Introduction
According to Harvard Business Review recent article, Organizational Culture is the combined effort of common values, beliefs, and behavior of the people in the organization. Standards in an organization which regulates employees that how they serve and perform, are they feel motivated to achieve goals? their cooperation with one another and their sincerity with their job, How employees are doing there work independently or collectively, What employees feel overworked, annoyed and underappreciated, or committed, inspired and engaged? (Groysberg, Lee, Price & Cheng, 2018)

Organizational culture is the typical and tangible personality initiated inside the organization. It is the result of the organization's processes and employees, anything that cannot be quantified and controlled but the truth is, it is unexpectedly tangible. It can be consciously leveraged and designed or it may create an impact on employee engagement and morale. Organizational culture affects the company's profitability and rules the performance of the company or its revenue rates.
Companies with a name like Google, Starbucks, and WWF represents their attitude, the taste of their workplaces, the companies values and interactions with the unwritten protocol. Organizational culture separates the organizations which are extraordinary successful from the rest of the organizations. It may give a company a powerful competitive advantage because of its consistent different strategy in an organization. It is the requirement of the leadership of an organization to give special attention and focus on organizational structure. Some organization adopted the change and trends earlier and create value for their organization, customers and employees and reap the benefit from it. They continuously develop, attract and retain their reliable employees that strengthen their workforce and fit their culture.
Conclusion
Organization culture plays an essential role in customer satisfaction, responsiveness and increase in productivity from successful collaboration, support, and implementations of strategies of management, team members and executives to create unique ways and gain competitive advantage. In the creation of great performance workplace organization culture is the critical element.
