Discussion
Intellectual Humility is the ability of a person to know the amount of knowledge that a person possesses. Intellectual Courage is the knowledge of a person to openly face the beliefs, thoughts, and perception of contrary opinions. Intellectual Empathy is the ability of a person to place themselves in other shoes so that they can clearly understand another person. Intellectual Autonomy is the consciousness of a person regarding their ability to understand the rationality behind the beliefs. Intellectual Integrity is the ability of a person to remain true to his ideas. A person of Intellectual Perseverance required to use the intellectuality and truth regardless of the difficulty. Confidence in Reason is the confidence of a person that the interest of one's self and that of humanity can be achieved by giving them the freedom of reason. People of Fairmindedness nature have the consciousness to treat all the perception and viewpoints of a person equally without the involvement of personal feelings. All of these virtues are important to become a person on intellect.
One of my friends lost the Intellectual Autonomy because he lost the faith of his fundamental beliefs that he was raised all his life. My friend was born a Christian, and he belonged to a very religious family. My friend was also spiritual, and throughout his life, he used to go to church every Sunday on a regular basis. Then he started reading books and got interested in atheism. I could see the gradual change as he became more and more liberal. After a couple of years, he came out as an atheist without much research. So basically my friend abandoned his belief and decided without putting much thought into it, so he lost Intellectual Autonomy.
The situation was not shocking to his family and neither it was to me because I had noticed the change in his thoughts and the way he used to criticize religion on baseless opinion. I asked him what the reasons behind his idea of losing the beliefs in what he holds dear throughout life were. My friend had no basis and said that he just did and that the concept of religion doesn't make sense to him.
I ask him to read some books before finally deciding to abandon the religion. I told him to have a rational thought behind his decision and don't just act on the instinct. However, if something doesn't make sense that it is not true and I don't need rationality. The decision was not bad, but it was taken without considering the rationality, so my friend lost Intellectual Autonomy. If he had left religion after studying books f science, the would not have lost Intellectual Autonomy during the process.
I need to work on Intellectual Humility as most of the time when I get into an argument with people I am not able to peruse them. The reason behind it is the fact that I discuss things that are way ahead of my league and pretend to know it all. So I need to see the extent of my knowledge before jumping into a situation. I need to be sure of the things that I know all too well. To achieve this goal, I will work on my knowledge and would try to avoid jumping to a conclusion before actually knowing it.

Intellectual insight helps a person to experience his life from a different perspective by putting themselves in the shoes of another person. In this scenario, the manager has to face a person who wanted to be right in any way regardless of the situation. Without intellectual empathy in dealing with such a person can be difficult but the manager was able to tackle the problem of intellectual empathy.
KATHERINE FORCIER
Katherine Forcier describes the life of a server as he serves different people in the restaurant on a daily basis. She explains how it is essential for a server to keep all virtues in mind. The server once neglected the Intellectual Humility. The server told his manager that there was no raw onion in the dish without knowing, but there were. The customer was allergic to onion, and it became the situation of humility for the server in the eyes of both manager and customer.
