Division of labour is an economic notion that means narrowing down or partitioning of complex tasks into several subtasks. Division of labour is also termed as the specialisation of labour. This means allocating workers with specific skills to certain tasks, this result in more efficiency and effectiveness. Assigning workers to particular tasks makes the worker specialist in that task, enhancing employee as well as organisations productivity. Employees can yield much more production using division of labour in contrast to a similar number of employees working alone respectively. Moreover, the division of labour results in increased handiness from learning, improvements in working methodology, more defined and clear steps, and less wasted motion shifting from one duty to another duty (Hearn, 2018). Almost all of the companies split their work processes in order to raise productivity levels. One of the reasons a company may need to perform the division of labour is because of the complexity of their produces; another reason to divide jobs can be because of geography or worker skill sets. Companies also save money and time from dividing labour since workers concentrate on executing one job swiftly and proficiently. For example, If an employee in car manufacturing company has to fit an interior, construct a transmission, and paint a vehicle, he or she might not be able to develop proficiency and promptness at all of those jobs.

Division of labour results in more efficiency and effectiveness because:

Employees have to work on a small number of tasks and so they needless training or knowledge of diverse fields

Using one specific tool or machinery to perform one specific job is more productive and swift.

Wastage of time is restricted or diminished as there is no shifting process from one task to another.

Workforces get used to one job and grow affiliation, a sense of achievement and loyalty with it.

The best part is that employees can focus on tasks that they can perform well and which related to their skills.

Moreover, the notion behind specialisation or division of labour is to create or generate economies of scale. Economies of scale refer to reducing the typical cost of manufacturing a product by increasing the rate of production. Employees are likely to master one job swiftly and become much more effective and confident when working on one job rather than having to work on multiple cross-functional jobs. As said, practice makes a man perfect; the employee gains an increased level of dexterity and becomes exceedingly skilful because of the repetitive nature of his or her job. Because the employee has to perform the same job over and over again, he or she attains perfection in his/her skillset. This enhances overall productivity (Robinson, 2017). Another discrete benefit with the division of labour is that the cost per unit is likely to drop down when the product is manufactured on a large scale, ensuring cheaper goods. Lastly, "Time is money," and a smart division of labour tactic saves valuable time.

Division of labour can play a vital role in any economic structure since it results in the maximisation of production in any manufacturing procedure. The breakdown of processes into various simple and clear constituents, with each constituent allotted to specific employees or workers that are best suited to that job, the whole process is rendered more effective.

According to Adam Smith, the creation of wealth or capital is immensely dependent on the division of labour (Smith, 2005). The division of labour is critical for every forward-looking economic structure. The existence of the division of labour is essential for the improved output of labour the ultimately results in economic prosperity; the absence of division of labour is the prominent feature of every underdeveloped financial structure. Under the capitalist approach of production or economy, there is a division of labour that is exclusive to capitalism. Even though all civilisations divide labour but only capitalism splits work into its simplest, most recurring chores. In capitalism, the division of labour results in increased production and control as well. As the procedure of work is divided into small parts, this ensures better management and fine-tuning of the businesses for the sole purpose of the growth of wealth. An additional feature of the division of labour is that along with shaping work it also shapes populations (Smith, 2005).

There are many examples of division or specialization of labour, few of them specialisation are supply chains, outsourcing and role etc.

Roles

A very general and practical division of labour example is a company that hires employees with specific skill sets, knowledge and experience to perform certain specialised functions.

Outsourcing

Outsourcing is also known as subcontracting. It is a business practice to partner in the form of specialty. It means that if one organisation is not capable enough to perform a particular task well, it outsources that task to another organisation which specialises in that task. This results in quality, efficiency and effectiveness. For instance, an appliance manufacturing organisation that outsources much of its IT functions to an IT firm lets both companies to specialise or concentrate in their capacities of economic gain.

