Lack of staff can also be a big cause that affects the hotel services. The situation should be keenly analyzed by the management of a hotel, that what are the main factors which are affecting the company’s profits. The inconsistencies among understandings and experiences should be observed by the hotel management. A strategic plan should be created after the complete analysis of the problem, which is the main cause of low sales. In the next step, the plan should be implemented which address the actual problem of the hotel. The hotel is going through low sales, and less booking for weddings and conferences was due to lack of employee’s training. The employees should be trained well through different methods. The skills of employees can be increased by providing them proper training sessions. These training sessions will help to enhance the abilities and skills of employees. Finally, the implementation of the plan should be evaluated that either the training of hotel employees is effective or not. If the plan implementation does not help to increase sales, the management should focus on the causes of plan failure and make another plan with a better understanding of problem.
