The major trait of the manager is she is one of the most self-managing professionals who prioritize her goals and put efforts to achieve them as efficient as possible. She always regulates her timings, attention, and emotions as required while being aware of her key strengths and crucial weaknesses. Acting and performing strategically is one of the key traits of the leader. A forward-thinking and open-minded approach is the core competencies of the leader (Amornbunchornvej, Crofoot, & Berger, 2017). From way leader representing his organization, she is genuinely interested in the organization she works, flexible and interested to identify new ideas to make things better. The way the leader utilizes to use authority and power is to be accountable and responsible for own mistakes and errors and expect all subordinates to do the same.