Supply Chains

Procuring components, materials, products, parts and services from another organisation is a form of specialisation. For example, if a bicycle producer order tires from another firm that specialises in bicycle tires. This is an example of the division of specialisation.

The Competing Values Framework is a framework that is used to assess leadership strengths and weaknesses in an organizational setting. It is especially useful to determine the effectiveness of a leader in an organization. There are many ways that this framework can be used, such as improving self-management skills or evaluation of management style. CITATION Rob15 \l 1033 (Quinn, et al., 2015)

According to the result of CVF survey that I took, my quadrants on the CVF wheel are not exactly equal. There are four quadrants on the wheel. Flexibility-External quadrant makes up the Open Systems Model (Create) while External-Control makes up the Rational Goal Model (Compete). Similarly, Control-Internal quadrant makes up the Internal Processes Model (Control) and Internal-Flexibility makes up the Human Relations Model (Collaborate). Whereas, Rational Goal Model and Human Relations Model are comparatively weaker. My strongest skill is that I constantly come up with new ideas and am able to convey those ideas to the management. The world is moving towards innovative and creative business operations. For this purpose, I think my skills are useful for organizations. I can confirm this quadrant to be strong because in my professional life, I have been negotiating and influencing management to at least listen to the creative ideas that I come up with. Secondly my strengths also include monitoring and controlling employees effectively. My other weakness is that I am not able to motivate employees to be productive. Proposal

The physical and human resources identified are required to implement the e-commerce strategy of BBQ fun. Since the existing website is in need of improvement and the increased online sales also need warehousing space, new drivers and more trucks. Moreover, to fulfill the staffing needs of improved business, some new staff is required, and existing staff needs to be trained. All these resources will help in the better performance of business. The KPIs are developed to see the increase in performance and are directed towards the organizational goals. By not implementing these resources organization can face failure to provide quality goods and services to customers which will decrease profitability. Why code of Ethics?

The ethics are as old as the human history and in some cases these codes form the very foundations of some of the systems. The old Greek society had some ethics systems laid down to be followed. These codes allow the people to know what is required of the various people concerning the organization. However, these are much more than mere statements and they show the destination to which the people in the organization strive to reach. This makes the ethical codes some practical statements that are to be pursued by the people who are working in any work setting.

The codes given by some organization are more important with reference to particular contexts. These now become the statements which the people in the organizations have to follow and adhere to in order to be truly professional CITATION Ala14 \l 1033 (cohn, 2014).

Codes that are the most effective work at two levels, institutional and symbolic. The banking profession demands from the people working in the system that they adhere to institutional as well as the symbolic representation of codes.

Discrimination

This refers to making some difference between the people on the basis of some aspects that are out of the human control. The most popular aspects of these differences are gender and race. Both these aspects are out of the human control. Thus, the organization should not make any difference in the people with different race, color, gender and even nationality while presenting the various opportunities to the people. The ethics statements should clearly state that it does not make any discrimination on the basis of these variables. The organization should not allow any person from the employees to make such difference or to point out somebody on the basis of these aspects. This aspect is particularly important in case of the employment opportunities where the organization has to clearly state that the organization is an equal opportunity employer. The same applies when the promotions are considered. There can be serious implications if the organization does not adhere seriously to the discrimination aspects. Some of these are legal aspects which can force the company to come to court if the employee opts for the legal case prosecution. The social aspects will create a bad word of mouth for the organization CITATION il92 \l 1033 (Mitchell, 1992).

This bank provides an equal opportunity to all the genders to be appointed, promoted and achieve their targets. We make sure that there is no question from any employee that can impart any kind of discrimination from the organization. We are also destined to make a team that sees the quality of work as the only criteria for differentiating the people.

