Workplace gender discrimination.
Types of Research:
Academic writing is mostly written in formal style, while using the third person perspective.it focuses on issues and facts rather than the author’s opinion. The language is precise without the usage of any short cuts and slang words. It is written in a formal academic style that include either, APA, MLA or Chicago format. There are specific formats of academic writings. Those starts from Abstract that is a kind of summary of the whole research, book reports and it also includes conference paper if needed. While the actual focus of business writing is clarity. The style should be professional not so formal. Examples need to be given with clarity. The formats of proper business writings are Letters, Press release, executive summary, business emails and Memos. Usually active voice is used while writing business write-ups (Comparison of Business and Academic Writing, 2019). As a researcher I will be choosing qualitative research approach because I want to evaluate the subject matter in great details and what people to understand it.
My research topic:
The corporate area of the country needs policy making regarding workplace gender discriminations so based on this fact my research is going to focus corporate sector of the country. My research topic is, “Workplace gender discrimination”
I want my research to answer the primary question, “How to minimize workplace gender discriminations? And my research goal is to find out ways to eliminate workplace gender discriminations. The sub questions that will help me to answer my primary research question would be:
What are the causes of gender discriminations in work place?
How gender discrimination effects the performance of the employees?
Who is the most vulnerable gender in workplace?
What policy measures should be followed to minimize work place gender discriminations?
I will use these information in a research paper. I want the answers to be more analytic because I want to find out policy measure for this problem. I will be taking help from the following journal article, “The nonprofit sector and gender discrimination.
