbrenner's ecological of the theoretical framework. Health illness and definition of disability varies from culture to culture. Studies have shown that the impact of cultural beliefs on the nature and causes of disability development in children is very strong. Treating young ones in early childhood would have a significant influence on how they will grow and sustain themselves in society. Not all children are raised by parents. Nutrition, adequate health care, and acceptable housing have the same impact on the development of children as culture and beliefs of society. To thrive in society disable children has to go through a lot. Ignorance, non-acceptance and intolerable behavior would result in severe consequences. Additional views and beliefs by different cultural regarding behavioral, cognitive, relational and pharmaceutical therapies also influence the development of complexity in childhood disabilities. Overwhelming array towards treatment by various cultures and a combination of care and professional treatment can improve children's views towards their disability, care, respect and cognitive behavior also influence the development of children. Open teamwork, family attention, and appropriate interventions can improve children's views regarding their disabilities. Different cultural groups and their beliefs, best and professional practices in treatment, sensitivity and attention from parents and appropriate and timely interventions can change the context of children. Parental beliefs and negative reactions by different cultures, religious conviction and isolation can result in the development of complexity and chronic illness and disability in children.