Exploitation

Exploitation refers to the use of some particular situation of materials for some private benefit when these materials are not supposed to be used this way and under normal circumstances the behavior of the person would have been different. In a healthy organizational environment, this practice should be highly unacceptable and there should be considerable penalty on the offender. The code of ethics for the organization should clearly state the meaning of the term. In this modern time, the term is extended to include the social media and the internet aspects related to the company. The members should respect the privacy of each other and avoid exploring the private accounts on various websites. The internet aspect also includes the content sent on the email of the employees by the others. This will also come in the definition of exploitation if the content share is such that it can cause some harm to the person resulting from the acts of other person. This aspect is known as blackmailing in general terms. Thus, the content will be considered to form exploitation if it can be defined as some blackmailing by one person to the other. One of the major issues faced by the people regarding exploitation is the video or pictorial content shared by them and the same is being misused by some other people. This issue can be resolved by banning any posts related to the organization that contains any kind of personal content as a part. Another control measure would be that the identity that a person is working for some particular organization should be hidden in all the social media accounts. The employees should not be allowed to us e the official email addresses for any personal emails and especial checks have to be placed on the various emails that are done from the official accounts for the purposes other than the official ones. The same codes will apply to all the social media applications. The employees in general and the females in particular should avoid logging on to the personal accounts of the social media, this will ensure that there is no mishandling of these accounts if the accounts are not properly logged out.

In our organization, we work and we do not see what the personal matters of a person are and in what directions are they moving. We strongly condemn the people sharing personals with each other in the office. The company does not allow the opening and sharing of any personal social media account from the gateway used by the bank. After all the precautions we hope that no person is exploited by the other.

Corruption

There is a need that a sound system should be established in the organization that allows the prevention as well as the detection of the corrupt practices. First of all, we have to define the term corruption. This can be stated as the means of changing the expression of others and make it erroneous. The next step is to see the impact that the said action will have on the overall scenario in which the company is working. If we look at the financial aspects of this phenomenon, we can say that the corruption may mean the illegal saving of taxes on the part of the account holders. This will definitely be done with the help of someone from inside the bank. This practice will not be acceptable to the management and strict actions should be taken against the culprits. This should be made very clear to the employees that only they will be fully responsible for the consequences of any act that can come under the definition of corruption from any aspect. The employees should have a clear understanding of the policies and procedures laid down by the banks to cover against such crimes. The employees should also know clearly whom to report in case they see something is happening in this regard. This clarity in the information will make sure that the risk of such happenings will be minimized within the organization. The policies and procedure in this regard should be improved on a continuous basis and the same should be communicated to all the concerned employees and other parties that can be affected by any such practice. The term corruption also includes the attempts to undertake the money laundering or some financing of terrorist activities. A special branch of operations should be dedicated to this part related to corruption. This will also include some attempts to dodge the organization regarding the true ownership of the money or other assets that the person possesses. Again the definitions of the illegal money should be very clear to the general public, and the employees of the bank. This will make the reporting of such activities much easier. The rules, regulations and the hierarchy of reporting in this regard should be made very clear by the bank. The bank should not become a part of any activity that is undertaken by some global organization against some particular country or countries. These include the sanctions undertaken by the UN against some countries. However, the bank will follow the rules set by any government. The bank should not be a direct part of any such activity. The bank staff is trained about the latest laws and regulations that direct the acceptable behaviors regarding anti bribe and anti-fraud aspects. These risks can arise from a number of factors that the employees will come across every day. There are appropriate systems that can be used to report any such activity that comes under the head of fraud or bribery. There will be zero tolerance by the organization with respect to the bribery and fraud. There are many informal kinds of bribery which include the gifts from the clients or even the offers to have dinner together CITATION Dav17 \l 1033 (Zaring, 2017). The fraud also has certain different aspects whereby there is a high probability that some insider person is involved in the fraudulent activity. This requires that a comprehensive training is given to the staff members on the practices that are acceptable by the organization and those which are not. After this training, the bank should keep zero tolerance on these issues.

Corruption is not acceptable and the definition of corruption is clearly given in our policies. We as an organization will make sure that no corrupt person or practice remains in the organization. There will be no long hearings of the cases in which some person is accused of corruption. The person will be made a symbol seeing whom others will not indulge in the same practices CITATION Eli11 \l 1033 (Paulet, 2011).

