Effective Method, We can Use (in the U.S.A.) to Address the Obesity Epidemic?
One or a single method cannot be used to address issue of obesity in the United States. Hence, some credible methods can collectively be used for the purpose of addressing the obesity epidemic. Those methods are;
U.S. Health Guidelines: Guidelines that assist as the concept to develop and implemenet physical and healthy eating policies and practices.
Community Guide: The presence of Obesity in the USA and its addressing programs and policies for the community is the method of addressing obesity (World Health Organisation, 2014).
Physical Activities: Obtainability of numerous straightforwardly doable and fruitful physical activities on a daily basis.
Transitional Feeding: traditional feeding is the method which is also used to address the concern or problem obesity. The use of healthy dietary and evasion of foods added with sugar and salt is also an opportunity for us to overcome ourselves from obesity and so that it can be addressed in the state (Chriqui, 2013).
What Are Some Effective Tools to Utilize When Evaluating Body Composition?
There are a number of effective tools that can be utilized when evaluating body composition. There are some tools that are better than the most but they can be found a bit complex for the purpose when evaluating body composition. But they are used mo9re than the rest because of their efficiency and results they generate in such evaluations. These tools are bioelectrical impedance, body density, X-ray absorptiometry, and dual-energy etc. Beyond that, other clinical tools are;

Furthermore, some of the most common and highly used assessments anthropometric which include stature and abdominal circumference. But these tools are not mainly considered as the most credible ones as compared to other tools available but there still used because of the simple processes and the way it can be utilized (Thibault, & Pichard, 2012).
