Please describe your short-term and long-term personal and education/career goals and what has helped to shape your goals. What specific steps will you take to reach your personal/education/career goals?

Personal and education goals are one of the major drivers that keep us struggling, and the same is the case with me. My educational goals are my personal goals because I have a strong belief in pursuing my wishes so that I can be a happy professional. It would not be wrong to say that my personal goals shaped my professional goals because it gives me immense pleasure to practice my hobbies so it proves that I will be even more passionate while working with my hobbies in my future as I would have access to all the accessories and necessities that I was not having in my childhood, here knowledge is the basic necessity and accessory. My short term professional goals include “exploring mechanical engineering”. It is something that I always wished for. I have a strong childhood connection with my short term goals because in my childhood I used to watch science documentaries rather than cartoons. It was not something to change the taste in fact I found my least interest in cartoons. I will try to explore the very basic of mechanics and how things are united and then dismantled because I’m very fond of it. I still remember one of my most favorite show on CCTV 4 (Central China TV; station 4, the science channel) where they showcased local inventors (normal farmers and construction workers) who used their brains and knowledge of mechanics to build ingenious devices and machines to solve their local problems without the background of a formal education. I want to understand the basic sciences that promote making machinery and doing tasks like that because it is the ultimate scientific philosophy of the world. I connect this as my personal goals as well because I have always enjoyed making puzzles I oddly enjoy piecing together Ikea furniture and playing puzzles, both digital and physical.

Taking into long term personal and educational goals, I want to incorporate and embed all my childhood learnings and experiences with creativity. I believe that knowledge of engineering will enable me to create something that can do wonders not only to the beauty of the world but also to eradicate the miseries of the world. Here, my long term goals are not confined to engineering only but I also want to explore fields connected with accounting and computer science. So, my long term goals are to explore all the relative field of mechanical engineering because I want to lay the foundation of an independent creative mechanics that is not dependent on the other countries for resources to help us because I want my country to be at the heights of technology, industry, and economy. Also, I think that there are a lot of talents and myriads of opportunities that went futile because of the lack of understanding or a narrowed approach to understanding. In a nutshell, I want to be an innovator, who is skilled enough to empower industry and then country because it is what that will make a difference in the rows of engineers and learned people.