Dishonest and Fraudulent Behavior

This aspect purely relates to the employees working within the bank. The definition of dishonesty is very broad. This may start from an employee not giving his hundred percent effort in the bank and it may end up at the employee mishandling the cash and other valuables held at the bank CITATION CFG89 \l 1033 (Green, 1989). This behavior of the employees is completely unacceptable for the organization because the organization spends considerable cost on each employee from the time of recruitment to the present time. Thus, the organization has to make sure that the behavior of the employee is completely according to the guidelines provided by the code. There will be certain training sessions with the employees to tell them how to behave in an honest manner. The honesty is defined in terms of the action that is beneficial for the company. The employee should not act in a way that affects the organization in an adverse fashion.

Fraud is an action that is intended to misrepresent some facts so that some personal or business benefit can be achieved CITATION Jes15 \l 1033 (Villa, 2015). This may hurt the reputation of the organization and can result in heavy fines by the various authorities.

Dishonesty can be cured but fraud will not be tolerated at all at this organization. The dishonest person may be kept in the organization by getting him down in the hierarchy. The fraud activity is not acceptable and whosoever is found guilty of such activity, he will be severely and immediately punished.

Whistleblower Protection

All the people working in an organization are not equal. Some are braver than others and have the courage to tell what is wrong and what is right in any given situation. The person who points out something wrong that is happening or has happened in an organization is called the whistleblower CITATION Cen18 \l 1033 (Central bnak of Ireland, 2018). The organization must commend the efforts undertaken by these people who endanger themselves for the benefits of the organization. The company will keep the name of the person under cover throughout the whole process.

Enforcement

This refers to the bank’s ability to implement the various policies and practices to the actual practice. This aspect is very important as this will also ensure that all other objectives of the code are achieved successfully. In order to be able to enforce these policies, the top management should not be involved in any misconduct CITATION Ban13 \l 1033 (Bank of America, 2013). They should also have the full and updated knowledge of the various policies and procedure of the bank. This information should also be properly disseminated to the lower staff and the management. This will help the bank to make a cohesive effort of enforcement. This will also make sure that there are least loopholes in the system that can be used by the various employees to commit any wrong doing.

The bank will enforce all the policies in their true spirit. No matter how long it takes and what are the final consequences, the organization will not compromise on these policies as they have been made for the betterment of all the stakeholders.

There are many ethical issues that a person faces in the field of business and management. Individuals from small to large businesses often face ethical issues such as checking personal email accounts, dealing with claims of harassment, grooming a certain employee for a promotion, and employee behavior. Plans are often adapted to deal with ethical issues so that barriers between communication and understanding can be removed and the workforce can engage in a healthy and ethical atmosphere. There are many times in which I observed or experienced an unethical situation in a professional platform. Such as a business selling its products and services for a price which was not suitable. The concept of profit maximization to a certain extent where the business starts using unfair practices is a significant unethical practice. Therefore, after experiencing such a thing, my thoughts and opinions on this matter became utterly relevant.

These were being able to rectify the firm of there false practices for personal gains and creating awareness amongst peers so that any further unethical practice can be avoided. Another thought that came to my mind was leaving the organization or joining another firm that is well reputable and established. Usually, employees who are honest and content often do not get used to these sorts of unethical practices or get involved in any unethical situations. Thus, they either try to change the organizational culture or leave the organization for better and ethical work experience. As for myself, my thoughts on this matter would be solely to try creating awareness or correction amongst the operations of the business which may be having ethical concerns. Otherwise, my opinion would be to engage in an honest practice and earn an honest living no matter how tough it may seem at first.

