Technology is made to make life easier and these gadgets are also made for a positive purpose. Therefore, the use of technology with precautionary measure can result in positive results otherwise youth may face different harmful effect by misusing these things. Teenagers are more active on social media with the help of gadgets and they spend hours using these technologies. The physical health is affecting due to the excessive, therefore, limitations should be made for using technology.
