Dr. Arthur Warren
Dr. Arthur Warren Waits had all the characters of traits. He married Clara Louise Peck on 9th September 1915. Later she was poisoned in January 1916. Dr. Arthur was a textbook psychopath. He opined that his in-laws should be passed away so that his wife could become wealthy women. Although he was a New York-based dentist critiques say that he had fraudulent medical qualifications. He was born to an impoverished family. This lack of status greatly bruised his ego. He poisoned Manhattan by adding arsenic in his food. The lack of consciousness made him do such things. His thought process was simple and he was psychopathic. His in-laws were rich and he had a greedy desire for being rich. After the death of all of his in-laws, then his wife would get millions of inheritance. From his picture, however, Warren looks a simple man.

After three weeks, the authorities become concerned about the boy's disappearance. A road worker found the corpse followed by a foul smell. Inside the oilskin bag, there was a naked body. Dr. Bernard viewed that the victim has died of strangulation. The prescription on the trunk's labels shows that it was sent from Paris. Eyraud and his mistress found buying the trunk in Paris. They failed to hang him than strangulate him. Eyraud could not find most of his money. However, this murder can be for something else. Or possibly Goufee was first hanged and then strangulated.