There are so many fundamental ethical issues and diversity issues which employees face in an organization. Such as employee working conditions and behavior. If they are not provided with safety and security, they develop a tendency to behave improperly and unethically which may lead to internal workforce problems. Providing poor working conditions and environment may demotivate them to become less productive and efficient. My opinion on this matter would be that companies who make employees work without pay while creating an unsafe working environment may face legal actions and consequences.

There was a time when I observed this kind of unethical situation in a small scale company. My thoughts on the matter were to create awareness amongst employees to make them stand up for their rights. Making them aware of all the legal complications involved with working attributes can help them find a better job with more opportunities. Moreover, equality is yet another considerable concern amongst most significant companies as they tend to become biased on the basis of workforce distribution and practices. Providing them with lower standards of care and pay means being unfair to them. My thought on this matter would be to use legal advice to help solve these ethical issues.

There are various ways by which the stakeholders can improve the financial condition of uber as there are few areas that need more attention for coping with the issues that are creating problems on its way to success. One of the main way by adopting which the stakeholders can influence the financial condition of uber is that the stakeholders should try to resolve the issues that customers are having because of the notorious code of conduct of uber drivers (Malos,et,al,2018). There should be a healthy relationship among the employers, employees and the customers as it is going to help all the three parties that are being connected through uber. The employee should take the drivers in confidence and should treat them well as it would help in sustaining the drivers who quite uber within a few weeks or months.

Commissions and bonus:

Increasing bonuses and commissions of the drivers would be another way through which the stakeholders could influence the financial improvements. Uber could do much better than it is doing today, but some issues need to be resolve timely. Bonuses and commissions could be a positive step that stakeholders could take for realizing the employees that they matter also for the success of this business.

Increasing the cancellation time:

Though Uber is running successfully not only in America but in other parts of the world as well but just because of minor management errors and emergence of new online transport service threats it’s continuously. There are other competitors nowadays in this market for uber such Lyft who has emerged as a strong competitor for uber, and is making policies that are clashing with that of uber's policies. Lyft is providing more cancellation time than uber, so uber stakeholders should consider this point as well because customers always prefer a company who would first think about customer’s benefit and this is what lyft is doing. Uber is having less cancellation time and start charging money to the customer; that's why people are getting more attracted towards lyft nowadays.

Resolve the privacy concerns of customers:

There have been reported many complaints against the privacy concerns to uber, specifically about the location of the customer, there has been raised severe concerns. As the competition in the online transport business is getting tough, it is a golden chance for Uber to attract its customers again by finding out possible ways of resolving customer’s privacy concerns. Uber stakeholders should make the best use of the latest technology for devising the ways how uber could provide its services to people without disturbing and knowing much about them.

Taking notice of misconduct complaints:

Another major issue that uber is facing is that there many reports about the misconduct of the Uber drivers. Many customers have complained that their drivers do not have any business ethics or realization of their social responsibility. Especially in case of females, there have been reported many cases of sexual harassment, so stakeholders should work on improving Uber's reputation by charging and taking serious actions against those drivers, about whom there are complaints about misconduct or sexual harassment.

Social responsibility and controversy:

Uber is doing great business in its field and has an outstanding business model, but there is a social responsibility concern that this company deals with. Not only the passengers are being exploited of their rights many times but also the drivers who work for Uber are not treated well, and this has become one of the main concern regarding social responsibility that uber is facing. It should be the concern of uber to take care of the social responsibility. It should own its employees who are its main source for generating good revenue. There is a need for uber to work a little more on social responsibility. Uber should value its driver, as its customers are valuable for it. There have been seen many controversial issues regarding the social responsibility that this company fails to fulfill (MacEachen,et,al,2018). It is having a tough time as many other companies are emerging in this field and uber is focusing more on other ways how to attract more and more drivers. Uber is just ignoring the fact that other companies that are emerging in this field are not violating social responsibilities like Uber and are valuing their drivers.

