Human sexual intercourse refers to the intimacy between a couple
The human sexual intercourse takes place at 3 levels
Physical level
Psychological Level
Spiritual level
Difference between reproduction and procreation
Reproduction and procreation are two different procedures. In reproduction, the baby is just born, whereas the process of procreation involves properly planning the reproduction circle, including the desire for the production of an offspring.
Levels of intimacy
There are three major levels of human intimacy
Physical level
The level of intimacy which consists of physical contact.
Psychological Level
The level of intimacy that consists of mental compatibility.
Spiritual level
The level of intimacy that dictates the strength of the bond between the couple.
Contraception
Contraception refers to the concept of intentionally refraining from planning to produce an offspring without a serious reason CITATION Cio19 \l 1033 (Cioffi, 2019). The couple indulges in sexual intercourse but uses various methods to avoid producing an offspring.
Couples consider contraception and justify it due to the following reasons

Emotional Instability

There are various methods of artificial contraception that a couple may use to avoid having a baby. They are broadly categorized into three types:

Surgical Contraception
The methods of Contraception bring various risks and side effects along with them. Some of them are listed below:

This dimension involves the generous mutual love expression of the spouses.
Procreative
This dimension involves the openness of couple in having children in each act of sexual intercourse.
Non-Therapeutic sterilization
Non-Therapeutic sterilization is an invasive medical procedure that is carried on over the females that leaves the female unable to produce a baby. This medical procedure is usually carried on over intellectually females.
Principle Of Double Effect:
The principle or doctrine of double effect states that if a morally good action has a morally bad side-effect, but it is ethically fine to do it then the action must be completed on the basis of the fact that the unethical effect wasn’t intended.
Ectopic Pregnancy
The complicated condition of the pregnancy in which the embryo lands and attaches itself outside the uterus. Ectopic pregnancy may be detected from abnormal signs like excessive abdominal pain and vaginal bleeding. It has two types; Salpingectomy and Salpingostomy.
Cancerous reproductive system with pregnancy
The most common case of cancer in women is Uterus or Ovarian cancer. A cancerous reproductive system refers to the reproductive systems that are infected with cancerous cells but still, they conceive and get pregnant. The baby keeps growing inside the womb when the woman is pregnant.
In Vitro Fertilization:
Process
IVF or In Vitro Fertilization is assisted reproductive technique (ART) consists of fertilizing an egg by artificial means. The Egg is extracted from the female body, and a sperm sample is separately retrieved which are then combined in artificial conditions in a laboratory dish.
Considerations of the practice
The considerations of practice for In Vitro Fertilization are
Risk to women due to ovarian hyperstimulation and egg extraction
Typical sperm collection by masturbation
Abortions due to failed implantations
Bioethical Analysis
The bioethical analysis of IVF states that it makes the process of childbirth as a normal manufacturing procedure just like in factories instead of considering children a gift from God.
