A proper implication of this idea is assistive to find and apply for the appropriate job position. The application of self-awareness approach assists me to better observe my personality characteristics and locate a suitable job position accordingly. I visited a well-known job search engine Glassdoor. Com to find the most accurate job position considering the criteria of person-job fit.
Thorough scrutiny of different job positions offering by various business organizations eventually helps me to find the perfect job for me according to my personal traits. I selected the large organization of Bain & Company to examine the suitability of myself considering the standard of person-job fit. A proper illustration of an organization’s environment guides me that I can successfully adjust in this large-scale consulting organization because it has a high potential for professional growth and future development as the consultant. I believe that the specific job position of the consultant is best suited for me considering my personal traits.
A detailed assessment of my personality indicates that self-monitoring and risk-taking are two major personality attributes possessed by me. The personality of self-monitoring will be assistive for me to complete my tasks in a professional manner. My career path as a consultant will be further enhanced by taking different initiatives and enhance the approach of business profitability. I am keen to successfully apprehend my personal traits to successfully achieve targets of marketing and sales consultancy for other businesses. The job position of consultancy demands new and proactive initiatives that can achieve by adopting the idea of risk-taking.
