Marketing is considered as the process in which planning and execution of promotions, pricing and distributions of material goods, services and ideas are carried out to make links and to meet individual and organizational goals and objectives while sales is the promotion of material good in order to increase the purchase of services and goods by the customers via mobile phones, email and other media sources. Learning in a work environment where you are prepared for future and there you experience practically for the things which you are being taught.

Having experience is the requirement of todays market, one has to learn about the market requirements and needs which would help in achievement of targets of the organizations. Work experience related to study appears to have a positive impact on most aspects of employment activity post-graduation, and this effect is particularly strong for humanities students. Those students that undertook work experience related to study also felt that their current employment was appropriate to their level of education. When students took on large amounts of work experience unrelated to study, it appeared to have a negative effect on employment outcomes some 3 ½ years after graduation. Like marketing subject, where we were learned the communication with the customers, and we learned about the marketing strategies. During the internship, that was a time for implementation of these strategies and communication skills which were taught during our courses.

There comes a situation when a worker has to make quick decisions and decisions under pressure. There are limited options, you have to decide which will benefit both parties, customers and your organization, that is the part of learning phase. The decision making has to be strong in order to benefit both, and decisions should not harm any relationship of organization and customers. Experiencing and learning about such situations made me able to tackle to situations in a professional way. Learning about communication skills is that, which increases confidence and prepares to deal with more people. During internship period, met many customers who were a source of knowledge and learning. Work under pressure and exposure with highly skilled and professional employees enabled me to tackle the situations and made my decision-making skills stronger.