There has been seen many controversies where there are solid pieces of evidence that uber is neglecting the term social responsibility and focusing more on how to have a strong hold in the market where there have come strong competitors like Lyft. Drivers should be facilitated by providing them all the possible benefits that they deserve. It is the social responsibility of Uber to take in confidence the drivers first if it wants to rule the market. There have been seen many problems that uber drivers face such as safety issues, challenges for meeting customer’s expectations, but still they try to satisfy the customer, but in turn, there get a very little cut even after driving for many hours. Sometimes they also have to face awkward situations where they are humiliated by some rude and arrogant customers but still they have a fear of being reported by those customers as they are not even being given the right to report a complaint against a customer, so as a whole it could be said that drivers should be treated as human and there comes some social responsibility on uber for safeguarding its driver’s rights.

Stakeholders are those parties which contribute or invest their money in the economy of the company, they get the interest on the profit earned by the company. Stakeholders can have a great influence on the company’s progress and success. Stakeholders can be divided into four groups that is users, influencers, providers and governance.

Users are those stakeholders which use the end product of the company. In case GM their end vehicles are used by their customers, the feedback of the customer surely has a great impact on General Motors Company. The good feedback of the customer will lead the company towards a better future and bad review of the product will lead the company in loss of the economy and also the loss of the brand name.

Governance are the internal stakeholders of the company. Their direct influence is in the manufacturing of the product. The top three internal stakeholders of the GM are Mary Barra, Mark Reuss and Dan Amman. Their role is the most important in the success of the company. If their management goes wrong the end product or the out output gets entirely wrong. Their impacts control the economy and stability of the company.

Influencers are the stakeholders that can help in making generating a good image of the product publically. As GM sells the vehicles their public advertisements of the products is very important. Media can grab a lot of customers for the company easily which will help in the rapid increase of the economy and attaining the loyalty of the customers.

Providers are the people which help in the economy by investing their money. The major providers of GM are Honda, GMC, Chevrolet or different other companies. Honda will invest approximately two billion dollars in coming twelve years. Which will greatly help the GM Company in the manufacturing of the products by using new and innovative technologies.

Stakeholders have great influence on the success of the company. The internal stakeholders can make the product or they can damage the product. It’s all in their hands that how they manage and use the resources of the company for generating an innovative product and fulfilling the vision and mission of the company. The external stakeholders can massively help in the capital of the company. The joint venture of GM and Chinese markets increased the economy of GM on a very large scale. The effect of marketing and management and the theories which are associated with this subject are applicable in all the offices and working places across the globe. These theories are still relevant to all the issues.

There are various theories which can be related to my working environment starting from the Maslow’s Hierarchy of needs, as it tells the exact needs and demands which are required by the people to get to know about their potential and their capabilities to meet the standards of the working environment.

The other theory which is still applicable is the ERG theory. This refers to the existing needs of the person to improvise their strengths and the capabilities. Then comes the relatedness and the relationship with the subordinates and heads and then comes the last factor refers to the growing needs that helps a person to excel in their career. All the working laces like mine give this advantage to the people working to show their strengths to improvise their position in company (Lussier & Achua, 2015).

These theories are referred to as the inner strength but then comes the motivation factor that helps a man to boost his mental capabilities to come across the point where dedication and effort can be witnessed. This motivation factor is required to bring a change in the thinking and working perspective of the people that help them to enhance their capabilities.

The other factor which plays a significant role in determining the continuance of the job is the two-factor theory where either the person is satisfied with the situation or either not. This helps the person to take a wise decision towards the career either to carry on with it or either not. This is developed through hygiene and motivation factors.

The other two theories which are equally important are acceptance theory and equity theory. These two theories have a significant role in determining the behaviors of the employees and the factors that are creating a hindrance for equity and the reasons to be motivated.

The place where I am working provides a motivational environment by introducing various incentives so that there can be a chance to improve the performance (Schon, 2017). Moreover, this creates opportunities for me to explore and take all the challenges wholeheartedly.

