Background
American Fitness Centre is a popular fitness center of New Braunfels Texas, with 20,000 sq. ft. of space. The fitness center is recently offering several fitness services to the consumers, including cardio exercise, strength training, aerobics, and other fitness level exercises. The center remains open for 24 hours 5 days a week (Monday to Friday). It has hired the well-trained training staff, who are responsible to help the customers in attaining their goals and develop a friendly and helpful environment to encourage and motivate the clients in showing their best and regular performance. As the CEO of a company, I am responsible to lead the center towards the International level for which I may have to change the organizational structure and strategies to improve the organization's performance.
Market Segment
Though people are less inclined towards the fitness and health schedule but motivating the interesting one is crucial to provoke other consumers for understanding their health goals. Thus, the American Fitness Centre aims to attract the people, who are interested in improving their health and strength. Strategy
The main target is to make the gym International and for that, the management must ensure that all International health standards are being fulfilled and using international fitness methods while training the customers. For this purpose few steps need to be taken;
Hire International experts to train the staff regarding international fitness standards and ensure follow up of international fitness methods.
Improve International marketing of the fitness center via electronic media or social media.
Search for the International investors who may affiliate their fitness center with an American fitness center with proper training from the experts and follow up defined international standards.
Advertise in different languages all across the world, to attract consumers.

Organizational Structure
The American Fitness Centre consists of a 20,000 sq. ft. open space where a huge number of customers are getting trained through experts with International fitness methods. Now, the company will manage its International HR center, which will encourage international investors to affiliate with the American Fitness center. The company will offer free training to the staff and will make quality checks to ensure that all branches of the center are offering quality services to the customers. Also, the marketing cell will focus on International marketing to attract more international customers.
Performance Evaluation
The fitness center will follow several performance evaluation methods to check how the staff in different countries are serving to the customers. The methods include feedback, performance cards, audits, and evaluation checks. The team will be hired which will ask the clients regarding their experience of fitness services via American Fitness center staff worldwide and will improve the staff services via training and courses participation CITATION Hun83 \l 1033 (Hunger & Wheelen, 1983).
Industry Analysis
Several international gyms are offering great services to the customers, however, the market analysis let the management able to understand what strategies can bring competitive advantages for the company. Thus, the staff must evaluate who are the competitors, what fitness services are they offer, which discount offers may bring competitive advantages, and what international fitness methods may attract more consumers.
Conclusion
The American fitness center can satisfy its International customers only by adopting the international fitness methods, attracting international investors, and making performance evaluation checks to keep the quality of services high and gain competitive advantages of the fitness market.
