Capitalism and Parecon (Participatory Economics)

INTRODUCTION:

Attention getter: The industrial worker of the world has stated the first words in their Preamble that the employing and working class has nothing in common. After hundreds of years of this statement, an economical philosophy exists here which can change such vision.

B. Purpose. I am going to discuss the core benefits of Parecon with you people with hope to convince you to adopt the philosophy.

C. Opposition Identification: with the huge deal of people in the room and based on our society, that economic structure of society is argue so I am presenting an alternate view for it.

Preview Statement: For understanding the Parecon as solution to the particular problem(s). I will be explaining the faults of modern economics, explain causes that why the policies are not efficient and then I will discuss that how Parecon can be a solution to these problems.

BODY:

Main Point: Problem. The problem starts with Capitalism.

That “Capitalism is astounding belief the most of the wickedest of men would do wickedest of things for the great good of every person”.

According to Adam Smith, capitalist would be guided by invisible hand to enhance the people’s interest. But he was in believe that people would not harm eahother for profits but the case has been found different.

Capitalism has become reason of death of thousands of people by direct fights of agreed and actual profits and by improper working hours indirectly for which the workers have been forced1.

Yet! The most fine and common new alternate to capitalism may be producing same division. From this, it can be meant that to allow business to employees/workers to generate revenues so a person will must put efforts for making wealth3.

So capitalism and socialism got failed to eliminate this injustice with workers while the approach that is seem as possible solution can be of communism.

So this solution is gathered from Karl Marx Pamphlet, where he has claimed it confidently that the background of hitherto current society is the history of struggle class.

For brining revolution in working class, Marx realized that class structure, racism and other inequalities should be tackled with full possible struggle against ruling group.

Main Point: Causes

In terms of capitalism, it is a fact that one will be succeed while other will be failed. With progress of capitalism, some people got reach to whole wealth while other remained hanged by thread.

In terms of socialism, the role is to reduce division leaves out of number of important aspects of what the economic policy impacts. The business owners might not make all decisions but inequalities will still there3.

With communism, this is enough easy for people to say that poor people have to make their life better but to tell them to work out violently to their cruel leaders but it also a dangerous based on the situation they are in3.

TRANSITION:

Main Point: Solution

Albert stated that instead of getting wealth for success in business, workers should higher and more by the goodness of their efforts in the useful work.

Equality must be accounted properly by electronic procedures instead of using only money physically and workers will get amounts based on their efforts.

Self-management should be the concept instead of working for leaders. Leaders and bosses should be elected by the workers and they will look at the workers benefits after business2.

Parecon meets the requirements and needs of all individuals for being open to people of all backgrounds with preferences of gender, sex, lifestyle or race.

The entire economic system should be developed on the basis of the needs of individuals without controlling any of their liberties like seen in other three concepts. As well as inflation would not occur out of greed sand discrimination will be unnecessary at workplace.

TRANSITION: So Parecon will eliminate and end up all the problems successfully which we face daily.

CONCLUSION: Points Summary: Today, all the benefits of Parecon has been discussed and its causes etc.

Call of Action: Companies who use economic policies should educate the workers and eliminate any mistreat of people.

Final Thought: If we want to have a proud society then we should not totally rely on traditional philosophies while we should develop those which we found the best and those interest can be found from Parecon.
