Evidence-Based Practice
This assessment tool would be helpful to gauge the readiness to implement evidence-based practice in the organization. The staff members have a positive attitude regarding it’s abilities for the improvement of client outcomes. The staff in the organization has realized the welfares of evidence-based practice to deliver effective services.
Data Collection
The members of the staff utilize information to direct the application and creation of individual service plans. The staff has utilized a validated assessment tool for the review of client progress to realize if the program and service delivered need changes or not.

The analysis of evidence-based practice was completed by experts. There were significant differences in the application of evidence-based practices in proficient and advanced groups. It has been observed that experience and competent educators are essentially important for the effective implementation of evidence-based practices in nursing education. Evidence-based practices can significantly replace outdated practices in nursing.
