Introduction

The practice of bullying is immensely common in the environment that people never even give much attention to this concern and not willing to characterize it as a real social problem. The growing severity of the issue of bullying demands to accept the cruel reality of bullying and offer some practical measures to better handle this social obstruction. Better solutions to the problem of bullying can only offer by identifying the actual reasons for the prevalence of this social discomfort. There is a need for examining all the stimulating features that can encourage someone to bully others and adopt the approach of hate.
