Interview
The interviews have been conducted with two different leaders that I know somehow personally. The individuals under discussion in the paper (leaders) hold leadership positions in the organizations they work at. The first leader who has been interviewed is serving as a managerial leader while the second one is a motivational leader. The managerial leader is concerned only in his organizational duties and responsibilities. While the motivational leader is involved in his organizational activities as well as he has been somewhat engaged in activities regarding society wellbeing.
Managerial Leader
Leader’s Characteristics
Values
Values are important for every leader. In the life of a managerial leader, values play the role of guiding principles. Managerial leaders guide, support and facilitate others around them to make a difference, bring changes and contribute to the larger good. The values that the interviewed leader has includes Respect, Integrity, Humility, and Wisdom.
Respect
The core value that the leader possesses is self-respect and giving respect to every surrounding person. The leader has been found the person who gives respect to everyone who may be senior or junior and maybe executive or a subordinate. The leader treats others with dignity, compassion, and empathy as well as have the ability to get respect from everyone around him.
Integrity
Another core value of the leader that has been found is integrity. The leader has been found a highly ethically strong and trustworthy who always keeps promises and fulfill and meet the expectations.
Humility
After the interview with the leader, he has been considered as the person who has a sense of humbleness and who is fully open to every perspective that is different from one's view.
Wisdom
The leader has the ability of wisdom. The interviewed managerial leader was the professional who always keeps the interest of even everyone involved when making a decision. As well as he takes long terms aspect in the process of decision making.
Personality Traits
The personality traits of the leaders have been highly impressive and strong. The identified personality traits that the leader possesses are;

Accountable and Responsible
The major personality trait of the manager is he was/is one of the most self-managing professionals who prioritize his goals all the time and put efforts to achieve them as efficient as possible. The leader stated that he always regulates his timings, attention, and emotions as required while being aware of his key strengths and crucial weaknesses.
Acting and performing strategically is one of the key personality traits of the leader. A forward-thinking and open-minded approach is the core competencies of the leader when judging his personality during the interview. From the words and way leader representing his organization, he was genuinely interested in the organization he works, flexible and interested to identify new ideas to make things better. The way the leader utilizes to use authority and power is/was to be accountable and responsible for own mistakes and errors and expect all subordinates to do similarly.
Emotions
The leader has been founded an emotional person but the way he acts and use his emotions being a leader is appreciable. After asking about the way he uses emotions at the workplace or towards his teams, the leader replied that “try to even cry in front of your team members to make them put their extreme and hardest efforts as well as show anger if required but show it to the situation, not to a person. If a leader is 50% excited about a happening, he/she has to show it as he/she is 100% excited about the occurrence so that others would also be the same and would work harder to make things happen”
Behaviors of the Leader
The behaviors that the leader exhibits are highly appropriate to even every situation. This is due there is no other way of being an effective leader that fits every person and every situation similarly well. The behaviors that the leader exhibits are;

Appreciating and encouraging innovative thinking
Coaching individuals
Leadership Approach and Actual Business Setting
The leadership approach of the leader, we have interviewed looks to be working in actual business setup/setting. It looks realistic and would work because of the leadership approach of the leader

The approach is concerned to develop trust among employees
Appreciates efforts and better performance
Empowers organizational commitment
Acts in a strategic way while uses power in and efficiently
Meets/fulfill the desired expectations and consider everyone’s interest in any decision making.
Hence, employees feel valued and feeling valued by employees’ leads to better their better performance and higher contribution to the organization's success.
Motivational Leader
Leader’s Characteristics
Values, Personality Traits, Cognitions, Intelligence, and Emotions
Every motivational leader possesses the values that make others feel better and thing better. The values that the interviewed leader possess include positivity, courage, gratitude, and authenticity. After the long-lasting interview with the leader, it has been realized from his nature that he presents everything in a very positive way/manner. The way he communicates things or even an issue/problem dramatically positively. Other things regarding the leader’s values are courage. Based on my perception, the interviewed leader is the person who looks to act with intention, taking the stand in front of adversity and seems always acting boldly in the service of justice. Beyond that, showing gratitude is also a part of the characteristics of the leader. The leader says that he embraces gratitude towards others. As well as he positively appreciates and acknowledges all of the subordinates in the organization and outside the organization while not looking at the size of accomplishment.
In terms of authenticity, the leader has been found the person who communicates everything and operates in a way that is easy for others. This character of the leader has been found the most appreciable one because he is highly transparent in beliefs and actions who work to create a purposeful life and work to contribute to others’ growth and success.
Behaviors of the Leader
The identified behaviors through the interview with the leader can be categorized as inspirational for other leaders. The identified behaviors of the leader interviewed are;

Vision cultivation
Above listed are the behaviors that the second interviewed leader exhibits. The leader motivates through keeping an open perspective on human nature. He works to know subordinates’ needs, peers and his supervisors and match them with the organizational needs to motivate employees in the best way. Communication is one of the behavioral traits of the leader which he uses to create a productive environment where information is communicated and where people feel important, valued and recognized. In this regards, the leader believes that strong communication with individuals brings their spirit to work.
Cultivating vision is one of the behaviors traits of the leader. The leader’s behavior is to always focus on vision cultivation among individuals. He stated in his interview that “for every leader, visioning is the process of forming a mindset and mental image for setting goals, objectives, plans, and directions that push the organization into a successful future. As well as it solves organizational problems.”
Leadership Approach and Actual Business Setting
After the analysis of the leadership approach of leader interviewed, it can be stated that the leadership approach of the leader would work in an actual business setting. The leader’s approach would work in actual/real business setup because it is highly realistic as well as every aspect of it looks a productive one for organizational/business setup. In detail, the leadership approach includes motivating others, appreciating and communicating individuals, creating positivity among people, preferring gratitude, and cultivating vision. While these things build trust, improve job satisfaction, support justice, empower organizational commitment, and productive behaviors.
