For decades, communication has been used as a tool to convey accurate information. However, the language barrier makes it difficult to have a proper understanding of society. But, I say that the language barrier affects everyone, and the fact that a different language is being spoken at the workplace creates a lot of suspicious among employees, which can affect the performance of employees (Kumbakonam 31).
