The rapid development and the evolution of the health care sector in the last century has revolutionized the quality care services of the patient. This has made the possibility to diagnose the diseases faster, because of the advancement in the techniques that are used for the diagnosis. The healthcare sector has become more effective with a wide range of modified medications that have extreme specificity with fewer side effects. This has raised some serious ethical and legal concern of cloud over the sky of the healthcare workers. The important issues that arise are the confidentiality, autonomy, maleficence, justice and beneficence. Ethical concerns might include the genetic transplant of a patient, which is even after this century of modernism is considered a serious ethical concern. Regardless of the benefits and the potential positive effect that it might show on the health of a patient, this treatment is still surrounded by the premises of ethics in some cultures, societies, and countries. The understanding of the ethical issues and the legal issues is important as they are the basic prelude for the execution of treatment. Because, as much of it is highlighted less, the relationships between the health care provider and the patient, and other ethical issues including the permissibility of a certain treatment in a religion should be taken in grant for the patient's considerations. The legal issues highlights the negligence, changing concepts that are related to the consent and the representative decisions of the cases that are followed by some mistakes in the medical procedures .