I have worked in company X for some time and there had been much to learn especially in strategy formulation and implementation areas. One particular aspect of interest was strategy implementation in that organization. A good strategy cannot bring positive results if strategy implementation is not effective. The company did not study the environment properly and missed some critical factors affecting its strategy CITATION Mas14 \l 1033 (Baroto, Arvand, & Ahmed, 2014). The company presented itself as a quality provider of goods to its customers and at the same time, it tries to compete with other companies on the basis of price. Company is not clear in its strategic approach of high quality or low price. I also learnt that the strategic management process is an ongoing practice in which company learns over a period of time. Strategy formulation leads to its implementation so it should be correct enough to be implemented. As mentioned earlier, the company where I worked should have taken a clear stance whether It wants to deliver quality or it wants to compete on price. In the ever-changing environment and in grocery markets, things change very fast and companies should control the implementation progress. McKinsey presented 7S model for the strategy implementation CITATION Mar051 \l 1033 (Palmer, 2005) and the same has been discussed here.

In the past, company has been able to implement its cost leadership strategy largely due to the economies of scale and strong bargaining power that it possesses while dealing with suppliers to experience low costs of purchasing. There have been some external issues which have affected the reputation of company adversely. These events in the form of scandals affected the sale of company as well. Certain steps have been announced by the new CEO to tackle these problems including reduction of capital expenditures. There is a long structure which is implemented by the company in the form of many layers and hierarchical levels. The new CEO cut out many layers if hierarchy to simplify organizational structure. There is a campaign of simplifying the systems of company to make sure that strategy implementation is done easily. The performance evaluation system has only a few number of key criteria so that overall process is greatly simplified. The company has around 40000 staff members and there is a tendency of cutting down various hierarchical levels so that strategy implementation can be done more easily. The company considers finance, customers, operations, and employee performance as its major areas CITATION Yin13 \l 1033 (YingXie & Allen, 2013). The company provides full knowledge to all its employees regarding what is required from them to implement the strategy successfully. In this regard, various training programs are also offered to the employees to enhance their skill level and work according to standards of the company. A problem faced by company is that there is a close connection between all the elements presented by McKinsey. All these factors are internal in nature and there is least contribution from the external environment in this model. The company also failed to judge the external environment effectively and particularly the competitors who were genuinely low cost companies. The new CEO has tried to cut costs in various ways which has allowed the company to implement cost reduction and cost leadership strategy. The next step in this process will be to evaluate how effectively this strategy has been implemented. It is important that this organization changes its stance with a change in external environment. This is particularly important in businesses which have low or no differentiation as compared to their competitors or in other words, provide standardized products. Although external factors should be considered at the time of strategy formulation but changes taking place in it have to be incorporated as and when required.

The growth was in peak 1960s, 1970s and in the starting days of 1980s. But after 1980s it declined completely (Henry and Deane, 1997, p. 553).

But why tourism in Ireland declined. The Central Statist Office says that the number of visitors visiting Ireland has declined 1.1. The number of British visitors has declined by 3.8 this year. The reason is that the holidays in Ireland are more expensive for British people and the exchange rate is also creating problems for the visitors. The number of visitors from USA have been volatile n the number goes down very quickly. Ireland needs to maintain its good value in order to attract more tourists. The Irish tourism industry is also affected by the incident of Brexit. The numbers of employees left the department and are moving to respective countries before Brexit happens (Leslie, 2019, p.290). So Ireland needs to attract tourism by making the country less expensive for foreigners and by giving them a pleasant time during their holidays.

The impact of tourism on the economy of the Ireland

The latTourism boosts up the spending of domestic manufacturers. As the visitors spend more on the goods of domestic retailors or small business man and 6 of the total domestic consumption is done by tourists. The consumption boost up in the second hlf of 1990s and the injection of cash in the economy was in its peak. The state visitors spend huge amount in domestic economy, they spend on holidays and on trips, and most importantly they spend on residents. Just in time (JIT) emphasize on improving efficiency and minimizing waste by receiving the goods according to the demands of the production process.
