Drug Treatment for Angina
Introduction
Angina is the type of chest pain that happens when there is reduced blood flow towards the heart. Most of the times, it is one of the biggest indicators of the coronary artery disease. The ailment which is also called as the angina pectoris, is also known as also known as a disease where the squeezing pressure and tightness is being felt in the chest of the person. The pain at times is so intense that the people tend to feel that there is some sort of vise that is squeezing their chest or there is a feeling that the heavy weight is being placed in the chest of the person. The other thing that must be noted about Angina is that how after the evaluation of the disease, it can be seen that whether the pain stays or how the corresponding treatment for the disease is supposed to be carried out. It has to be noted that despite the fact that the disease is quite common, it is quite hard to make sure that it is being differentiated from some other types of disease. The condition is quite serious due to the fact that how intense the pain and how it leads to further chronic problems. In this paper, it is going to be seen that what sort of drugs can be used to make sure that there is certain degree of control over the condition and certain level of improvement is seen within the patient.
Description of Condition of Angina
Before one proceeds with the particular of the drug, it is quite important to make sure that some insight is developed about the type of drug that is needed when it comes to the treatment of angina. The first thing that is needed to be looked at is what are some of the symptoms that are being faced by the patients of the angina. Some of the more prevailing syphons are the extreme discomfort and pain in the chest area. That pain is so intense that it leads to the arms, neck, shoulder and jaw of the patient as well as some other body parts. There is also feeling of nausea as well as the dizziness. The key thing that is needed to be kept in mind here is that how these symptoms are needed to be evaluated by the concern immediately and effort is needed to be made to make sure that the condition of the patient is being stabilized. At times, when the pain is extreme and there is too much pressure on the heart, it can lead to the heart attack as well. Stable angina is the most common type of angina. Most of the times it starts with the way that how the pressure is exerted on the individual and how it goes away with the chest area. For instance, the pain that is coming when a person is walking up hill or is taking care of themselves in the cold weather.
Now they key thing that is needed to be kept in mind here us that how the differentiation is going to be made possible between stable and unstable angina. The stable angina happens when the heart is working harder such as when the physical activity is carried out such as exercise and climbing the stairs. Not only that, it can be predicted as well as and it is quite similar to the pain that is experienced during the different types of chest pains that happens to the patient at the given point of time. The stable pain lasts for a very short time period and usually disappears when the angina medication is being taken by the patient. On the other hand, if one talks about the other type of pain, then it happens even when there is a case that rest is taken by the individual. Not only that, it also happens when there is a change in the usual pattern of the angina and this type of pain is unexpected. Not only that, as compared to the stable angina, this type of pain usually disappears when the medication is taken by the patient and thus if there is an unstable pain in the heart, then it might cause a heart attack to a patient. It has to be noted that the pain of angina is caused due to the released blood flow in the veins and thus it is important to make sure that the level of control is implemented in this regard as how things are supposed to be implemented at the given point of time. So all these considerations are needed to be kept in mind when the decision is needed to be made regarding the sort of treatment that is supposed to be provided to the patients that are suffering from angina. But when you increase the demand for oxygen, such as when you exercise, this can cause angina. Stable angina. Stable angina is usually triggered by physical exertion. When you climb stairs, exercise or walk, your heart demands more blood, but it's harder for the muscle to get enough blood when your arteries are narrowed. Besides physical activity, other factors such as emotional stress, cold temperatures, heavy meals and smoking also can narrow arteries and trigger angina. Unstable angina. If fatty deposits (plaques) in a blood vessel rupture or a blood clot forms, it can quickly block or reduce flow through a narrowed artery.
