Question 1

The study of International business has been very helpful in understanding the underlying procedures and challenges that governs in this field. To consider the impact of these leanings on me as a consumer, it has been able to build an understanding in me for the road map of all the international businesses that have been successful as which kind of challenges they had overcome to reach their current value. This study also developed the insight for me that the interests, preferences, and choices of the consumers are not only essential for them but also for the businesses that govern on the basis of their choices, and even the choices of consumer are the foremost factor that affects any business directly (Hill et al., 2017). Moreover, these learnings have provided me knowledge about the importance of consumer feedback, as it can contribute a lot for the success of any international or national business. This study has helped me to understand that for any business the primary and most significant entity in any business model is its consumer.

Question 2

As professional this study has provided me with the skills and knowledge about the system that prevails in international business. It has been able to make me dig more rooted in the world of international business, their respective challenges and developing related policies. The course was also helpful in providing me with the practical competencies that will tend to help me in the professional life such as knowledge about the staffing policies, how performance appraisal is done, knowledge about the marketing mix (Hill et al., 2017). This knowledge has also impacted me in a way that what factors can be considered when any of the policies are required to be set up for a business considering the key challenges. Based on my learnings the important skills that I will add in my resume will include knowledge of the HR principles, able to analyze the challenges and their solution, problem solver, compare the models of business and able to conduct a market search.
