Major Water-Related Issues Facing the United States
Being a highly developed and economically stable country in the world, it cannot be considered as wrong if one says that the United States of America have almost covered all of the issues facing them. These issues may be legal, political, economic, social, or resource requirements. But it is also a fact the gaps exist everywhere, hence the United States’ water demand, supply, and energy production are looking increasing because of flooding, and global warming (Snyder, 2019). While these issues squeezing U.S. fresh water reserve and that is why this is considered as the major water-related issue facing the U.S.
Major Water-Related Issues Facing Other Countries
A number of water-related issues may come to see facing many countries in the world, but some of the main and major problems facing most of the countries are;
Poor reserve and provision and safe and healthy drinking water.
Lack of safe water for different purposes such as agriculture and industrial operations in the developing countries.
Poor development and implementation of water development projects and problems in them.
Poor management of saved or reserved water and management and utilization of the water resources.
One of the best examples of water-related issues facing countries is India, Israel, South Africa, and Congo that are getting hotter and losing water sources due to global warming (Water Foundation, 2019).
The approach of the United States and Other Countries
United States
The United States is approaching the water-related issues in the way that they manage drying water by tech-based fixes that provide immediate solutions which mainly includes digging ponds, underwater receptacles and widely through mitigating global warming while not leaving innovative ways (Hoechstetter, Bismuth, & Frede, 2016).
Other Countries
Other countries approach to water related issues generally through managing local climate, use solar drippers, drinkable book, water seer, fog catchers, and solar corps, etc. (Hoechstetter, Bismuth, & Frede, 2016).