Current Treatments
There are many ways through which it can be made sure that the lifestyle changes that are incorporated among different stakeholders at the given point of time if they have a case of angina. Now, the first thing that is needed to be done on the part of the patient is that they should bring about some radical lifestyle changes on their part. For instance, they have to quit smiling as well as make sure that they are monitoring and taking control of their health in an appropriate manner. Not only that, there has to be change in the dietary habits. The other thing that has to be noted is to make sure that the change in the diet is going to be one of the most important decision that has to be taken by the person. It means that they have to take close look at their weight and any weight changes are needed to be monitored to make sure that the degree of control that is needed to be implemented here is being looked after in an appropriate manner at the given point of time. So all these underlying factors are quite important when the decision is needed to be made as far as the whole thing is supposed to be controlled. There is value in the small lifestyle changes that the person can bring that would make sure that they are able to control the symptoms in a much better manner. For instance, they can increase their consumption of fruits as well as other determinants to make sure that they are looking after the whole thing in an appropriate manner to say the least. As far as the medication and drugs are concerned, at the moment there are not many comprehensive drugs that are offering the level of control that is necessary to make sure that the symptoms of angina can be controlled in an appropriate manner. The nitrates have been known to make sure that they are able to control the intensity of the attacks but the major problem is that if there is a case of the unstable angina, then it becomes quite hard to make sure that the right sort of control is implemented in terms of how the controls are being implemented at the given point of time. At times, there are medications that are supposed to be used for the high blood pressure that is being used in the case of angina but even that has been known to be ineffective. At the moment, there is a need for the drug that is going to make sure that the treatment of the drug is being done in an appropriate manner. The idea is to make sure that the blood pressure is being controlled in a way that is going to ensure that the blood pressure and the increased strain that is being put on the blood vessels is being controlled. Even though it comes out as a good ailment, there is a need for the drug that is going to make sure that this unstable angina problem is being taken care off and the discovery of the drug Angina-de-quiver might bring be bringing us one step closer as far as the treatment of the angina is being done specially in the unstable condition. Angina is caused by reduced blood flow to your heart muscle. Your blood carries oxygen, which your heart muscle needs to survive. When your heart muscle isn't getting enough oxygen, it causes a condition called ischemia. The most common cause of reduced blood flow to your heart muscle is coronary artery disease (CAD). Your heart (coronary) arteries can become narrowed by fatty deposits called plaques. This is called atherosclerosis. This reduced blood flow is a supply problem — your heart is not getting enough oxygen-rich blood. You may wonder why you don't always have angina if your heart arteries are narrowed due to fatty buildup.
Particulars of the Drug
Angina-de-quiver is something that is going to bring us closer when it comes to making sure that the treatment of the cases of the chronic angina pain is being treated. What this drug is going to do is that it is going to make sure that the several reactions that are causing angina pain in the body are being controlled at the given point of time. The idea is to make sure that the ailments that are likely to alleviate the situation are being controlled at the given point of time. The ide aims to make sure that how the testing of the existing medication is supposed to be carried out. In this regard, effort is needed to be made to make sure that the trials and the tissues that are used in the bath study are controlled and the prevailing pre requisites of the medical conditions are being looked after in an appropriate manner. Not only that, the other factor that is quite important and would make Angina-de-quiver a good option for the patients who are suffering from the pain of the angina is that it would allow them to ensure that they are able to manage their pain without altering any major long term changes in their lifestyle. Despite this fact, there is one side effect that is needed to be kept in mind when the usage of the Angina-de-quiver is being carried out for the sustained time period. The problem with using this drug is that the blood pressure level of the patient might remain low due to the excessive usage of the medication so degree of caution is needed in this regard. In the hindsight though, the moderation is important in terms of the usage
Conclusion
In the hindsight, it can be said that the condition of angina is something that is quite a problem for the patients for a very long time. One of the reasons that the condition is such an issue is due to the fact that how the pain management and other different aspects of the treatment are quite hard to achieve when it comes to the treatment of the angina is concerned. Not only that, the differentiation between the stable and unstable angina at times is quite hard to make and that differentiation is quite crucial. Now, when one talks about the way pain management is supposed to be done, Angina-de-quiver is something that is going to ensure that the degree of ease is going to be there for these patients in a sense that it is going to allow them to manage their pain and take care of their life without bringing about radical changes.
