1)THE GREAT DEPRESSION

The Great Depression is one of the most prominent events in the history of America. It was comprised of the worst downturn in the industrial world from 1929 to 1930. The downturn was initiated after the crash of the stock market, which turned into wiping out millions of investors. However, the great depression is given so much importance for the fact that it made the U.S.A work towards the better as well as a sustainable economic system. Furthermore, due to this event in history, certain laws were set in the attempt of preventing such events in history (Fishback & Kachanovskaya, 2015). Moreover, the relevance of this event can still be seen in the banking and financial policies. This occurrence has also provided a way in the development of leadership models in today's society. 2)THE CIVIL WAR 

The civil war in the history of U.S.A is considered as one of the deadliest wars. This event is important for the fact that it was able to take, almost more than 600,000 lives. Moreover, this war was able to pave the way for the establishment of a Democratic South and the Republican North. On account of civil war many of the amendments including 13th, 14th, and 15th, in the constitutions of the United States. Considering this specific event, another reason that reflects its importance is that, in the history of U.S, at that time for the very first time the nation dominated by the effects of internal conflict (Peacey, 2017). Moreover, considering the relevance of this event in society today, it is important for ending slavery in the United States. The moral and cultural that are existing in today's society including the survival of American democracy and the changes in political systems are influenced a lot by this war.

3) WWII

World War II is considered as one of the dreadful conflicts in the history of the World. The occurrences that made this event important includes the large scale destructions, atrocities, as well as the death of human lives. This war is considered as the most terrible event in the history of humanity. The conflicts were spread over the period of several years, giving ground for more massive destruction. This war affected directly Germany, and Britain, however, the lesson from this war were visible for the whole world (Lyons, 2016). Taking into account the relevance of this occurrence today, this war and its impact lead to change the political, economic and cultural strategies to a great extent. The views regarding the war hanged, because of the massive destruction of World war II.

4)US CONSTITUTION

The introduction and recognition of the US constitution is regarded as one of the significant events in the history of U.S. history as well. The notable reasons for its importance are due to the fact that it is given a documented convention and policies to the go9vernment of U.S for governing the whole state in a uniformity. It represented and argued the rights for every section, including minorities, immigrants as well (McGuire, 2018). The articulated document is also important for changing the political basis of the of the states as well defining structure of power as well. However, considering the relevance of this event in today's society, it is still relevant as many of the policies considering politics, rights, and culture are still documented as in the fundamental constitutions.

5) 9/11 Attacks

The event of 9/11 Attacks is of much importance, as considering the other events, this one is considered as quite recent. this event was able to influence the trade as well the political stability of the United States. The event is deemed to be important also for the reason that it made the states, to feel vulnerable as this terrorist attack on the homeland was able to take away many lives (Schüller, 2016). Moreover, the relevance of this event can be seen from the policies of foreign trade, terrorism policies, and the security of the states, in the scenario of today’ society.
