The components of good evaluation question are as follows

Impact of political and ethical issues in the evaluation program

Ethical issues in evaluation program include moral principles, bad motivations, underlying unfair analysis and enforcement of wrong actions. Human interaction and human participants may become a victim of biases. It may result in a decreased validity of the data collected, ultimately distorting the adequacy of procedure.

Political considerations include general instability, identification of culturally and socially appropriate variables, maintaining the reliability of data and management of political interference. Political issues can result in complete mitigation of any variable, lack of equality and utilization of inadequate legal standards.
